Lala started to get to work her own forgetfulness potion. She wasn’t really good at following directions and she’s already a forgetful person. She sighed thinking “ A forgetfulness potion,  im already a forgetful one… oh well. Rubbing her hands she took a deep breath and looked at the board. She note it down and stopped for a moment when she learned that, she will be using a frog spawn. Thinking… “ What? A frog spawn…eeww I hate frogs, much more its spawns” she sighed again.
She fillled her cauldron with water and jobberknoll feathers, and waited. While doing so, she started to pound the two fresh frog spawns with mortar and pestle. She will not touch it, ever. After five minutes, she added the spawns into the cauldron and started to stir it for twenty-five times counterclockwise.
While simmering it, she had sliced the ginger root and leeches into chunks and added it up to the cauldron after five minutes. “ Oh no another twenty-five stirs” she started to stir anyway, counting only to herself.. After stirring she waited for another ten minutes for it to simmer. She took a glance at her fellow Gryffindor Jo Hazel and a Hufflepuff friend Jess. They were doing great, then she turned to her cauldron to check it out. It did turned to gray, though not sure if it is smooth enough like what their Professor said it should be…
She brought up two vials and got some of her potions into it. She patiently waited for Professor Braxton for further directions. Quote:

Rosa had exceeded any expectation today. It was quite a pity that her cauldron hadn't exploded. If potion-brewing had to go wrong, it ought to go wrong good and preferably not go wrong at all. She had no idea what she'd done wrong. She'd cut her jobberknol feather and she'd been very carefull with her frog spawn. And when she'd added her sliced leeches they'd suddenly caught fire. A nasty green kind of fire with a very bad smell. After about half a minutes the flames were getting less and Rosa'd been able to empty her cauldron somewhere. The inside of it had a strange, blue colour, that wouldn't go away.
She'd just putten away the unused ginger root when professor Branxton announced the project. that should be funny... She looked around to see if there was a ravenclaw who would like to do it with her. Maybe she'd do well at forgetting or making notes...

Sabrina glanced up as the professor wrote the ingredients on the board. She pulled out her cauldron and measured out the ingredients, careful not to squeeze the leeches. She brought the water to a boil and then added the Jobberknoll feathers, boiling it for 5 minutes.
While she waited she used her mortar and pestle to grind the frog spawn. She added this to the feathers and water and stirred 25 times counterclockwise. As she waited for it to simmer for 5 minutes, she sliced the ginger root into nice, even pieces and sliced up the leeches, careful not to get squirted by the leech juice. She then dumped the ginger root and cut leeches into the pot and stirred the entire mixture 25 times counterclockwise. She let this sit for 10 minutes and then peered inside. Ah, a nice smooth gray appearance.
Sitting back, she watched the class until she heard the professor begin to speak again. Looking around the classroom, she spotted Meghan. “Hey, Meghan. Want to be my partner?” she asked, with a smile.

Meghan turned when she heard Sabrina ask if she wanted to be partners. "Oooh, Yes! I would love to." She picked her stuff up and moved to a desk closer to where she was sitting.
"So do you take the potion and than I take the potion...or do I take the potion and you take notes...or do you take the potion and I take notes..."she trailed off hopeing she didn't confuse Sabrina.
ooc: Do we both take the potion and than pretend that only one did and take notes?...cuz if we both took the potion we would forget we had to take notes...just a random thought...

I made some changes since I didn't really give you enough time for this in the original lesson plan. Sorry about that.
Also, I didn't quote Doyle but, he did say that only one partner would be taking the potion while the other would take notes. We won't have time to switch partners for extra credit, though. Quote:

2/24: special discussion class Remember: you can participate even if you don't have a partner or you start late. PM me if you have any issues or questions.
