Destiny gathered her stuff to leave.

"Erm, green," she said, giggling. She finished stirring, "What color should I do mine?"

Meghan pulled a mirror out of her bag and took a deep breath. 3. 2. 1. She looked at herself and burst out laughing. She had never seen a sight more odd than she did now. She had the brightest bubblegum pink hair ever. She blushed a furious red and that along with the pink clashed horribly.

Rose decided to give being a red head a try. She concentrated very hard on the precise shade of Auburn she wanted for her hair. She dipped her want into the goblet and quietly said "Coloro!" She rinsed her hair with the 200mL of solution and waited.

After about five minutes her blond tresses began to darken and turn a deep reddish/brown. It was exactly what she had wanted. She pulled out a mirror and was quite pleased with her appearance.

Whende decided that going brunette might be fun. She concentrated on the brown color that she wanted her hair to go and wiped out her wand. Dipping the tip into her potion she said, "Coloro." Then she rinsed her hair in 200mL of the potion.

Touy had followed the direction very carefully the water boiled and she added the belladona and nettles boiling for 5 minutes. Then lowering the tempature she let it simmer for 5 minutes then stirring 20 times clockwards and 20 counter clockward 'Careful almost there' Touy thought. Touy consentrated hard her face screwed up in a squint. Potion in the goblet now just the tip of the wand "Coloro. Touy's mind slip for a second she would be trying out with the silver team. Oh the potion was silver oh well that wasn't to far from her blond color and maybe it would bring her luck. 5 minutes later Touy had silver hair like a veela. No one would think she was a veela not a 3'6" and a pug nose. Touy laughed to her self everyone was going to look funny a dinner. Ah dinner.

Whende was growing frustrated, over twenty minutes had passed and nothing was happening to her hair. Maybe something had gone wrong. She might have read the directions incorrectly, after all, they were smudged. Or maybe she'd just not done it right at all...

Lala brought up all the ingredients she needed now this is perfect she thought, rubbing her hands she smiled and started her potion-making..the four ingredients are at her table.. she toook the moonstone and dropped it in her cauldron. She waited exactly 5 minutes to boil. After that, she added the Belladona and the nettles, then waited for full five minutes. Hmm, im doing okay.. now comes the stirring... better be careful about this she thought. Counting from 1-20 she stirrred her potion clockwise, then another 20 times counterclockwise. She had placed the potion in an empty goblet.After that, she took her wand and dip its tip in her potion and said the incantation Coloro! at that time she was concentrating hard on the color Plum.. She didnt actually know why she did choosed that color..

Katie had already completed the first 5 steps of her potion. She had placed the moonstone in her cauldron and added water, she had boiled the water for 5 minutes, she added the belladonna and nettles, she boilied the water for another 5 minutes, and 5 minutes had past from when she reduced the heat and let the potion simmer. Now, she had to stir. Katie had her full concentration on the potion. She stirred the potion 20 times clockwise and 20 times counterclockwise. Her potion was clear, just like it was supposed to be! She scooped the potion into a goblet. Katie dipped her wand into the potion, concentrated on her favorite shade of lilac/purple, and said,"Coloro!" Katie was hoping for a lighter, more lilac, color purple; however Katie's potion was a dark purple. "Well," Katie thought, "It was all right for my first ever potion. Mom would be prould." Katie measured out 200 mL of the potion and rinsed her hair in it. She waited for the color to change and rushed to the mirror. "Wow," she thought,"I'm glad I thought of the darker purple because I like it better." Katie was also happy because her twin brother Nathan, who was always better at every subject, wanted his hair to be green and he had gotten magenta!

Now Lala rinsed her hair with 200ml of her potion. She waited for more than five minutes by writing down some notes... And time passed by, she's already been waiting for eight minutes. ops, times up.. she took a mirror from her bag and looked at her hair.. in Lala's amazement it turned to plum. Lala was so happy but a bit sad too at the same time for she thought, oh why why did I concentrate on plum she sighed and shrugged. She looked around and can see that some of her classmates were also successful and has a better choice of color than her.. She sat there and continued to write...

“Eighteen...nineteen....twenty.” Rosalie counted aloud, as she finished her first series of strokes. Reading the directions once more, she started her twenty strokes counter-clockwise. Well this is a tad bit tedious. Rosalie thought as she stirred the potion twenty more times. I definitely do not think Potions is for me...too much...time oriented work....I need more...action.

“Nineteen...twenty!” She counted aloud.

With all the labor needed to complete the potion completed, she poured some of the clear potion into a goblet, then put the tip of her wand in the potion and said, “Coloro!” thinking of the color pink. The dark shade of pink, that could nearly be passed off as red.

She hesitated at the last step, feeling a little uneasy about rinsing her hair in some foreign substance, but did as it instructed. The color would wear off eventually, and she knew it. If she messed up, the professors could help her right it.

Lua gathered her ingredients to her area and took one last glance at the board before begining. She initially placed the moonstone in cauldron and added 500mL of water. After starting the fire beneath the cauldron, she let the mixture boil for 5 minutes. Lua then added the crushed belladonna with 5g of fried nettles and let continue to boil for another 5 minutes. Ignoring the smell of the mixture, she lowered the heat for the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes. Using a rod, she stirred the simmered mixture 20 full strokes clockwise then another 20 fill srokes counter-clockwise.
Taking the rod out, she placed the clear potion in the goblet. Before trying the mixture on her hair, she checked other students in the class, giggling at their hair colors, she descided to start coloring her hair.
Dipping the tip of the wand in the potion and pointing it at her hair, Lua concentrated on the color red and incanted "Coloro". She then rinsed her with 200mL of the potion, and waited patiently and in excitment for her new hair color. This was too exciting since her parents never allowed her to color her hair, and doing it for her class was a perfect excuse not get punished for it.
Lua got a small mirror out of her bag and stared at herself until her hair color turned red, smiling softly, she turned at her sisters showing off her new hair color.

Minerva cafefully crushed the belladonna. Then placed her moonstoen in the cauldron and added the right amount of water. She patiently waited for the water to boil and after rechecking her potion notes she added the nettles and belladonna and waited for it to boil again. After carefully timing five minutes she reduced the heat on her cauldron and simmered her potion for another five minutes. Minerva checked and rechecked her notes, she was feeling very nervous like something was going to go wrong. Her brothers had scared her with stories of how hard potions class was and she was feeling a little overwhelmed on her first day. She then stired her potion clockwise 20 times then counterclockwise 20 more times. She reached into her bag and grabbed her wand and goblet. She wasn't sure if the potion was clear but she poured it into her goblet. Holding her breath slightly she thought of a color,red hair would be nice for a change. She then dipped her wand tip in the potion and said, "Coloro!" (Minerva thought she might have said it a little too loudly). She then carefully measured 200ml, "Well here goes" she said to herself and rinsed her hair with her first potion. She then waited patiently for the longest five minutes in her life.

Serena placed all of the necessary materials out on the desk and peered into her book for the first set of instructions. She placed the small moonstone into the cauldron and carefully added the 500 mL of water. After boiling the water for five minutes, she added the crushed belladona and nettles. Waiting another five minutes for the water to boil once again, she glanced around the room, smiling at her sister.

She reached forward and turned down the heat, allowing it to simmer for another five minutes. She then stirred the mixture twenty strokes clockwise and then twenty strokes counter-clockwise. When she finished, the potion was clear. Sighing happily, she thought for a moment before deciding what color to change her hair, then poured the potion into a goblet.

She dipped her wand into the goblet, clearly stated "Coloro!" and concentrated on the color she wanted. Rinsing her hair, she waited patiently for the change to happen. She walked up to Lua and peered over her shoulder at the mirror. Grinning in delight, she turned her head from side to side, admiring her bubblegum colored hair. She never got to do fun stuff like this at home.

Finally after five minutes Minerva checked her hair color. It wasn't quite red, more like pink she thought. Maybe it will get darker she thought. Feeling a little letdown that her potion didn't turn out quite right she gathered her things and reread her notes for what felt like the hundredth time. Maybe I didn't let it brew long enough, she thought, maybe I didn't stir hard enough, maybe I measured wrong. Minerva sighed deeply, it was only her first class. It had to get better.

nineteen... twenty... Kassie chose to make her hair navy blue. It worked yah. Kassie smiled.

Tonya walked up to the professors desk to get her moonstone then back to her desk to boil her 500ml of water with the moonstone and waited for 5 mins.
While she waited she gathered her balladonna and nettles to prepare for after the moonstone and water boiled.

Ayumi gathered her materials carefully, double checking everythng before returning to her seat. Then she placed the moonstone into the cauldron and carefully added the 500 mL of water. After boiling the water for five minutes, she added the crushed belladona and nettles. Waiting another five minutes for the water to boil once again she peered into the cauldron watching the bubble slowly, "Come on, Come on little potion, boil faster I know you can do it." she quietly encouraged her potion along. After what seemed like forever she let the potion simmer for yet another five minutes, as she thought about what color she wanted to change her hair too. She then stirred the potion 20 times clockwise then 20 times counter clockwise and poured the clearish liquid into a clean dry goblet. After thinking she dipped her wand into the potion and said "Coloro", as she thought about a nice deep golden color.

Once the potion was finished, she cleaned up her area. Putting away the moonstone for later and gathering the other things to be discarded. Ayumi sat and looked at the board anxious for the Professor to say, go on and test your potion.

Tonya's water had boiled so she put in her belladonna and netlles and waited for it to boil for another 5 minutes.

Five minutes passed and Tonya turned down the heat on her cauldron and let it simmer.

Tonya poored her clear potion into stuck the tip of her wand in concemtrated on the color red and said "Coloro"
She poured 200ml of it into her long blond hair and sat down to wait 5 minutes.

Tonya walked over to the sink and rinsed out what was her long blonde hair and looked in the mirrorand liked what she saw. Her hair was a fire engine redwith a few streaks of a lighter red.

Alicia got out her ingredients. then she put her moonstone into her cauldron & added the 500ml of water. After boiling the water for five minutes she added the crushed belladonna & nettles. then let it boil for five minutes, then she reduced the heat & let it simmer for five minutes. then she stired it 20 stroke clockwise & 20 strokes counter clockwise.she placed the clear potion into a goblet hten she dipped her wand into her potion & said "Coloro" while she concentrated on a bright red colour, then she rinsed her hair in 200ml of the potion & waited for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes she checked her hair & saw she now had bright red hair.

Ajay walked up to the Professors desk to get his moonstone. Ajay walked back to his desk to boil his water with the moonstone, and waited for 5 mins. Ajay got the rest of the Ingredients while he waited. After 5 mins Ajay added the belladonna and the nettles to the moonstone and water when the water was boiled, and waited another 5 mins for the belladonna and nettles to boil.
After they had boiled Ajay turned down the heat on his cauldron and he let it simmer for 5 mins. After the 5 minutes he started to stir the potion 20 times clockwise, then 20 times counter-clockwise. Ajay poured his potion in a goblet and tip his wand in his potion and he concentrated on the colour lime and said "Coloro!". He poured 200ml of the potion in his hair and sat down and waited 5 mins. After 5 mins his hair was a lime colour.

"HeyAjay Nice hair"

"Thanks Tonya" Ajay said looking at his hair now that it was a lime colour.

"Welcome, you might want to stop lookin in the mirror and come sit down before Professor Branxston comes back."says Tonya motioning to the seat next toher.

Alex had watched all the other students working on their potions. "big mistake" he said as he watched Whende drop her potions book. He walked up to the professor's desk and collected all the ingredients that he needed.

He opened up his potions book and remember what his mother has always thought him in the kitchen. He loves cooking and he tries to imagine he was at home making his own soup.

he breaths in and read the book "place the moonstone in culdron. water hmm 500mL" he said as he placed it in the culdron and scanned for the next instruction. He waited for the water to boil and read on. he kept checking his watch. "5 mins" he said smiling and placed the belladonna and nettles in.. "another 5 minutes" he said and waited patiently.

He jerked up as he hears a glass breaking but he shrugged it off. "5 mins of boiling and 5 minutes of shimmering" he smiled and again.He leaned on the table with the book in hand.
suddenly his watched nudged and he picked up the stirrer. "20 closkwise stir" he started counting and "20 anticlockwise" keeping his eyes on the book and the cauldron. before he had to stop his last stir "Goblet" he said to him self and reached for the Goblet but he couldnt find it. he looked up to his table and saw that it was on the floor "oh no" he said starting to panic. he tried to keep stirring and reaching the goblet with his leg and luckly he managed to get it on time

"oh my god" he said in a sign of relief. "that was close" wiping off his sweat. he scooped the potion in to his goblet and dipped the tip of his wand in to it thinking hard on the color blue. "Coloro!" he said and concentrated on the color blue.

taking the goblet he measured 200mL and waited for the professor to give orders to try the potion that he just brewed. "i just hope it works" he said enthusiatically and decided to watch the other student doing their work.
