| | |  CoMC 1 - The Weird and Mysterious
Today’s lesson taking place inside, you walk into a large stone classroom with high windows. The room is bright and airy and filled with sounds and smells. The side walls are lined with cages of all shapes and sizes, and up the middle of the room is two long rows of wooden desks with very comfy chairs. At the head of the classroom is a large mahogany desk; behind it is a large tank covered with a sheet to hide it’s content.
Sounds of various animals fill the room and give it a never-ending theme song. As you walk in, the first thing you notice is the beautiful song of a magnificent Phoenix that is sitting on the professor’s desk. Calming you and making you feel less nervous, you walk confidently to find a seat.
Hello! Welcome to Care of Magical Creatures. Please make yourself comfortable as you wait for the rest of the students to arrive. You may look around the room a bit if you wish. | |

Jen entered the classroom and took a seat near Professor Dainsie's desk. She smiled at the professor at she took out a piece of parchment and a quill. She couldn't wait to see what today's lesson would be. Care of Magical Creatures was always an interesting class.

Meghan entered the classroom with her bookbag over her shoulder. She took a seat behind Julia and crossed her arms. Meghan did not look it but she was excited about this class. Care of Magical Creatures was one of her favorite classes.
After yawning, not out of boredom but of tiredness, Meghan waited for the class to begin.

Amber walked into the classroom and looked around. She noticed Julia there and smiled. She walked over to her.
On her way, she happened to notice something that was out of place...
"No...it can't be. He left two terms ago! Is it really.... Mithos?!?!" she thought to herself. She recalled how Ama had hit him in the back of the head with the wand. She giggle quietly. She missed her...
She shook her head and cleared her thoughts. She needed to be ready to study; it was time for class. She say down in a chair next to Julia, and set her books in alphabetical order in front of her. She turned to her and smiled.

Athena walked into her favorite class with a smile on her face. "Hey Professor!" she called with a little wave. She took a seat fairly close to the front of the classroom and began taking out her books. Once she felt she was ready, she took out her sketchbook and began sketching the Pheonix. She loved its beautiful coloring and the magestic way it held its head. Athena continued to sketch as she waited for class to start, occasionally glancing at the door to see if anyone she knew came in.

Jenna arrived at her first class and took a seat near some fellow Ravenclaws. A couple of the students looked familiar from the train, but she hadn't met any of them yet. She was relieved to see the one person she did know, Professor Dainsie, because she always made her feel welcome.
