"1794"

Christy_Horcrux00 09-11-2005 01:14 PM

Christy took a few notes and responded at the Professsor's question. "The first recorded sighting of an Acromantula was in 1794"

Cho Chang* 09-11-2005 02:03 PM

Anna looked around. Pondering the question she noticed a good amount of people were giving the answer and decided that it would be best just to sit quietly.

She fiddled with her quill and waited patianly for the next question.

Raven stared at Professor Dainsie in amusment. She had never realised how Care of Magical Creatures had such information and facts about it. She wrote down notes quickly trying to get as much information as possible. "Fascinating," she muttered listening to her classmates blurt out knowledge.

Ross Halliwell 09-11-2005 02:13 PM

Ross scribbled franticly on his parchment, taking notes of everything the professor said and also the answers which his fellow peers gave. The song of the professors phoenix soothed hsi mood and made him relax. He came to the end of hsi note taking as the teacher paused. thsi allowed him to look around the room to admire the many creatures which occupied the room. He sat upright waiting for the professor to continue.

allucha 09-11-2005 02:33 PM

ali started scribbling down notes that everyone had said.

Draco's Gurl 09-11-2005 02:49 PM

Sara scribbled furiously trying to write down everything that was said. She wanted to do well in this class. She loved animals!

Padfoot 09-11-2005 03:19 PM

Heshasa began writing so quickly that her hand was a blur. Trying to get as many notes as possible.

alyssa_hilary 09-11-2005 03:39 PM

Alyssa was taking notes as the class was going. Alyssa liked this class.

harry_luvr 09-11-2005 03:41 PM

Adz, having been the first to answer the question, and being very well educated in this subject, just smiled and waited for the next question.

XxNoelxX 09-11-2005 04:34 PM

Noel took a few notes and listened to what the other students had to say. She already knew a lot about magical creatures.

Backslash 09-11-2005 04:34 PM

Jaren continued to take notes in silence. It didn't hurt for a little review, after all there had been no CoMC classes last term, and he was sure he'd gotten a bit rusty.

aiangel327 09-11-2005 04:39 PM

Jen took notes without looking up. Apparently CoMC wasn't her strong suit. Her classmates seemed to know quite alot about the subject, so she just remained silent and listened.

katep 09-11-2005 04:39 PM

Kate smiled in her seat. She was so happy, she had just earned her first ever points for her house. On to the professor's next question. She wasn't sure. She was amazed at everyone's knowledge on the subject and was taking notes as quick as she could write them down. At times, this part made her wish she could bring a laptop with her to class. Kate raiser her hand. "Maybe nifflers." Kate said taking a guess.

romours that a colony of acromantula has been established in scotland are uncomfirmed

Iphigeneia 09-11-2005 07:14 PM

Iphigeneia bit at the end of her quill, having written down keynotes. She wondered if the Ministry of Magic had rating for beasts like the nine-headed Lernean Hydra or the three headed dog Cerberus that Hercules from down Under said he had defeated (she had read in Hogwarts, A History of a similar creature that had been at the castle during the famous Harry Potter's time), or what about the furious Minotaur or the fantastic Chimaera... those would be fascinating to learn about!

Ozzy 09-11-2005 07:19 PM

Ozzy smilied and continued to take notes, occasionaly pausing to trace the tip of his green quill about his lips as he thought of what to write next before continueing on with his note taking.

lilly pad 09-11-2005 07:26 PM

Lilly raises her hand and says "professor can we talk about Augurey also known as the Irish phoenix legend says the cry of this bird meant of foretell death is the legend ture"

Marianuca Sugusdropplet 09-11-2005 08:27 PM

Marianuca struggles with her memory and attention problems.... She knew only one of the many questions the Professor was asking.... and only because she just happened to browse a book that snapped bites to the person who was reading it (the name, something like monster book of.... my memory!!). She quicly wrote down her notes to make sure she could remember easily. Then she raised her hand and said

1. Safe habitats
2. Control of selling and breeding
3. dis illusionment Charms
4. Memory charms (she could use one)
5. The Office of Misinformation

"Be real, Amaris is faster than you,she remembered quicker than you.... Maybe you should sit by her side and ask for help....". Marianuca feels utterly helpless with her memory and concentration problems....

secretlover101 09-11-2005 10:07 PM

Emily walkes into the room hoping she wasnt late yet and wondering what was in store for then today. She sat in the second row and waited paitently for class to start.

S.A.M. 09-11-2005 10:35 PM

S.A.M. looked around nervously at the classroom as she took her seat. Her mother was a whitch, but there was still so much here that she didn't know. As the proffesor started lecturing and asking questions, she scribbled down the infomation as fast as she could, wanting to do well in the class as she love animals.

That's right! 2 points.

Even though they are dangerous, all creatures have a place. Just like the Dragons and Sphinx. As long as we have some measure of control to stop them spreading to far or roaming actively hunting humans, they are allowed to exist as they should.

Certainly, if you would like me to cover it this term I will.

Now, what I want you to do is race to your dorms and bring back your school pet. All pets MUST be in cages, with the exception being the pygmy puff. So hurry along, then we'll talk about them...

Makani 09-11-2005 11:02 PM

Anelreas got excited about bringing Tobias to class, but there was no way he was going to get into a cage. She raised her hand. "Um, Professor? My cat is pretty tame. He doesn't need a cage, or rather, he won't go in one."

Cho Chang* 09-11-2005 11:05 PM

Anna smiled. Marny, her owl, would love class, that is if she could get him in a cage. She decided she better try and headed off to her dorm to see if she could find her somewhere.

Aris 09-11-2005 11:06 PM

Raven quickly stood and walked out towards the ground. She called for her bird moments later having the bird on her shoulder. "What a good girl," she mumbled and walked back into the class room with her Raven on her shoulder. "Well you didn't bring the cage," she thought jokingly and grabbed her wand. "Accio Cage," she said firmly seconds later noticing a large cage being thrusted at her bdoy. "Immobulous," she flinch from teh cage that stopped in mid-air. She grabbed it and placed Amelia in the cage walking into class.

"All the walking isn't serious," she said looking out the window towards the west wing of Hogwarts. To far for me she thought putting a smirk on her face as she sat back down in her seat. She smiled at her bird kindly trying to amuse her so she didn't kaw as much.
