| | |  Charms Class - Lesson Three
Unusually, the Charms class was empty as the first student arrived. There is something pleasant about the air of an empty class, though Professor Mao-Macdougal would put it down to the fact that there are no students in it; and the students might put it down to the fact that there is no Professor there.
However, there is a sweet smell wafting through the class, of baking cookies in addition to the normal rose-scent that the professor sometimes trails.
The table is set with a single broomstick of good quality, an almost unused Firebolt. It was all to easy to imagine Professor Mao-Macdougal sitting side-saddle, silhoutted by the moon as a black shape with flying skirts. In fact, it was all too easy to imagine her shoving a child into the oven to bake. | |

Her shoulders were shaking, and the rest of her words came out in a rush, "Homework will be posted on the board after this - well, that's all folks!"
She gave her wand a little twirl, and then started out of the room, dragging Opteryx out along with her by his collar.

Silvie watched as a very upset Proffesor stormed out of the room.
She then thought of Proffesor Opteryx and his strange behaviour... What could be wrong with him?, she thought. He keeps staring at Proffesor Mao_MacDougal in fear!... Could he be responsible for this sudden change in her temper?, she wondered...

The unfortunate Professor Opteryx was nearly lifted out of his seat by his robe collar and flailed uncerimoniously as he was dragged to his feet and stumbled along after Andi, bearing an embarrassing resemblance to a puppy being dragged off by its collar after having soiled the floor and broken a vase.
In an attempt to regain some dignity, he waved half-heartedly at the class as he dissapeared through the doorway.

Rosalie stood up and followed the pare, partly because of curiousity, partly because she had been instructed to go to Professor Mao-Macdougal's office after class. Throught he course of class, she watched as her face grew red, she bit her lip to bite back angry comments, and looked as if she may explode, silent the whole while.
She shifted her bag from one arm to the other, and exited the class room, heading straight for the office of Professor Mao-Macdougal.

Amber blinked at the scene that just unfolded in front of her. She wondered along with Thump if someone had indeed hit her with an overly powerful cheering charm. But a glance at Professor Opteryx showed that it wasn't him. She felt bad for Andi, for it looked as though she was hurting. Although, she supposed that at any other time an attempt to be kind might actually cause her physical pain. She gathered up her things, now that class was clearly over, and walked out of the classroom mind abuzz with whirling thoughts.

Alicia looked at Professor Opteryx in double horror "I'm in a nightmare, right?" she said outloud. But, anyway charms wasnt her best subject so she had a horrified look on her face to match a weak smile, together they made a horrified smirk on her face. She startd packing up silently, she layed everything into her back and then stared at poor professor Opteryx.
