as the 5 min was nearin mandi had just finished up with her nettles. "shew that was close"she said to herself. at exactly the 5 min mark she added her crushed belladonna and her powdered nettles. she looked at the time so she would know when the next 5 min was up!

after waiting for the ingrediants to boil, doug then reduces the heat and lets it simmer for 5 more minutes.

once those 5 minutes are up he then begins to stir 20 times clockwise then 20 times counter-clockwise.

After her potion had boiled for five minutes, Lola reduced the heat and let it simmer for five minutes.

After 5mins had passed, Shell stirred the potion fully 20 times clockwise, then 20 times anti-clockwise, taking her time so not as to get it wrong.

Janie then, after carefully timing her brew, added the belladonna and the nettles, then carefully, just as precisely as before, timed anothe 5 minutes. She hoped that she was going to be successful.

Whende, still staring into her cauldron, placed her elbow on the table in the middle of her textbook. Seconds later, she let out a sudden squeak as her book slid off the table and into her potion.

Shell reached for her goblet, ensuring it was clean and potion free before pouring the potion into it. She reached for her wand...............

Destiny reduced the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

She then read the directions and began to stir the semi-clear liquid 20 strokes clockwise and 20 strokes counter clockwise. When she finished stirring she poured the liquid into the goblet on her right.

After the 5 minutes, she carefully, slowly and presicley stirred the potion 20 times clockwise, and then 20 times anti-clockwise.

5 minutes later he added belladonna and nettles and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

Alyssa then poured the potion into a goblet and got out her wand"Coloro" she siad concentrating on making the color purple. She then went to the sink and measured 200ml of the potion and rinsed her hair with it. Alyssa waited 5 mins.

after another 5 minutes had passed vicky scanned her textbook for the next instructions so she reduced heat and simmered for another 5 minutes...

at exactly the 5 minute mark mandi took out her wand and lowered the fire under her cauldron and took a mental note of the time.

Lola then stirred her potion twenty strokes clockwise...and then twenty strokes counterclockwise. Her face brightened up as her potion went clear. She then put her potion in a Goblet.

Shell placed the tip of her wand into the clear mixture and took a deep breath.......'I want red hair...' she thought as she prepared to say the incantation...............'Coloro!' she said, hoping her potion would please her Professor......

after the stiring is done, i picked up a goblet and poured the clear liquid into it. pulling out his wand and dipping the tip into the liquid doug says, "Coloro!" while thinking hard on his favorite color, blue. doug then says," well i think thats about it, i hope i did everything correctly." then starts cleaning up his work area before asking,

"Professor, i think i have my complete potion. would you like to see it or should i go ahead and test it?"

Whende started to panic. She didn't know what to do about her book. She didn't think it a good idea to just stick her hand in, but there didn't seem to be any other way to get it out. "Er, Professor, could you..."

Shell raised her hand....'excuse me Professor, would you check my potion before I try it out?'

Destiny paused thinking of what color would go best with her features. She didn't want to look tacky.

Finally Destiny decided to do blonde cause it would go best with her crystal blue eyes and cream colored skin. She dipped the tip of her wand into the potion and concentrated 'blonde' then said clearly, "Coloro"

ooc note: I'm going to leave this thread open overnight so that those who were unable to attend the class will still be able to brew their potion. I will not be monitoring the thread but, that doesn't mean that Professor Branxton is not here and supervising. Please don't blow stuff up or die while I'm not able to RP (also note that if you die in the RP, you can't participate in the RP for the rest of the term and you will need to create a new character to play next term as the current one will ahve died).

Rose checked the time, it had been just over 5 minutes. She flipped through her book to find the instructions. She grabbed her Belladonna and nettles and dropped them into her cauldron. She waited another 5 minutes.

As her Professor was busy, Shell rinsed her hair with 200ml of the potion and waited 5 minutes for the result.......................

after 5 minutes mandi approached her cauldron "oh i hope this is right" she mumbled. she stirred 20 full strokes clockwise and 20 full strokes counter clockwise. after her stirring she placed her potion in her goblet she looked up not sure if she should go ahead and place her wand in or should she wait?
