Though she grew up in a full household, she wasn't too close to her older siblings, and preferred to be on her own. So she kinda tries to steer away from parties and crowds. At first glance, Elisa may come across as a somewhat shy and reserved human being. Not one to trust very easily, she can be seen to be slightly cold at times because of this attribute. After a journey of finding herself between cursebreaking and yati training from Japan to Italy and heartbreaks in between, Skylar ended up healing in Hawaii for almost a decade [approximately 2100-2108/9]. The healing also included hooking up with her bff's hogwarts ex, whom they now co-parent quartets with, but such is life :shruggy: No they're not together. Just co-parenting. While in Hawaii on her healing journey with family, Sky survived with teaching surfing and yoga, as she tried to figure her feelings and what she wanted to do. After having the babies, she headed back to the UK to reside more permanently for the first time since 2096. Katrina was the first child for Travis, although the second to Daphne who had a daughter eight years prior. When Kat was just a few years old, she was sitting and playing with Millie before she would board the Hogwarts Express and came across a photo of Millie's father. A man who was not Travis. Confused about her relationship with her "sister", Millie took Katrina on her lap and recounted the story told by their mother of Millie's father, Ian Walsh, a famous broom maker whom left this world too soon in a transportation accident. Katrina and Millie vowed in that moment to be there for each other. But fate had a different plan. When Millie graduated from Hogwarts, it was Katrina's turn to begin and unlike her sister, Katrina was much more outgoing and perseverant, which sorted the young brunette witch into Gryffindor. The first in a family that had previously been Slytherins and Ravenclaws. Her time at Hogwarts was memorable, but when she graduated, she was more than ready to pursue her dreams of become a renowned curse-breaker. But one didn't get anyplace without money, so while she was a student at the Cairo campus during the year, Katrina scooped ice cream back in London during her summers. And yet she missed the Egyptian hospitality during the summers, which was why when she graduated in 2074, Katrina moved full-time to Egypt uncovering secrets and growing in her career. Shortly after her move, she fell in love with an Egyptian Wizard, Naseem Sabra. It was a whirlwind romance, but one that sadly did not bear any children. Naseem it turned out worked in a very top secret area of Law Enforcement for the Egyptian Ministry, which while Katrina loved him, it also meant she had to keep distance from her family. Including her sister, of whom she made a promise to so very long ago. Living the unplottable life was definitely adventure-seeking and enthralling for the former Gryffindor, but it also meant that any forms of communication were one-side. She couldn't disclose her exact whereabouts, which meant communication about her sister's pregnancy in 2081-2082, as well as her incident which left her non-cognizant in 2090 went unknown by Katrina. It wasn't until Naseem was tragically killed in a job related activity, when Katrina was going through his belongings and found the letters from both Millie announcing the birth of her baby girl, naming her the legal guardian, but also several letters made from St Mungos in effort to contact her, that Katrina returned to the Northern Hemisphere. Reading the prophet in June 2096 of the inferi attacks at Hogwarts and knowing her own experience as a cursebreaker, Katrina sought out the position of Runes professor. Figuring if anyone was qualified for the role, it was her. Next on the agenda: to figure out how to meet up with her niece and apologize for her apparent abandonment. Turns out wasn't so difficult, despite the initial resentment and by Christmas 2096, Maeve officially moved in with her aunt whom assumed legal custodial care for her niece. By June, she realized two things: she had achieved proper custody of her niece and two, she really didn't care for teaching. It was the latter thing that led to her resigning after only a year. History: The oldest of four children, Andrew seemed to set the precedence for his younger siblings to be quidditch stars. It was when he noticed his brother working with Emily that he first noticed her beauty. But it wouldn't be until a year later when he finally had the courage to speak with her himself. The following day, as if fate was listening, he literally bumped into Emily on the third floor corridor while he was walking down to the grounds for Quidditch practice, she walking to Charms class. Her books went flying and that was when he caught her eye and somehow they ended up agreeing to a date at the next Hogsmeade weekend. Things only began to fly from thereafter, their relationship growing stronger over the coming months as they knew the inevitable awaited in June; when Andrew would graduate. Thought it terrified them, they knew somehow they would find a way to make it work. And they did. They wrote to each other frequently during Emily's last two years at Hogwarts and saw each other in the summer time. And when Emily graduated in 2063, she received the best graduation present ever; an engagement ring. In July 2064, the two were wed in Northern England. But he was fairly sure that his days of playing quidditch professionally were over as it was too heartbreaking to continue. Three months later, he left for Scotland with his son, starting fresh. He knew that his son would be starting Hogwarts in a year and was terrified; Emily would have known how to prepare him, but he? He was a quidditch player. He didn't know this stuff. Emily was good at this though. Hogwarts had taken in other werewolf students, so her parents believe they had made the right choice. She started a healer's intership, but quit after her first year because she didn't have the stomach to handle it. Remaining in London, she began writing muggle romance novels, and then continued to wizard ones. When she turned 30, for her birthday, she traveled to Paris with friends and met a French man called Remí Devereux, who wanted to marry her. She stayed, while her friends returned to London. While in Paris she was offered a position at Beauxbaton where she taught Ancient Runes, but her relationship with Remí took a bad turn. She found out that he was substituting her Wolfsbane potion with a forgetting potion and renting her out to the highest bidder to fight in underground werewolf fights. Alessia taught Divination at Final Academy (as Runes was not a subject,) a secret school for dangerous students (werewolves, vampires, etc...) In the middle of this mess, just because life wasn't complicated enough, she started a relationship with one of the other professors… but things didn’t work out and when he left she applied at Hogwarts. Less arrived at Hogwarts and reunited with her Godfather and her best friend, Iliana Morgan. Her first year, she regressed to 11 years old because of an ancient timeline placed by the ghosts. And at the end of her second year, she was asked by the headmaster and the DADA professor to make her condition known to the students by turning into a werewolf before them... but something went horribly wrong. Unbeknown to her, the old man cast an imperious curse on the man, and he proposed marriage. Talk about a shotgun wedding! It was all thwarted when Remí returned, tried to get her back by attempting to kill the headmaster, murdering the previous Head of Slytherin House instead, and kidnapping the current Headmaster. Alessia believed Pepe had cold feet and ran away. When Remí finally made his presence known, she was willing to give herself up for the students' safety, but her godfather would not have it, and, along with the new Headmaster saved the students, and Alessia. Living a modest life in London in his youth, Frederick was exposed to both magical and muggle lifestyles. For a majority of his infancy he was tended to by his mother and there was a time he was thought to be home taught, but soon attended a mixed preparatory school just before the birth of his first sibling, Tessa. After a short period he was sent to Durmstrang for the beginning of his magical education. Spending most of his adolescence at Durmstrang, Frederick spent little time at home with his family. He only occasionally returned home for break and often opted to remain at Durmstrang to study or work on random projects that would strike his interest. He’s lack of desire to be home did little to his family, as they understood his streak of independence and thus encouraged him to do what he felt he needed and that they would be there when he needed. Upon finishing at Durmstrang, Frederick spent a gap year traveling the world before going off to Uni. In that gap year, he learned numerous things that could help prepare him for life after all his education was over. The people he met and places his visited left a lasting impression on his life and he holds dear all the memories that he gained. Upon the end of his gap year, he spent some extra time reconnecting with his family and made promises that he wouldn’t be as sacred was he was during his time at Durmstrang. During his last terms at Uni, Frederick’s last sibling, Stephen was born and he had made an attempt to visit at least once or twice a season. It wasn’t a lot but it was more of an attempt on his part and the gesture was welcomed by his family. Seeing as there was a generous age gap between himself and his siblings, Frederick has a slightly closer relationship with his sister than his brother. The ten year age gap between himself and Tessa was much easier for him to overcome than the over twenty year gap for Stephen and himself. Their relationship wouldn’t be described as bad, but it wasn’t as smooth as they would like. Shortly after turning thirty, Ignatius and Catherine lost their life and Frederick along with Tessa were granted custody of Stephen. Already established with a home of his own, Frederick gifted their family home to Tessa; where she and Stephen could live upon Tessa permanent return to London and England. With a family to now care for, Frederick began looking into using all that he has learned in school and his travel. His first stop was the Ministry of Magic. Once someone becomes her friend, she is very loyal and expects the same from them. She loves to have a good time and try new things. One exception to that is food. She eats what she likes and it's almost impossible to get her to try anything else. She is fairly sporty, although she doesn't play Quidditch (preferring football [soccer] and tennis instead). Emmanuelle was born on a cold (for Nice, anyway) February day to Sophie Bonaparte (a realtor) and her husband, Mathieu Moreau (a contractor). She is the youngest of the couple's three children and was slightly spoiled growing up. The couple gave their children everything they could. However, when it came to punishing the children, they always seemed to go easiest on Emmanuelle. Her brother, Charlemagne, didn't mind, but it irritated their sister, Adélaïde, to no end. Being nearer in age, Emmanuelle was always closer to her brother than her sister. This was more pronounced when Adélaïde turned thirteen and became interested in clothing and boys. She didn't like having her two younger siblings around and baulked when their parents made her parents babysit. Charlemagne, on the other hand, was always very protective of his youngest sister. Anyone who wanted to harm Emmanuelle had to go through him, first. Plus, he always made sure she got some kind of treat, whether it was cookies, cupcakes or ice cream. At five, Emmanuelle started muggle primary school. Here she made several new friends as well as making pretty decent grades (they weren't straight As but they weren't failing grades either). One day, when she was seven, her magic showed itself. Her teacher had made cupcakes for the class, but she wouldn't hand them out until the class was finished with their work. So Emmanuelle, who really wanted a cupcake, summoned one of the delicious treats. The oblivators were called out and everyone's memory of the event was erased. Mathieu and Sophie were happy because that meant that all three of their children were magical; Adélaïde was annoyed, thinking she was going to have a fat sister; and Charlemagne was amused and still teases her about it to this day. When she turned eleven, Emmanuelle joined her brother at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. There she continued her streak of making friends and maintaining decent grades. However she only attended Beauxbatons for one year. During the summer between her first and second years, her parents dropped a bombshell. They were getting divorced and her father was moving to Scotland. Emmanuelle and her brother stayed in France with their mother, who pulled them from Beauxbatons and placed them in the local magic school, L'ecole de Magie du Nice (as they would spend the summers with their father, she wouldn't get to see them otherwise). The transition actually went over pretty well. The other students were mostly welcoming and friendly and Emmanuelle fit in well. A lot of the students took part in the local sports leagues and she joined in, playing football (soccer) and tennis. Things were going great. Until the summer between her fifth and sixth years, that is. That's when her mother decided to get back together with her dad. Which is great, except that she would be moving to Scotland to do it. That meant that Emmanuelle would going to Scotland, too. And she would now be attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Emmanuelle is trying to keep an open mind about the school change, though. During her seventh year of schooling and second year at Hogwarts, Emmanuelle's parents began fighting again. This time, they were determined to put both her and her brother in the middle, owling both of them constantly complaining about the other. Frustrated, Emmanuelle and Charlemagne decided that, if they ever wanted any peace again, they were going to have to split like their sister had done. Charlemagne transferred from his college in France to Yale in the United States, while Emmanuelle applied for and got a job in Diagon Alley. Using money left to her by her grandmother, she rented herself an apartment in London and moved there soon after graduating, not bothering to give either of her parents her address and blocking their owls from reaching her. Extreme, perhaps, but she's much happier for it already.
