| | |  Muggle Studies Lesson 1
Professor Light unlocked the door to the classroom she had previously set up the day before. She had to admit, setting up had cheered her up a little bit. But only a little. She still felt really horrible about her office and her posessions, but in typically Iulianna fashion, she had let it settle aside and used every ounce of her optimism to put a small smile on her face for the students entering the room. The room was quite interesting today. Instead of the normal muggle contraptions, small and large cages lined the walls, and squeaks and meows echoed through the room. The noise wasn't very loud though. The desks where arranged in a circle, and there was a little sign hanging above each quarter of the circle, with each of the four house names on it. Professor Light looked at her watch. It was time! She unlocked the door and opened it wide, as she sat down in the chair at her desk. She greeted the students that came in as perky as possible considering her current emotional state, and shouted "Sit under the appropriate section for each house, please!" she said, motioning to the desks and the signs hanging above them. | |

Phoebe wasn't sure if they could go but the girl next to her did so she guessed that they could. Copying down all the notes from before checking she hadn't missed any she decided to try and draw the cat, It was quite shy and not moving much. After a few attemps she became frustrated and decided to go and do the homework. Phoebe packed up and left "Thankyou Proffesor, It was a great lesson" She said before leaving the room. |

Bucky smiled and shook her head a bit. "That's all well. But I think I'll stick to my reptiles."
Following suit, she wrote down the details Professor Light gave. Cats were quite common but they could also be a bit temperamental if not paranoid. Yes, Bucky considered them paranoid. They would get along well with some individuals and completely shun others. Strange, strange creatures.
"I guess I could give it a try," she commented with a pout and frowning at the feline. "This one seems to be riled up."
Taking the camera from Serena she made sure the camera wheel was all the way to the right before settling herself on the ground, and began crawling slowly towards the cat, trying to get as close as possible without spooking it. When it's yellow eyes cast themselves on her she froze, camera still in hand, eye peeking through the hole. She could still get closer but it would have to wait for the cat to calm down just a bit. Moving forward a few more inches. She positioned the cat in the center, wanting a body shot instead and pressed the button a top the camera. Lucky. Serena had taken off the flash.
"Got it," boasted Bucky, standing up and dusting of her shirt and knees.

Katie was listing to the proffecor and was very interested. She was a bit dissapointed when she herd it was the last animal.Katie thought the cat was adorable.

"Wow!," Nick thought too himself. "THis is a really fun class! I'm deffinatley coming back for the next lesson!" Nick got all of his notes. He was sad that the class was over, but at least there will be more. "Bye Professor Light. I really had fun in this class. See you around."

Shelda finished taking photos, being wary when she came closer to the cat. She quickly took a picture and instinctively moved towards the door, grabbing her bag and other belongings on the way.
"Thanks Professor" she murmured, heading out of the classroom.

Beck finished taking her pictures of the fish, bird and cat. She was glad that the cat was far away since she was very allergic to them, but was happy to look at her. When she was finished she packed up her things into her bag and smiled at the professor "Thank you for the very interesting class, I look forward to more." and walked out of the class.

Serena quietly watched as Bucky attempted to take the picture. Just as she suspected, Bucky was successful in securing a picture. Smiling brightly as Bucky came back to the group, Serena nodded, saying. "That's fantastic. I knew you could do it."
Standing, she scooped up her bag, waiting for Bucky to follow her out. Serena had to admit that she was quite intrigued as to what Bucky would want to speak to her about. After all, the girl herself admitted that was confused. Had something else happened while Jen and Bucky had gone to the professors' offices?

Muggle Studies was one of Madalyns favorite subjects even if she grew up in a Muggle home. I can't wait for the next lesson she thought as she packed up her belongings and walked out.

Professor Light smiled as she scooped up the cat in her arms and hugged her. All the students had left... and now it was time for lesson #2! Already!
Hopefully, this lesson was interesting enough that they won't mind the Muggle Studies repetitive-ness. Plus, it's combined with two other classes sooo...
Professor Light slowly placed the cat back in her cage. She had an owl, but she really missed her muggle pets. All of them were borrowed except for the cat. She had never really been a cat person, but now she thought she might enjoy the company in her wrecked office. She gathered up her things, jotted down the homework, and tacked it up on the board as she left.
Then she locked the door.
