The magical lock on the door suddenly snaps open and the door falls back to reveal a locker room. You enter to find blackboards, benches, showers, and bookshelves full of resources and accounts showing some of the greatest Quidditch Matches and Teams from history. You also notice tables and chairs with drinks and snack stacked neatly for you tasting. On the wall is a poster welcoming all of the new Quidditch Captains to their private Locker Room.
You see your locker surrounded by your house colours. Your Quidditch robes are inside it with a C appearing the left chest. The newest rule book on Quidditch is on the shelf inside the locker. Sit down, tune up your broom, or have a snack.
This is where all questions, rosters or other information about a match should be posted. | |

We will begin the second session of this match today, January 21, at noon (EST). You may make changes to your line-up using the players you have submitted. I suggest to both captains that you make sure your team have a seeker on hand. One player equals one position. You can not play more than one position on the pitch at time and subbing in only allowed bewteen sessions. You can have 2 chaser instead of 3 or 1 beater instead of 2 if you don't have seven team members who will be present. You need at least one player in each position at the minimun. I expect to see your line up by 11:00 AM (EST) today or your team will play with the line up posted last night.

Due to illness, Mr Hassan will not be able to official today's session of the match. A new time will be post later today as to when the match will resume. Sorry for the inconvience to both houses but I didn't plan to wake up running a fever and not able to hold food down.

The Slytherin vs. Gryffindor match will begin again on Friday, January 27, 2006 at 12 AM GMT/ 7 PM EST / 4 PM PST. It is easier to run the match on the weekend than during the week. Your homework needs to be done at some point and Headmistress Rae would be upset if the OWL and NEWT student did poorly because of Quidditch. So captains, again your line up changes are due 30 minutes before the sessions begain. I'll see on Friday and good luck to both teams.

All captains and their players need to review the new post in the Quidditch Rules. It is a FAQ section that deals directly with some of the rulings and questions that come up during the current match. The goal is offer more information to all of you and so we don't have to reinvent the wheel for each match. If you have a question that you think might be helpful in that section please send it to me via a PM. I hope new post helps us all.
