Welcome to Charms! You enter the old classroom to find it looking very different from usual. There are still desks for all the students to sit in, but standing on every desk is a miniture door, about a foot tall. As always, take a seat and wait patiently for the professor to show up.
OOC: Feel free to RP yourself into the classroom, but try to keep chatting to a minimum. I'll be back in about half an hour to begin the lesson.

Listening to what the professor said to Sebastian, Falas tried again.
She cleared her throat and said "Colloportus". She heard a sound, and that's when she knew the spell worked. She grinned and sigh. Now she had to try the alohomora spell....

Drusilla stares at the miniature door on her desk. "Colloportus!" she commands, and the door is as locked as if it was frozen to be closed.
When the Professor tells them to unlock the door, she simply says: "Alohomora!" and the door swings on its frames like it had never been locked.

Emma said Colloportus and Alohoma over and over again and got it every time. She smiled and decided that it was because of all the practice she gotton with spells in Transfiguration.

She raised her wand again and said "Alohomora", this time, all she heard was a rattle. She looked at Sebastian with the ehe, oops I guess that was not suppose to happen kind of look on her face...

No wonder Charms is fun. It's just simply charming.
Jacob then proceeded on to seal and unlock the door after he fixed the handle. Practice makes perfect, and to try and not get yourself hit in the face again.

Sebastian had noticed Falas watching him a lot. It made him nervous, so he picked up his textbook and looked up the chapter of Alohomora and Colloportus and began reading. It was actually quite interesting. | |

Kate walked around the room, observing the students at work. Many looked like they felt they were finished because they had gotten the spells a few times, so Kate said something. "Keep practicing, everyone. Believe it or not, there is always room for improvment, so don't stop until I've dismissed you and given out homework." Having said that, Kate continued circling the room, ready to offer help if needed.

Sabrina looked up from taking notes as the teacher spoke. Well, I suppose there is room for improvement she thought. Picking up her wand again, she began to practice both spells. It seemed the spells worked better if she cleared her mind of all unnecessary things before attempting the spells.
She tried each spell four more times and was successful in every attempt. She glanced around the class to see how her classmates were doing. They seemed to be doing quite well. She turned her attention back to her door and tried the two spells again, feeling satisfied as she heard each squelch and click.

Jacob then kept on practicing, trying to perfect each lock and unlock with Colloportus and Alohamora.
