Rae hurried into the Great Hall and eyed the milling students. She hopped up on the dias and held up her hands. "Alright, students... if I could have your attention, please. I'm sure you're aware that something has occured in the Common Rooms. We're currently investigating the disruption and trying to figure out exactly what happened and what we need to do to get you back in there. For now, we'll ask that you sleep here in the Great Hall. Prefects and professors are on duty to make sure that you're safe and following the rules. Any professors who wish to assist in investigating may join me at the staff table."
She clapped her hands and a pile of plush purple sleeping bags appeared. | |

Rosalie walked across the room, stepping over the scattered bodies of sleeping students. She reached the corner when Amber, Jordana, and Alex were sleeping. But whende was sitting up. Smiling, Rosalie stepped over everyone, and sat down cross legged on her sleeping bag.
"Hey sleeping beauty..." She greeted Whende absantly as she fiddled with her black pants. Once she was convinced all unnecessary wrinkles were out, she folded her hands in her lap, and leaned back against the wall.

Alanna had a sleeping bag in the corner. It felt safest with her back to the cold stones, but still she couldn't sleep. Pulling out her notebook again, she recorded what the professors had been saying about trying to find out who had destroyed the common rooms, and that they were sleeping in purple sleeping bags. Writing helped calm Alanna, but it would be nice to have a friend to talk to. Since none of her friends were around, she pulled out Le Pouf and let him run around next to her head.

Jessica sighed as she picked up her Purple Sleeping bag. She shook her head in dismay. She never thought that all of what has happend would come down to this. She rolled it up and slipped it inside of her bag, which amazingly had enough room to hold her class books, 4 quills, 3 bottles of ink, 2 of her pygmypuffs (the other was in her pocket) plus the sleeping bag. She shrugged. If she ever needed anymore room, she could always cast a charm on it. With another sigh, she walked out of the great hall.
