"i'm going to try water" pauline said to tiffany. she poured water on the plant. she waited a minute and it turned a little darker. "well a step in the right direction"

Muggle agreed with Professor Virohsa. She was right. Muggle walked over and grabbed a plant. "I think we should add just a little bit of everything first, and change it if it's too much," Muggle suggested.

Christy copied the writing from the blackboard and drove her attention to the plant. She tried to use light in the plant "Lumus" she said. The rhubarb lost a bit of colour so Christy put her gloves and tried to take some earth. The plant came back to normal but the flowers were not purple. She grabbed a water pitcher and tried a bit of water. The flower was still the same...but before the girl even got a chance to ask for help a few purple shades appeared in the flower 'Great!!' Christy said to herself.

She did a few more experiences and took some notes...

Julie got her plant, and stared at the chinese chart before starting anything

"ok muggle" said g_g. she first put on her gloves and put some soil/earth. then she got her pitcher and poured some water. "lumos" she said pointing her wand at the plant and light came out of her wand tip. she waited for any changes in the plant.

pauline put on gloves and put a handful of dirt on the plant. she waited for the affects. the plant turned pale. "darn it, may be a little more water" and got up to go get some more

"Great," Tiffany said to Pauline. "Ok, now i think that we should do light next." Tiffany took out her wand ready to do the spell. "Do you agree?"

Mithos took the new plant and placed it on the table. "Okay... Lumos!." He said pointing the plant with his wand. This time he pulled the wand back and said "Nox." And poured water on it. So far it was all looking perfect, except for his hair.

Kay watched in horror as Mithos's plant exploded. Putting aside her personal feelings towards the boy, she gathered her plant and walked over to where he was working. She sat her plant down on the work table to the left of Mithos. "At least your plant didn't try to eat you, Mithos," Kay jokingly said and hoped it would be an ice-breaker between the two.

Muggle sprinkled some water on the plant. "Darn!" she said as the plant turned pale. She looked up at the diagram and added some soil to the plant. It turned darker. "Whew, that was close," she said.

the plant g_g had had turned to a color almost a dark blue. "im close.....what do you guys think i should add?" she asked her groupmates.

Professor Virohsa continued to walk around for a bit. The students seemed to be doing very well. She nodded at a few plants. Looking at Pauline's plant she nodded when she made the comment that her plant needed more water. "You want to be careful with the water, child. If you place too much water, your plant will balloon up and probably soak you in the water you placed", she warned her casually.

She then continued and nodded at Christy's plant. "Very good! I can kinda see a blue color there", she noted. After these comments, she continued to walk around the classroom.

Zelot walked over to get her plant also. She picked it up and turned back toward the tables by her group. Zelot set her plant down, pulled out her wand and pulled a pitcher of water over. She picked up the pitcher and added just a little bit of water, enough for the soil to get moist. She then picked up her wand and said the lighting spell.."Lumos." As her wand let out a bright light, Zelot tried to hold the wand from above and slightly away from the plant so as not to fry the plant. The plant perked up a little from it's original state.

After hearing professor's Virohsa comment Christy tried once more, but this time the plant wasn't cooperating. 'Yup that's the word' She tought to herself. She gave some light to the plant but it didn't work. She looked for her water pitcher but when she looked at the plant it was very pale. She dropped some water but it became worst. She grabbed her gloves and placed earth. The plant seemed better but it was still a little pale. Christy tried water once again, it was good but she wanted it prefect. She used a little light and waited for the result...

pauline got some water and put some on the plant. it turned back to the orignal color. "woe that was close" she decided to add light "lumos" pauline said for ten seconds. the plant turned a light lilac. "hey tiffany i think i found a way to get it a voilet" pauline said

After staring at the chart: Earth generates metal generates water generates wood generates fire generates earth. Julie started, she put her gloves on she put the plant in earth (soil) and fixed in position, then she she bough the water pitcher over and poured water until the soil absorbed all the water and looked wet. Julie then got her wand out and said "Lumus" light emerged from her wand, she position the want so that light was perpindicular to the plant, she held it there so the plants can absorb some of the light, and as the plant absorbed the light, the plant kept absorbing water so when the soil became almost dry, julie added more water and kept her want intact continiuing to give light to the plant. After while with many water pourings and arm pain from holding the wand the plant turned purple. Julie put her wand and water pitcher down and staring at the prof. waiting to know what to do next.

"I guess that's one way of looking at it." He said looking at his black hair. "Did you finish yours?" He asked her. "I don't know what to do after the water."

"Cool, ok now I think that we need more soil, just to get it darker." she said to Pauline.

Pulling on her protective dragon hide gloves, Jessica walked over to the plants and gently lifted one into her hands. She wasn't very keen on explosions.She placed a water pitcher by her side. Steadily, she raised her wand and said, "Lumos." The sudden burst of light was momentarily blinding. The rays of light that diverged from thetip of her polished wand fully hit the plant. Nothing happened. She inhaled deeply. She poured some water on the plant. It began to turn pale. Oh no, Wrong Turn, Jessica thought, trying to keep clm. Gently, she dug the earth around the plant, not knowing herself what she was thinking of. Holding her wand firmly above the plant, she poured some water on it with her free hand. Slowly, tt began to regain its colour. The flowers were blooming more fully, turning a deep shocking pink. A sudden strange scent in the air forced her into a coughing fit. Wiping her face with her sleeve, she continued with her work. But the coughing had raised a question in her mind.

"Professor," she asked, her hand suddenly in the air. "Can a plant's scent somehow poison a person or internally heal one."

After writing down her notes and putting on her gloves, Ginny took the plant and placed it on the table in front of her. She pointed her wand at the plant and said, "Lumos". It had gone a bit pale for her liking so she tried "Nox". Again, the result was not that good. It dawned on her that maybe soil and water would do the trick. Ginny tried that approach and her rose started to grow buds.

Sabrina slipped on a pair of gloves, picked up a plant, and set it on the table. She tilted the pitcher of water toward the plant and carefully added some. Her plant began to droop, so she quickly picked up some soil and sprinkled it around. Her plant perked up a bit. Whew she thought.

Professor Virohsa walked over to Jessica and shook her head. "No dear. Thankfully, the poison is not strong enough to do that. However, it may make you sleepy", she added.

g_g added a little more water and got some soil. her plant turned lavander. "im really close" she said. "maybe i should add a bit more sunlight" she said.

Kay was writing down her observation of the plant and how it reacted to light, when Mithos asked her what to do next. "How much water did you give the plant, MIthos?" she asked as she grabbed a watering pitcher. "I always find it best to add a little water at a time and observe any reactions the plant may have," she said as she added a small amount of water to her own plant.

"The third step is removing and/or adding soil. If you added too much water, I would recommend adding a handful of fresh potting soil," Kay said and pointed to a sack of potting soil. She sat the watering pitcher back down on the table and began to jot down her obserations.

"yah thats what i was thinking" pauline said " cause the chart says light generates earth and thats soil" pauline took some soil and put it on the plant. the plant turned a darker shade of purple. "so close" she said to tiffany
