The Purple Sleeping Bag Thread

Rae hurried into the Great Hall and eyed the milling students. She hopped up on the dias and held up her hands. "Alright, students... if I could have your attention, please. I'm sure you're aware that something has occured in the Common Rooms. We're currently investigating the disruption and trying to figure out exactly what happened and what we need to do to get you back in there. For now, we'll ask that you sleep here in the Great Hall. Prefects and professors are on duty to make sure that you're safe and following the rules. Any professors who wish to assist in investigating may join me at the staff table."

She clapped her hands and a pile of plush purple sleeping bags appeared.

Amber shook her head. "Nope. I really, really love him, but I guess I just have to pretend like I'm only his friend. It kills me, but I have to do it, coz I don't want to throw away everything. I know he values me really highly - he actually said he cares about what happens to me more than Rosalie. But I know that's only coz we're best friends. Still, it's strange. I wonder how he found out I like him? You didn't say anything, did you?" Amber asked Jordana.

Zekk smiles. "Alright then. I guess I can trust you." Zekk laughs. He then hugs her really tight to him. "Id still care for you even if you did squish him" Zekk whispers in her ear. He lays down, taking Falas with him. So he can lay with her and stare up at the ceiling, and all its cool magic."

Jordana was shocked at the question that Amber had just asked her. Jordana knew she just wanted to find out how Alex found out but she was a bit taken aback that she would think or even question Jordana.

"Amber, listen to me very carefully. I would never, ever tell Alex anything about you liking him. I value our friendship too much to jeopardize it by going around and telling your secrets. When you tell me something in confidence it stays between you and me. I consider you one of my best friends, and I would never do anything to hurt you." Jordana smiled at her and hoped that she believed her, because it was the truth.

Amber blushed. "Sorry for asking Jor, I know you would never do that to me. Still.... I wonder who would be capable of that? I've only told you, who would never say anything, Ajay, who is way too peace-keeping to do that, Whende, who only found out a few minutes before he turned up, that only leaves.... Harry and.... Rosalie.... I don't know Harry well enough to say he wouldn't say anything, and Rosalie... I don't know." Amber was puzzled.

Listening to Amber, Jordana ran all of the possibilities through her head. "Don't forget Hermy knew too, she was in the Girls dormitory when were talking that one day. But she isn't capable of such a thing; she is too kind to even think about doing something like that."

Amber mentioned Harry, but Jordana didn't know him well enough to subtract him from the equation. "But if Amber thinks he didn't do it then she is probably right." Jordana thought to herself. The only other person was Rosalie, but why would she do that? Although Jordana didn't know Rosalie very well she didn't seem like she would do that. But then who knows.....

"I don't know Amber, I wish I knew. I would give who ever did say anything a piece of my mind. Is it so hard for people to just butt out and not get involved." Jordana looked down at her sleeping bag, she was irritated that someone would do such a thing, she was irritated that the common room was in shambles and she was just annoyed at the purple sleeping bags. "Why purple?" she uttered under her breath.

Falas giggled slightly as he whispered in her ear and she returned his hug. She layed down next to him, rested her head on his shoulder and looked at the stars with him. The Great Hall's ceiling continued to amaze her, it was like they were sleeping outside under the stars. Smiling she looked at Zekk. Everything was so perfect. She could hear friends and other students chatting but she didnt care, she was in her own little world.

"Sorry to interupt but, Do you know what is going on?" Phoebe whispered.Phoebe saw Jor next to her. "hi Jor. How are you? Do you know what happened?"

Amber shrugged. "I dunno why anyone would do it. Ooh, whoever it was, I'm gonna get very mad at them. I could have flown under the radar with Alex in that case. It should have been up to me to tell him! Someone sort-changed me. They're my feelings and I should be able to tell people about them when I want and in confidence." Amber was fuming. "Night Jor, I'm really tired. See ya tomorrow!"

Jordana nodded her head as she listened to Amber. "Night, Amber."


Jordana heard a familiar voice. She turned around and saw that it was Pheebs. "Hey Pheebs, I'm fine thanks. Didn't you hear? The common rooms are, well...destroyed. No one knows who did it."

Jordana slipped her legs inside her sleeping bag and lay down on her side facing Phoebe. "How have you been Pheebs? I haven't seen you."

"Could Someone please tell me what happened. Did someone break in?" Phoebe asked."I've been pretty good. You? What do you mean destroyed?"

"Well not destroyed but they are thrashed. No one knows who did it, or how they managed to get into all of the common rooms. Its pretty scary. I just hope they find the culprit soon, because I don't think I can take sleeping on the floor, or in these sleeping bags any longer." Jordana picked at the sleeping bag with a sour look on her face.

Edaj looked around, more first years were moving about her, but she just layed down and went to sleep rather than trying to talk to any of them.

Jordana lay down and looked over at Pheebs. "I'm really tired, I'm going to sleep Pheebs." She said with a smile. "I'll see you tomorrow." Jordana turned on her side and drifted off to sleep. "Hopefully tomorrow will be better." she thought.

Nic walked into the hall and laid down in the same spot he did the night before. He didn't feel much like going to sleep, so he just laid there. Nic looked up at the night sky and was completely lost in thought.

"hello." Phoebe said to the boy just near him." I'm Phoebe, a 1st year huffie." She smiled warmly to the boy. "How could it happen though?" She said speaking her thoughts finally.

Nic took his glaze of the night sky when he heard someone speak to him. "Hi I'm Nic, first year Gryffindor." Nic knew what she was talking about when she said how could it happened. "I wish I knew." he replied.

hi guys, said kimmy going over to a fello huffie & a gryffindor. ' can i sleep here,i cant go to sleep so ill be glad if i have some company.'

Symphora walked in.The place was big and there was a lot of sleeping bag there.She did not know where was she going but she knew where her sleeping area was.She walked towards the corner of the hall and sat there quietly.She gazed towards the people that was there that night.

Tonksamelia trying to think of what could ever have happened found a pruple sleeping bag and had a seat with her cat Xena and started rummaging through her metallic silver canvas bag for the map to find Ashley's mother Egwene. "I hope Ash is ok." she whispered aoftly to her cat and started to pour over the map in search of clues.
