Ready to check out? Then you've come to the right place!

Once you've finished your shopping, you need to escort yourself to the check out counter located on the right side of the store. The shopkeeper can usually be found sitting on the wooden stool just behind the counter, but, if he isn't there at the moment, you are more than welcome to ring the green bell and just wait for him to show up.

Please place your candy on the counter so that he can see what you got and give you the right price.

Also located on the counter is a scale to weigh your candy if needed. Do NOT mess with the scale because if you break it, you're in big trouble!

OOC: Remember, no excess chatting in this thread. There are other places in Sugarplum's to chat with your friends!
ALSO, please specify how much of each item you purchase. I can't charge you correctly unless I know.

''Thank you for visiting us, dear. We hope to see you again.''

Letty watched the next cute customers with interest as they interacted with each other and decided what sweets they were going to buy. Oh. Sometimes Letty got pretty much jealous of them. Look what a cute family they were! They were a family, right? The shopkeeper assistant was not sure but whatever...

Smiling slightly, the young woman eyed the chocolate frogs and sugar quills a bit as she calculated how much they costed in his mind. And once she was done she looked at the 2 Galleons they had placed on the counter. ''Ummm you need to give 7 sickles in addition to that honey. Those are all 2 Galleons and 7 Sickles.''

Oooooh the girl was not hungry! So it was definitely a sugar rush just as sometimes Letty herself experienced ooooooor...not. She was just stocking up for school days apparently which was reasonable as this shop was nowhere near Hogwarts. Hehehehe. ''Sure, dear.'' Leticia said and winked at the girl when she asked for a bag. Of course. How would she be able to carry those all without a bag?

After putting all the sweets in a bag quickly, the young woman took the 17 Galleons and placed them carefully to where they belonged now. Then she gave back 10 Sickles to the girl. ''Thank you for visiting us, honey. We hope to see you again.''

So giving the boy a perfectly sweet smile as sweet as someone who worked in a sweets shop could do, Letty put the sweets the boy had picked in a little package as well. ''I am sure you'll love those, dear.'' then she said kindly ''And no wonder you'll even have some favourites.''

Once she was done with packaging, Leticia looked back the boy as he handed her the money. She was about to put the money away yet when the boy asked if it was the right amount, the woman stopped and eyed the coins in her hand. ''Yes.'' it was the exact amount she said. What a smart boy he was!!! Awww!!! ''No problems here. It's all fine. Thank you for visiting us!''

''Those would be 1 Galleon 1 Sickle and 10 Knuts.''

Phew! It seemed today the shop was rather crowded and sugar was in high demand...which was reasonable considering the fact that the Hogwarts season was about to begin and the kids were possibly stocking candies for the school term. Yup. However being all busy was no problem to Leticia as she liked working hence how she managed to smile at this one too despire the hard work. ''Hello!!! Welcome to Sugarplum's honey!!!'' so she greeted back cheerfully. Ah! She was going to help her with sorting the sweets.

''That's so nice of you!'' Letty nodded and flashed the girl another smile right before starting to count the cost for the sweets. Hmmm...another kid with sugar rush it appeared to be. ''Those all should be...'' Wow! They were a lot! ''...27 Galleons and 7 Sickles.''

And there another one was coming!! Another sweet kid buying sweets. ''Helloooooooo!!'' Letty greeted this one with her usual happy and cheerful attitude as well. ''Welcome to Sugarplum's Sweet Shop!'' Yup! Everyone was welcomed as Leticia loved kids and serving sweets to sweet people. Hehe.

Aha! This one already had picked sweets as well and was only asking Letty how much they costed. Counting them quickly was no problem for the sweets woman of course. ''Ummm...'' so she eyed the sweets the kid had. ''They are 1 Galleon, 16 Sickles and 10 Knuts.''

She honestly thought it to be more expensive! She counted out 27 Galleons, and patted her pockets for 7 Sickles. "Here you are!" She took her backpack off and set it on the ground.

"You don't have to wrap them up, Miss!" I'm just going to store them all in my backpack!" She smiled as she held up the insulated backpack. It was insulated so that the candy didn't melt.

This one was a quick one who did not like much conversation, right? It looked like that. Anyway, Leticia knew that not everyone had to speak to her but she was a little bit upset that the girl left without saying goodbye. ''Thank for visiting us!'' the woman called after her as the kid quited the shop though. Then she looked at the money on the counter and stored it safely.

Leticia did not understand why the kid was calling her a 'sir' yet she did not bother with it anyway. It was no problem to her. She could be a sir if the kid wanted. Changing IDs sometimes would be just fun, would not it? Teehee!

Giving the little girl another huge smile of her own, the woman watched carefully as the kid took the money out, counted it and then presented it to her. ''Thank you for visiting Sugarplum's!!'' Leticia uttered kindly as she took the money from the kid.

Illiana wasn't done with all here shopping just yet but decided to splurge a little and walked into the shop. At once she was overwhelmed with all the sweets. This was going to be bad, very bad. She walked throughout the shop picking up sweets until she couldn't carry no more. She went up to the counter and began to set everything down;

"Hello, I would like to get all this today;
1 pound of White Chocolate
1 pound of Milk Chocolate
1 box of White Chocolate Almond Truffles
1 packet of Jumping Gummi Bears
1 packet of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans
2 packets of Chocolate Frogs
1 box of Licorice Wands
and lastly 2 Sugar Quills. Oh my, I think my sweet tooth got the best of me."

She blushed as she finished setting everything down.

"So, um, how much?"

Pam walked up to the counter with an excited look on her face. She felt like a little kind in a candy store, and in this case, she was a little kid in a candy store.

"Hello there!" She said excitedly. "I was wondering how much all this would cost;
1 box of crystalised pineapple
4 packets of chocolate frogs
1 packet of invisible gum
1 packet of tooth flossing stringmints
1 pound of milk chocolate
2 sugar quills
1 packet of bertie bots every flavor beans
2 jumping gummi bears."

She had to use all her might to stop herself from bouncing up and down. She knew if her mom were here, Pam would never have even step foot in the store. But because her mom was out shopping, she snuck in here. Having this much candy makes her really hyper, and that was one thing her mom couldn't stand. But becaue all of this was going to be eaten on the train tomorrow, what would it matter?

She walked throughout the shop picking up sweets until she couldn't carry no more. She went up to the counter and began to set everything down;

"Hello, I would like to get all this today;
1 pound of White Chocolate
1 pound of Milk Chocolate
1 box of White Chocolate Almond Truffles
1 packet of Jumping Gummi Bears
1 packet of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans
2 packets of Chocolate Frogs
1 box of Licorice Wands
and lastly 2 Sugar Quills. Oh my, I think my sweet tooth got the best of me."

She blushed as she finished setting everything down.

"So, um, how much?"

And the next customer was...well...some other girl who seemingly had decided to buy everything...again. Hehehe. Leticia was surprised at the the fact that how she could carry all those stuff but whatever it was not her job and place to judge and decide. Her job was only to help them. So smiling and nodding, she carefully eyed all the sweets the kid placed on the counter.

''Welcome, honey. And they are umm...'' that was going to take some time ''...4 Galleons and 8 Sickles.''

She had to use all her might to stop herself from bouncing up and down. She knew if her mom were here, Pam would never have even step foot in the store. But because her mom was out shopping, she snuck in here. Having this much candy makes her really hyper, and that was one thing her mom couldn't stand. But becaue all of this was going to be eaten on the train tomorrow, what would it matter?

Oooh look there! There was another little girl. ''Welcome to Sugarplum's!'' Leticia gave her one of her famous cheerfull greetings as well. Though today's work was getting more more and tiring, the young woman just loved it each time she saw the face of a new kid in the shop.

''Lets see what we have here...'' Again this one bought lots of candies too. Leticia was an expert though so calculating how much they costed was going to be no problem to her. ''Hmmm...hmmm...mmmm. Those are all 5 Galleons 1 Sickle and 12 Knuts.''

I am so excited" said a little girl yapping away. "Carina, stop your constant rabbling and put the fudge on the counter, the storekeeper don't want to hear you yapping your jaws." said the young girl's mother. Carina stopped talking right away and put the fudge on the counter. "how much would that be?" said the mother turning to look at the storekeeper.

Alicia walked up to the counter, brushing the snow off of her shoulder she quickly smiled to the shopkeeper as she placed a small bag on the counter. She was nervous to say the least - for one she didn't want Jaxton to hear she was off buying chocolates and all - even though he was her boyfriend now he seemed to not want her to buy him things. Puhlease. She was doing it anyway - Valentines day was just around the corner.

"Hello" she smiled to the shopkeeper. Putting down a plastic bag of Chocoballs she smiled, "how much for one pound of chocoballs - a large box of bertie botts every flavor beans - and a quarter pound of peppermint humbugs?" She asked, fidgeting with the inside lining of her jacket.

"Oh wow!" she said, upon seeing a plant next to the scale on the counter. It had nice purple flowers. "Those look like orchids, am I right? They're so pretty!"
