The storeroom is located in the back of the shop, and the door is ALWAYS closed, but it's never locked unless the store is closed.

Employees are more than welcome to enter the storeroom. Non-employees should have NO business being back here unless they have permission from the shopkeeper. The only time a non-employee would have permission to be back here is if the candy they were looking for isn't located somewhere on the shelves and they want to check to see if there's any in stock in the backroom. The cabinets that store the candy are unlocked most of the time; there are some cabinets located randomly in the room that are locked because they hold some candy that hasn't even been introduced to the public yet. Very secret stuff.

If you were not invited but decided to check this room out anyways due to curiosity, you'll be in trouble.

Several chairs and a coffee table are also in the storeroom, and they have been place way back in the storeroom. That's where the shopkeeper will be found when he's on his break or needs to be alone for a bit.

OOC: Remember, this thread is off limits unless you have permission from the shopkeeper.

Caramel? "That would be awesome," he answered, turning back to look at her, a little twinkle in his eye. He was like a little kid again and he was in a candy store! It was almost too good to be true.

"So...what can I do?"

Anita smiled at him and motioned him back toward her with her head. "First I need you to take over the... oh who am I kidding. There are just some things that are easier with magic," she muttered as she unholstered her wand and tapped the handle of the spatula once. When it began to stir the chocolate she summoned forward a whisk and set it inside the pot and repeated the action.

"Okay! Now. Grab those almonds and bring them over here to this baking sheet and I will grab the caramel," she said.

Despite her changing her mind about him moving over to help her out, he moved towards her anyways. He was really interested in how she was making the chocolate. Maybe he wanted to store it in his memory so that he could do it at home.

Or conveniently forget about it so that he had an excuse to come back and or help make more.

OH. Almonds!

He turned and grabbed a bowl of almonds and returned to her cooking station. "Now what," he asked, really interested.

Anita beamed at him as he brought the almonds over. Okay... he was cute and she was getting distracted. Hehehe.

Clearing her throat she said, "Arrange about 6 or 7 almonds on the sheet. All bundled together you know. Then I will pour some caramel on them. Once that has them all stuck together we will dip them all in this chocolate and then set them back on here to harden."

He put the bowl on the counter and picked up seven of the almonds. Ryuu then placed them on the sheet and bundled them together, just like she'd said. "How's that look?"

Anita nodded as she cast a heating charm on the caramel making it all melty and yummy. Mmmmm. Stepping a little bit closer to Ryuu she tipped the container of caramel a little, letting the liquid oooooze out and smiled as she coated it evenly.

"Okay, now you can use your wand and levitate the cluster to the chocolate or you can use this and dip it by hand," she said as she set the caramel container down and picked up a skewer that she poke right through the center of the oooey goooooey mixture and picked the cluster up with no problem.

Ryuu watched as she carefully poured the caramel and then skewered the cluster. "I love doing things by hand. How can you learn when you don't?" He grinned and held it hand out for the skewer. "May I?"

Anita smiled at him and carefully handed the skewer to him. "Now. You will want to be sure to kind of twirl the cluster around when you get it into the chocolate to be sure it gets completely covered and all. You can coat it as many times as you would like," she said with a smile. She would help show him how... if it wasn't imposing on his personal space. She had the tendency to do that sometimes. Hehehe.

"Thank you," he smiled and took the skewer into his hand. He leaned over to where the melted chocolate was. He dipped the cluster into it and started to twirl it. "It smells delicious," Ryuu then commented, looking over at her. "You're pretty lucky to have this job."

Anita watched him twirl the cluster in the chocolate and smiled. There was something so magical about making candy. You couldn't be angry or upset while doing it. It just wasn't possible.

"You are doing a great job, Ryuu. Now, pull it out and let me cast a cooling charm on it and then you can dip it again. Lots of chocolate makes it yummier," she said and gave him a small wink.

"Yeah, this job is pretty awesome. Sometimes the customers can be a pain, but there are some pretty great ones that make up for the hassle. Like now."

Ryuu smiled like a proud little child as she applauded him for his cluster coating excellence. "Thank you," he muttered, flushing slightly and lifting the cluster up from the chocolate so that she could do her cooling charm thing. "Oh, well I am very glad that I'm not being hassle and I would be more than happy to do it anytime," he grinned. "Though, I must ask...how can customers be a hassle in a candy store? This is like...heaven."

Anita cast the nonverbal cooling charm and watched as the chocolate hardened just a bit. She nodded her head at Ryuu and gave him a wink. Proceed with the chocolating, sir!

"You are more than welcome in this shop anytime you would like to come visit. I mean that too," she said sincerely as she placed her hand on his arm. She let it rest there for a moment and then patted it gently.

Letting her hand drop, finally she shook her head. "How anyone can be a poo in a candy store is beyond me... but it happens. Kids and adults alike. It is quite ridiculous really. I have no patience for disrespect or rudeness so they make me angry and I lose my temper," she said with a shrug.

He smiled at her as he felt her pat his arms, lowering the cluster down into the chocolate. She was very kind; it made him glad that he had run into her first. Especially since she was the one to work in the candy store!

"You don't seem like the kind of person to have a temper," he pointed out sincerely. "It's a shame, though, that people act so rudely."

Anita watched the man dipping the candy cluster and smiled. The scent of candy in the air made her want to giggle. Just because. Heheh.

Giving a non commital shrug she said, "Ah. I think it is a common misconception that the nice ones don't have tempers. We all have something to hide, right." Saying that made her wonder what Ryuu was hiding. Certainly there was something. He had a slightly mysterious edge to him. Anita would have fun figuring it out. That she was sure of.

He swirled the cluster around a bit more. "What's next in the life of the cluster?"

Mikhail went into the store room to make sure he had enough stock for when all the students came to get their fill of candy. He knew that he was getting a new worker, he seemed to go through them like crazy. "was it something i was doing?" he thought. he pushed that thought aside for he knew he was a nice guy. he walked over to the sugar quills and noticed it was a tad low "Im going to have to put in an order for them" he said to no one but himself.

Excitement all over her face, Letty rushed into the Store Room when she couldn't see her new ~~sweet partner~~ boss anwhere else in the shop. This was the last place left that she had not checked and whoooooooops....there he was!!! That one, that man had to be him, right?

Running a hand through her long dark hair, Leticia smiled and shyly approached the man who seemed to be a bit busy with the shelves, from his back.

''Oh, señor! Hola, señor!!! I am not too late, am i?''

It was too bad if she was late...even the thought of it made her blush.

mikhail was writing things down with his quill when he heard someone calling "must be the new person" he thought he moved to the end of the isle to see the person "Hello.... and no your not late" as he looked at his watch. She was late but he let it slide for this was her first day. "So where have you worked before?" for he needed some background information to see what she will be comfortable with.

Im not to worried on what your shifts are as long as you come in everyday monday through firday then thats fine, I might have to send you an owl on the weekends for it gets a tad busy. The only thing that i EXPECT! is the candy to be stocked all the time, don't worry about how many orders you put in. once the form is filled please pass it to me so I can call the delivery company. This is because no one wants angry children and some adults when they don't get their sugar"

Nodding at the man cheerfully when he voiced her name, Letty just stared at him and listened to his words carefully. Ooooooh, those were no problem for her of course, since she knew how was it like to be working as a shopkeeper assistant. She loved helping people so she loved helping her bosses. ''I can come and work at the weekends too, señor!!!'' the young woman exclaimed for no apparent reason as she played with her dark pony tail. She just seemed to be...hyper.

''I will make sure the counters are always full with colourful candies!!! And chocolate and gums and and and many many many sweeeeets!!'' Still smirking as widely as possible, Letty eyed the clipboard and forms her boss indicated her. Oooh...this looked pretty simple.

She walked forward too have a closer look of the clipboard then, all in a sudden, the dark haired turned around to face her boss again ''Ummm, Señor Mikhail!!! Will it be a problem for you if i wear rollerblades?''

"oh, well if its not busy then you don't have to come in on the weekends. go out and have some fun" he said while laughing, he was also glad to hear that she was going to try to keep the candies stocked.

hmmmm Rollerblades... "You can wear them, but once someone or something gets hurt no more rollerbaldes." he eye'd her.. He hoped that her rollerblading skills were great.

"Hello?" Nikolai poked his head in through the door to the store room, looking for somebody - anybody - to help him out, "Is anybody home?"

He didn't really see the point of having an Open sign on the door if there wasn't going to be anybody manning the counter.
