Jordan raised her hand to answer Professor Virohsa's question. "Herbology is the art of combining medicinal herbs." She wasnt sure if her answer was right, but it was worth a shot.

Kasandra put up her hand hoping to make points for ravenclaw "herbology would be the study of plants, how they work and what they can do is an example" she said

Kay raised her hand and spoke clearly. "Herbology is the study of magical plants and fungi, including their care and their magical properties and uses."

Ebony walked into the classroom. She didn't know where to sit until she spotted Nikky and Jesscia. "Mind I sit with you'll?" she ask.

Proffesor herbology is the study of plants and fungi.

"Excuse me Professor, I have a question." Rosalie said, and waited to be called on, her hand still raised.

Professor Virohsa frowned. "5 pts will be docked by failing to raise your hand. And no, herbology is not about looking over plants, it is about something a bit more".

Professor Virohsa nodded. "Very well! 2 pts shall be awarded to Jordan", she added. "Herbology is the mixture of plants for medicinal purposes. Usually these include magical properties", she added.

"We shall start with some things. First of all, give me some examples of some normal and very common maladies and injuries"

Whende leaned toward Rose and hissed, "Nothing." she nodded toward the front of the class. "Shh."

Whende giggled softly at Rosalie's reply. She pulled out a notebook and searched her robes for a quill.

Professor Virohsa frowned. "5 pts shall be taken for not raising your hand", she said quickly.

Professor Virohsa turned to look at the student. "Yes?"

Professor Virohsa frowned. "I suggest you keep a closer eye at the clock. In the meantime, 5 pts will be deducted from your house so that you will remember to be on time next time", she added.

Kasandra raised her hand "common inguries would be a cut or a bruse. a banged head or a cold." she finished some random things

Sarah raised her hand and said "Professor is a bite from a poisonous beast a common injury"

"Are there different branches of Herbology? Like, someone that just specializes in the care of violent plants? Or how to treat poisonous ones?" She asked, leaning her elbows on her desktop, which she noticed was covered in a small layer of dirt particles.

Professor Virohsa nodded. "Very good! Cuts, bruises, colds, and headaches are included in common maladies. 2 pts shall be awarded to Kasandra", she replied.

Professor Virohsa nodded. "Sadly, it is far more common than some of us would want", she explained. "2 pts shall be awarded to Sarah", she replied.

Shell raises her hand. 'excuse me professor, but are we in the present or past tense?'
