Professor Wenlock was very pleased as many students filed in to class. He adjusted his bow tie and stood before the class ready to begin the lesson. Students may observe now that he was standing that the professor was wearing one brown and one black shoe, a fact he seemed unaware of. He placed his beaded device at the front of the desk where all could see it.
"Can anyone tell me what this item is and what it is used for?" he asked, smiling.

Jenna quickly finished her drawing. Wait--I'm forgetting something, she thought. She remembered the spell she had learned in Charms one day. She did a weird wand movement, whispered, "Alacer!" and the picture began to move. She stuffed the drawing in her bag and paid attention to what was going on. Quote:
