Alicia nodded the instructor, mounted her broom, and took off, memorising her homework. She circled the goal posts and quidditch pitch a few times, the air rushing her face, and cooling her down. Then she dived down, and flew straight back up. She loved flying.

Lia nodded and mounted the broom again. She pushed of the ground and lifted a few feet. Lia did a few zigzags and circles, going a up higher. She wanted to see if she was any good at diving, so she raised some more. She pointed her broom down, and zoomed toward the ground. She didn't realize she'd go so fast, so she stopped her broom, marveling at the speed, a few feet from the ground. She had been afraid of crashing into the ground. She decided that zigzags and circles were good enough for the time being.

She copied a few routines she had learnt, and circled, zig-zagged and waved through her air on her broom, practising tacticsa she had learnt, and enjoying the opportunity to get out there, and have some fun. She practised diving, and sometimes even flew 80 feet up, to dive down 40 feet. She was quite good a flying, every Spring and Summer holidays she would go out with her friends, and go and fly for a few days at a friends house.
