Rae hurried into the Great Hall and eyed the milling students. She hopped up on the dias and held up her hands. "Alright, students... if I could have your attention, please. I'm sure you're aware that something has occured in the Common Rooms. We're currently investigating the disruption and trying to figure out exactly what happened and what we need to do to get you back in there. For now, we'll ask that you sleep here in the Great Hall. Prefects and professors are on duty to make sure that you're safe and following the rules. Any professors who wish to assist in investigating may join me at the staff table."
She clapped her hands and a pile of plush purple sleeping bags appeared. | |

Meghan finally able to get some sleep walked over to the sleeping bags. She found a particularly squishy one and dragged it towards her table hoping that Ebony and Erin and the others would come over. She knew Erin was worried about where they were going to sleep. So here was the solution.

Julia looks around and blinks at Rae. "Oohhh I love slumber parties!" she exclaims, louder than she had planned. With a shrug, she picks up a purple sleeping bag and sets it at her feet. Then she digs through her school bag and pulls out her crup, Jeff, and shnuggles him gently. She sets him on the floor and drops her school bag into her purple sleeping bag. It would be easier to carry that way if both bags were combined into one, in a way.
She throws the sleeping bag over her shoulder and picks Jeff up into her arms, and walks around, hoping to find a cozy place to sleep. So many victims of my plots around here... so many students... yet... so many teachers watching over us... Well, it's not like any of them will be keeping a close eye on me. None of them would ever expect innocent Julia Agoobwah to do a thing... Julia thinks with a smirk on her face.

When I was at the lake earlier, that was when I first saw Nic and I push him in the water. I was about to hex him but he took my wand. Well there no talking to me when I'm mad so he walked away. He walked over to Chiyo and sat down next to her. She looked real tired, so he put his arm around her so she could lay on him."

Meghan nodded. "Anyone is better than Marek. But Nic seems really nice. At least he was when I was talking to him." She shrugged. She rolled onto her back and looked up at the ceiling. “Look at all the stars. They look amazing.” Even know after two years of being at the school, she was amazed at this one ceiling.

Alicia walked into the Great Hall and looked around.'oh great' she thought, 'I'm the only slytherin here' She wondered about her destroyed common room and what could have happened. at first she thought it was some arrogant Gryffindors but now it seems as though all the common rooms have been messed with. She grabbed a purple sleeping bag and headed for the empty area where the Slytherin table used to be.
Alicia sighed and said quietly 'maybe one of the other students will be nice and talk to me....'

Alicia, unable to sleep, walked over to a Gryffindor prefect who she heard called Serena by another student. "Excuse me," she said as politely as she could, "I recognize the fact that you are only a student, but do you have any idea as to what happened to the common rooms?"
It was hard to be polite because she was so agitated. What if her dear brutus had been hurt? Or her possesions destroyed.
"People have too much time on their hands, pulling petty stupid pranks like this!"
