luna walked up to the counter and gave madame rowena the book she had found on the bookshelves, tasseomancy- a guide to tea leaves "can I borrow this book please?" she saked

*Madame Rowena greets Yashu*

"Of course you may take out Adavaned Potion Making," says Madame Rowena handing it over. "Hope you enjoy your term!"

*Next in line is Luna*

"Tasseomancy- A Guide to Tea Leaves, I see, excellent choice if I do say so myself. There is an especially insightful look at green tea leaves in chapter 26," states Madame Rowena. "Hope you find what you're looking for and enjoy the school term."

Emma walks up to Madame Rowena at the front desk. "Hello!" she says cheerfully. "Do you know where I could find a Flourish and Blotts order form? Only I want to buy something else from them."

"thank you madame rowena" said luna nodding, she took the book back and placed it carefully in her bag before leaving the library smiling for no real reason.

*Madame Rowena waves goodbye to Luna before turning to help Emma*

"Hello there Emma, an order form you say? I know I have one lying around here somewhere. I always make sure to pick up a stack whenever I visit." Madame Rowena begins opening drawers and rustling through numerous paper. She aborts the drawers and moves to the cabinets stacked behind the front desk counter. She opens one door and a large puff of fire comes billowing out. "Ooops, forgot that was there. I know for a fact the order form is not there. She opens another door and a ethereal blue light begins to stream out and heavenly choir music fills the air. "Definitely not in there," she states. Madame Rowena continues on and open yet another cabinet and breathes a sigh of relief. "Here they are!" she says bringing one over to Emma. "Now, I hope you find what you're looking for," Madame Rowena says before handing it over.

Haefalaswen went up to the front desk and said to Madam Rowena "uhm... hello, I would like to borrow these please, 1001 Magical Creatures and Charms For The Charmed Ones... Oh, uhm... Do you have any good books about potions ??"

"Hello Madame Rowena, could I borrow Hogwarts, a History?" Erin asked the librarian shyly. Before waiting for a reply, Erin thought of another question she had been meaning to ask- "I was also wondering of you could help me find a book about Wizarding traditions and holidays. You see, I am muggleborn, and I would like to read up on some of the traditions to maybe get my family to do some wizardish things. I am sure they would find them interesting, because they do seem to be very interested in magic. My mum even bought a few books in Flourish & Blotts when she took me shopping in Diagon Alley just to learn a little. Could you please help me?"

Valera went straight to the front desk when she entered the library to see the librarian.

"Umm.. Hello Madam Rowena. My name's Valera. I'm a bit lost here. Do you happened to keep an extra copy of 'Hogwarts, A History'? I would like it for a little bit of extra reading before the classes start, thank you."

"Thanks for your time!" Emma says cheerfully before heading to the Owlery.

"Madame Rowena?May I borrow some book about intensive spills removing and the elves history in hogwarts,please?"she asked politely,just slightly blushing because of the heat.

"Hello Madam Rowena," Kali as it was her turn, "I would like to chck out this book," she put The History of Quidditch of Oceania on the counter.

She paused, "And I realize that the genuine one in The Museum of Quidditch in London, but I was wondering if you possibly had any copies of Gertie Keddle's translated diary on the early days of Quidditch? I mean, I doubt it because it's such a rare piece of literature, but I was wondering, since this is Hogwarts that may-," she paused, "Sorry. I was rambling."

"Good afternoon Madame Rowena, could I borrow Hogwarts, a History, please?" Christy asked politely to the librarian. She was in her second year at Hogwarts and she wanted to know more about this place. She had only read some chapters at the seating areas and she wanted to finish the rest of the book, specially the "Train Crash" part.
While she waited for Madame Rowena she scanned the room around her...

Lo walks up to the front desk and smiles at Madame Rowena. "Hello, I'm Cielo Ravenclaw, it's my first year here at Hogwarts and I have a question about Herbology. Is there a book I can read that tells me when China tested and test studied?"

*Madame Rowena smiles at all the students who have piled up at the Front counter and resolves to help them all one at a time*

"Hello there Haefalaswen, signing out 1001 Magical Creatures and Charms I see? Excellent text if I do say so myself. As for potion texts there is Brewing Potent Elixirs and The Encyclopedia of Potions," says Madame Rowena while signing out all 3 texts for Haefalaswen. "There you are dear and have a good read."

*Erin is next*

"No need to be shy Erin, it is very nice to meet you and I would be more than happy to help you with your library requests," assures Madame Rowena. "Now, Hogwarts, A History is a must-read for any new student here and I have boundless copies avaliable. As for texts for you family I would recommend So You Want To Be A Wizard? A Guide to Magical Tradition, this will have everything you need I believe." Madame Rowena signs out the books for Erin with the tip of her wand. "Now, have a good term Erin and I hope to see you back here," states Madame Rowena.

*Madame Rowena listens to Valera's request next*

"Ah, Hogwarts, A History again I see, here you are dear," says Madame Rowena passing the text over to Valera.

*Madame Rowena waves goodbye to Emma and she heads out of the library. geraldinechang is next*

"Hmmm, I suppose it is a bit stuffy in the library," Madame Rowena waves her wand and the stuffy humidity that was lingering in the air a moment before disappears and a cool, fresh scent remains. "What I would suggest for you is Quick Removals: A Guide to Stain Removal and Hogwarts Elves: Past, Present and Future," states Madame Rowena while signing them out.

*Kali is next and Madame Rowena checks out The History of Quidditch of Oceania for her*

"Gertie Keddle's Diary you say, very remarkable work I have to say. We do a copy of it, it is not a true book-bound version but it is a duplicate to the one in the museum. It is not complete with all the diagrams, but all the text is there," says Madame Rowena as she summons it from a nearby shelf. "Here are you books and have a good read," wishes Madame Rowena.

*Madame Rowena helps Christy next*

"Hogwarts, A History? that seems to be the popular request today and for good reason." Madame Rowena picks one off a nearby book cart and hands it to Christy. "Here you are dear."

*Cielo walks up to the counter next*

"A Herbology text I see? Well, I believe that is A History of Herbology, there is a chaper specifically on China and you should be able to find what you are looking for in there," says Madame Rowena while handing the text over to Cielo.

pauline walkes up to the desk "hi can i check out this book The greatest wizards of all, please" she asked the librarian

"Hello Madame Rowena" Aurore says shyly. "Umm...do you have a book on Chinese Herbology? I would like to do some extra reading for my Herbology class."

*Madame Rowens signs out the book Pauline brings toward her and then turns to help Aurore*

"Hello Aurore, first term here at Hogwarts?" says Madame Rowena trying to break Aurore's shy exterior. "Indeed, I do have many texts on Chinese Herbology, the best being The Encyclopedia of Chinese Plants and Fungi," says Madame Rowena while taking it off a shelf behind the counter. "Here you are, have a wonderful term, and come visit me soon!"

Tonksamelia wanders over to Madame Rowena's front desk and very quietly asks, "May I please get a set of books for all the classes, 1st year editions." Looking around to see no-one else is over hearing nearby, "And do you happen to have anything on Fairies? I love fairies, but they keep bothering me while I'm trying to study." Starts fidgeting a little and explains, "I don't want to offend them. I love that they visit with me but I need some space you see."

Rachel smiled at Tonks. She waited her turn. She tapped Tonks on her shoulder,"Have you seen this book?"
She showed her the one she had in her hand. "I know you'd love it...,it's all about faeries." She smiled and pointed to the bookshelf where she got it and patiently waited her turn.

"Hello Tonksamelia, it is nice to meet you," says Madame Rowena while handing over a large stack of 1st edition texts. "As for the fairies I would suggest Pesky Fairy Removal, that should keep them from interrupting you studies," states Madame Rowena.

*Madame Rowena then turns to Rachel to help her*

"What can I help you with today dear?"

Professor Light entered the library and smiled. She hadn't been in here for at least 5 years... She missed this place. Even when she was a first year, knowing nothing of the wizarding world, she was always able to come here and feel connected to the life she once knew. However, Professor Light knew that she had no clue where to even begin looking, so she walked up to the front desk to talk to Madame Rowena. She gave her a warm smile, and extended her hand. It was always nice to meet the other professors.

"Hello, my name is Iulianna Light, I don't believe we have met yet, I'm the new Muggle Studies teacher here. I was wondering if you could help me find a book, one that might have a spell or something, to get certain muggle object requiring electricity to run here at Hogwarts. You see, I've been trying to get this TV working for my first lesson, and so far, with the spells I was able to find on my own, all I've been able to do is create some static... which is a good sign, though not what I'm looking for." she laughed quietly.

"So..." she continued after a slight pause (she had been talking rather fast, as usual) "know anything that could help?" she finished.

Rachel smiled and showed Madame Rowena the book she was carrying Faeries and Their Habits. "May I borrow this book?"

Haefalaswen went to the front desk and smiled at Madam Rowena.
"Hello... I would like to return 1001 Magical Creatures but I'm still keeping Charms for the Charmed Ones and Brewing Potent Elixirs" she said.
"Oh ehm... But I would like to borrow this, Numbers in Arithmancy please" she said with a big smile.
