HoM Lesson III. Lainey was in a weird mood when the time rolled around for another class. She propped the door open to her class as usual and waited by the door for her students. Lainey crossed her arms and leaned against door as she waited. |
Julia entered the History of Magic classroom with her new and improved Bugs Bunny Cape on. "Hello Professor Lainey," she giggled. "How are you today?" She had a huge grin on her face as she took a seat in the front of the classroom. This was the happiest Julia had been for a long time. |
Niky entered the classroom, only to see she was the only one there. She smiled briefly at professor Lainey, and took a seat near the center of the class. She took out her things and got ready for the lesson. |
Kay walked cautiously towards the History of Magic classroom. She smiled at Professor Lainey as she entered but felt a sense of foreboding coming from her. She took a seat near the back of the class and sat very still, waiting for the lesson to begin. |
Jordana walked past the Professor and gave her a faint smile. She wasn't feeling all that well, but pushed herself to make it to class. Finding a seat in the back of the room, she sat down and placed her bag on the floor and waited for the others to come. |
Alicia entered the classroom ontine, and found a seat at the front, then Alicia saw the Professor and waved. "Hello Professor, nice day?" she said happily. She sat down, and unloaded her new quill and notebook, then took out her HoM textbook. She felt very delighted ad happy that day for some reason. |
Tag slunk into the classroom and took a back seat. Julia had come in first, and wasn't about to let her see him. He slid down as far as possible in the desk so just his eyes were poking above the surface, and waited for the most boring class ever to start. He groaned when he spotted Kay also had arrived. Great. . . Bunny Girl AND Captain Nutter were here. |
Brittany entered the History of Magic class, her ponytail bouncing as she walked. Brittany saw Niky and Jor in the room, she took a seat beside Jor and waved to Niky. Deciding it was best to talk after class she clamped her mouth shut and concetrated on her notes for the class. |
Tails entered the class and noticed that Niky and Tag were already there. She muttered a hi to the professor and took a seat nearest Tag and gave him a little punch. "Hey Tag! Whats up?" She then looked at Niky "Niky!! Havent seen you in so long. How are you??" |
Serena entered the classroom, still concerned over her most recent experience. First Rave, then Lua. Something was definitely amiss. Perhaps she would be able to get some answers after class was over. Giving Professor Lainey a small smile, Serena meandered her way towards Julia, who was sporting a new cape. Waving to Niky, Brittany and Jordana, she took a seat and waited for the class to begin. |
"I'm doing well, Julia. Nice cape." Lainey shook her head and laughed at the girl. "And yes, it is a pretty nice day, I suppose," Lainey nodded to Alicia. She smiled at the rest of her students as they entered. "Well get started soon. Let's give some of your friends time to get here though." Lainey stuck her head out of the door to watch. |
Sean walked into the room and looked around for a place to sit. He took a seat on the right side of the room near the back. |
Niky waved at Jordana & Brittany, then Serena who sat infront of her. She raised an eyebrow as Taylor sat beside Tag; something was definately up between them two. "I've been good, where have you been hiding? Better yet, with who?" she asked curiously, but was interrupted when the teacher spoke. She stayed silent, and waited for the lesson to begin, after all, she always enjoyed History. |
Julia beamed at Lainey. "Thank you! It's no ordinary cape though," she replied with a wink. This was too true. Her new cape was the best cape that anyone could ever ask for. Giggling to herself, Julia took out her materials for class and gave Serena a friendly smile. She hoped this class wouldn't turn out to be too chaotic. She didn't really feel like dying today. |
Alicia smiled at Lainey, and finished taking out her gear. She noticed Niky and Jordana, and waved a small wave, and then averted her eyes to the Professor, waiting for the class to begin. |
As soon as Kay walked into the classroom, she spotted a familiar curly haired head and resisted the urge to give Tag a hard thwack on his noggin. Instead, she walked past him and sat down directly in front of the boy without saying a word or even giving him a glance of recognition. "Good day, Professor Lainey," she said cheerfully and looked about the room to see who else was in attendance. |
As Professor Lainey spoke, Kay took out a roll of parchement and her quill and ink. She was always prepared to write things down. Resting her chin in her hands, she gazed out the window. |
Samea stuck her head through the chalkboard and winked at the funny looking girl in the front row. "Jelly Bean! Why so glum? You wants that we lock you into your room too?" |
Kay gave a start as the Poltergeist burst through the chalkboard. She knew it wasn't talking to her, she had never been called Jelly Bean before. All the same, she ducked her head under the desk as though looking for something in her bag. She didn't want to draw any attention to herself. |
Lainey glanced sideways at the infamous Samea. "Jelly Bean? Is that my new name, Samea?" Lainey shook her head and went to her desk. "You can lock us in if you wish. I don't mind. I'll just teach until my students' ears fall off. Then, you have to deal with them, you being responsible and all." Lainey fished in her desk for a spare peppermint. She always had one laying around somewhere. Lainey found a piece of gum instead and tossed up to Samea, hoping it would keep her from causing too much chaos.... |
Whende skipped into class and spotted Samea near the front. A small smile split her face as she made her way over. "Hi, Samea!" she said happilly. "Remember me?" She struck a pose. |
Samea caught the gum in her open mouth and swallowed it, wrapper and all. "Mmm... minty. What do you think?" She flipped through the wall and landed on a desk. Breathing on the child there, she grinned. "Fresh breath? Want a smoochie?" |
Kay supressed a giggle when she saw the pesky poltergeist and sat back in her chair with her arms folded across her chest. All she could do was roll her eyes and shake her head. Samea is up to something . . . as usual. |
Jordana put one hand to her ear, and hoped no such thing would happen. Surely no one could pull off the ealress look. Van Gogh maybe but not brunettes such as herself. She bit her lip and waited for class to commence, not paying too much attention to Samea. |
"Mm, sure, minty fresh," Whende said quickly, following Samea. "But... you still didn't answer. Do you remember me? Here... I, er, I played secrets with you last year," she hinted. |
