| | |  Charms Class - Lesson One
Professor Mao-Macdougal was perched on the large teak desk of the Charms classroom. Her long skirts were hitched up, revealing a hint of boot. It had a heel. Further description of it would include the word: sharp. The professor wore her boots like they were weapons of mass destruction. Should she decide to step on anyone, blood would probably spatter the floor through a hole in the foot.
Beside her were two large books: The Unexpurgated Brothers' Grimm and How Not to Blow Yourself Up On The First Day. She was drumming her fingers across the books irritably as she waited for the first student to enter the class. Black hair shadowed her face, and her eyes were quick and bright like the glitter of knives.
OOC: It is possible that I might have to leave while the class is still going, in the event of that, keep chatting at a minimum. | |

Nik swaggered into the classroom at his usual pace, suggesting that he did not really wish to be there. He barely looked at the Professor as she sat there looking as annoyed as ever, he was still a bit weirded out by her relationship with his father.
Choosing a seat in the far right corner of the classroom, Nik tossed his bag down beside his chair and rested his chin on his hand as he watched the other students make their way in. | |

Julia casually rolled into the classroom and glanced around. She spotted Nik and grinned to herself. She quickly leaped over an empty chair and walked over to a seat on one side of Nik. The Ravenclaw gave him a cheerful smile as a greeting, and began to take her supplies for class out of her school bag. She kicked her bag under her chair, and glanced up at Mao-Macdougal. Let the madness begin, Julia thought to herself with a sly smirk on her face.

Brittany shuddered at what she thought could happen if she was every steped on by them. She walked to the back of the room and sat down. she saw Brendon and smiled. she turned back to her stuff and opened her bag and pulled out a book and a quill and then put her bag on the floor and just sat there.

Tag gently tucked Randy the rat deep into his book bag, out of sight, before entering his first Charms class. He spotted another Ravenclaw boy--Thump, was his name?--sitting at a desk. He didn't know anybody else, so he might as well start with someone from his own House. Tag took a deep breath, and slid into the desk next to him.

Walking inside the classroom, Tia looked around for sign of anyone she knew, but did not spot her friends. She frowned, her eyes falling over the boy she had seen in the Professor's study. She could not help grinning as the memory of her eventful meeting with the Professor flashed back in her mind.
She wended her way through the not-so-large crowd of students over to the Hufflepuff boy. "Hi," she said quietly, unable to stop herself from smirking as she extended her hand. "We've met," she added shortly, careful to keep her voice as low as possible. This class was going to be fun - To the extreme.

Blossom greeted the Professor with a smile and a short bow and took a seat, she took out her supplies and placed them neatly on top of the table. Sophia walked in and yawned. She wasn't really tired, she'd slept well. But she was still needing air. She moved and parked herself off to the side. She yawned again and pulled out her books. She looked up to see the large stiletto heels on the teacher and looked at them in awe. She couldn't wear heels to save herlife, no coordination. She preffered flip-flops or runners.
All thought she should wear heals becusae she was only 5' 3". She giggled at the thought, but straightened her face when the teacher looked in her general direction.
