| | Captain's Locker Room
The magical lock on the door suddenly snaps open and the door falls back to reveal a locker room. You enter to find blackboards, benches, showers, and bookshelves full of resources and accounts showing some of the greatest Quidditch Matches and Teams from history. You also notice tables and chairs with drinks and snack stacked neatly for you tasting. On the wall is a poster welcoming all of the new Quidditch Captains to their private Locker Room.
You see your locker surrounded by your house colours. Your Quidditch robes are inside it with a C appearing the left chest. The newest rule book on Quidditch is on the shelf inside the locker. Sit down, tune up your broom, or have a snack.
This is where all questions, rosters or other information about a match should be posted. |

You have from now until push off to make a emergency sub if you need to. After the match session begins there will be no subbing. If you have problem, question or comment during the match here is where you talk about it. I wish both teams good luck.

One last bit of housekeeping before the match. All players must be visible in their options choices. Invisibility cloaks are not allowed on the pitch. So...if I see you or one of your player in the invisible mode it will result in a penalty. I will make this announcement on the pitch as well. Captains, you are responsible for informing your teams. Every person should be visible. Nobody should be in the invisible mode. This is a new rule.

Ozzy, you can play only one position on the pitch. Did you not know that? I thought when you posted your roster you were saying you switch position if the player wasn't there at the beginning of the match. You have answered chaser questions so you have to be considered a chaser until this session is over. That mades you snitch answer out of position.

We do not have a Seeker... I thought you said that one person can cover 2 spaces if it was required. I thought it would be oka for me to take both the chaser and Seeker possition. Sorry. what should I do? me Seeker told me way too late about a health problem and it was too late for me to get somneone else to do it.

Nope doesn't work that way. So we had a miscommunications. I thought I was clear that you could have less chasers and beater so to cover the slots. I didn't realize you would think you could play both at the same time.

Jen, are you here??? We need to decide as a group of three a fair result of this. I don't want to over penalize Slytherin but a penalty has to be handed out. We can do points for Gryffindor, or give them the first of their three snitches. Personally I think a snitch is bit harsh, but I want of you to get your input. If we do points how many?

Ozzy take a deep breath. It will be okay. We will be closing down for the night after the three of us make a decision. You'll have time to make some changes before we start tomorrow.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Jennifer Kaye Wilson | Yes, I'm here. I would rather Gryffindor get the first of their three snitches. But if you choose to award points, I think that 40 points would be sufficient.

Jen I need to hear from you as the Gryffindor captain. I am doing it this way so neither team goes away feeling they haven't been heard before I make a decision.

Ozzy, which one of those can you best live with? Both are reasonable for what happened. Just to let you know Ozzy, Gryffindor's seeker wasn't online either. I checked just after asking the question. I don't watch to see who is online.

I can't play favorites in any manner. I do feel it is important for both of you to help decide the penalty. This is your match.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Jennifer Kaye Wilson | My team would rather receive a snitch, but both these penalties seem fair for what happened. If neither of you is opposed to that, then I feel that should be the penalty.

Ozzy, need a decision. Personally while the snitch is hard to give, the 40 points opens a wide gap between Slytherin and Gryffindor. I've seen teams come from 2 snitches down to win a match. It is in some way the easieer of the two penalties to overcome, in my experience and opinion.

Just to make it clear....Jen you want a snitch and Ozzy you are willing to give the 40 points. Okay, then I need to think about it and post my decision in 10 minutes at 10 pm (EST).

Hogwarts RPG Name: Jennifer Kaye Wilson | Yes, that's correct. Gryffindor would like the snitch.

Non-Quidditch players are NOT to answer the posted questions. If non-Quidditch team members answer questions, the assigned points will be deducted from that Team's total Match points. I would advise the House Captains to make this extremely clear in your House Common Rooms. There will be no exceptions. Out of position players may not answer a question not for their position. If they answer one then the assigned points will be deducted from their Team's total. Captains, please note highlighted passage. Our Quidditch rules already outline the penalty for a player answering out of position. Ozzy answered out of position. The penalty is therefore according to the above, the "assigned points" and in this case that is the first step towards the snitch. The ruling then is Gryffindor has the first step of three towards the snitch. I feel it is also the easier of the two options we were looking at.
I will send a PM to Headmistress Rae so she can review the ruling. We will begin the second session of this match tomorrow at noon (EST). You may make changes to your line-up using the players you have submitted. I suggest to both of you that you make sure you have a seeker on hand. One player equals one position. I expect to see your line up by 11:00 AM (EST) tomorrow.
I shall stay here for a brief period if you feel the need to discuss this more. Good job to both of you so far. A mistake can be overcome so Slytherin will be fine and Gryffindor is doing a fine job fight a tough match so far. Good luck to both of you tomorrow.

| Double Agent Stamps! Gaby doesn't want to interupt the meeting between the captains and Mr. Hassan, but she has a question about this new rule that may effect all the teams. "Excuse me, Mr. Hassan, but I have a question concerning the new rule that you posted today. When you refer to an Invisibility Cloak, I assume you are referring to the Invisible Mode located on the User CP-Control Panel- Edit Options- Login & Privacy. This mode will allow members not to show up as being online or be listed on the Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread that shows up at the end of the page. It is now against the rules for team members to make use of this option while the game is in session. Am I correct?" Gaby hates constantly asking such dumb questions, but she is preparing her first Meeting for the Hufflepuff Team and wants to be sure she has the rules correct. If her team is well aware of all the rules, they can avoid mistakes like what happened tonight. |

OOC: Hassan.
Just to let you know, I don't know who all will be able to show up for the next part of the Match... I couldn't get a hold of all the Team members, and I may not be able to make it since I am in the GMT-8 time zone and that would mean that the Match would be starting in 5 hours or something on my time which is very late (However the person I got this info from may be mistaken, in which case I may be able to make it.) I can not stay up all night to do this, I am sorry but I do not think I will be present for this Match. I also have no idea what to do in this situation... But I cannot mess up my sleeping pattern for this match, as school is still in session for me, and it's very difficult for me to switch my sleeping pattern back. Please don't penelize us for this, this it out of my controll and I don't think my mom would be too happy with me staying up all night to do this, I'm Sorry.

Could you be back on at 7 pm EST, which I think is 8 am your time Sunday morning?
