Amaris continued to twirl her quill between her fingers. She had still failed to answer a question. The next one she would answer. The next one was hers. Totally. |
angel sat nervously at her desk. her quill, paper, and ink were sitting nicely on the desk, but she was too uncertain of herself to answer a question yet. |

Jen stared blankly ahead. She tried to focus as she began writing down what had been said. She almost raised her hand to answer, but couldn't for the life of her remember what the question was. Sighing she sat, quill poised above the parchment ready to record the answer. |

Anelreas blinked. She wasn't sure what the Professor was asking the definition of. She blinked again when students began giving the definition to merlin knew what. She has began to felt daft, but not as much as a rock. |
Linnea took notes on the questions and the answers being given. She hated to admit it, but had to. When the ministry took over last term, her interest in classes took a nosedive and she seemed to have forgotten some information she should have known. She continued to take notes and waited for something that she'd know..... |

Nadia bit her lip as she heard the professor making introductions to the class and about her phoenix. In a way, she only wondered what was Sparky doing this same minute. In another way, it only reminded her to check with Zekke about her, which she hadn't already and had her a bit worried. And the third and more pressing matter at the moment, actually, was that she was worried she never got to tell her mother she had, let's say, 'lend' Sparky to Zekke. There hadn't been enough time. On the other hand, she didn't know she wanted any pets. She felt she had failed with Sparky in a way, so why ruin another poor creature life at this point? Quote:

Noel nodded at the professor's statements and listened carefully to the other student's answers. She thought about perhaps getting a pygmy puff for her little sister, but she didn't think her father would appreciate any more magic in the house. He would always say that his daughter was enough. Noel smiled a little as she thought of him and how irritated he got at the smallest things. Despite his angry demeanor deep down he was really soft, and Noel knew exactly how to get to him. |
Pacilla listened intently to the Professor as she spoke. When she saw the pygmy puffs, she got all excited because she loved them. She considered the possibility of buying one after class, but wondered what her cat Pepper might think of it. When she realized the teacher was starting the lesson, she decided to think about pygmy puffs later and focus on class. She diligently took notes on everything, but had not yet been able to answer as someone always answered before her. |

Professor Dainsie continued... Now, have we all heard of the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures? She looks around to see most people nodding. Well I know it might sound slightly sinister, but they regulate not only dangerous creatures like Dragons and Manticore's, but also things that are cute and harmless. They have a very strict set of rules that helps to make the world safe, not only for us, but also for the magical creatures. They also have methods in place to ensure that the Muggles stay protected and un-aware of most creatures. Can anyone name the five main things they do to make sure this all happens smoothly? Hint: 1. Anelreas blinked (she did that a lot with the Professors classes) and thought for a moment. "Safe Handling?" She voiced, though was sure that possibly couldn't be one of them. "Memory Charms?" She guessed again. She was hoping the latter would be right. |

Amaris raised her hand. "Safe Habitats, memory charms, disillusionment charms, The Office of Misinformation, and Controls on Selling and Breeding." Well, talk about sounding like a robot. Amaris brought her hand down and fiddled with her quill. |
