SSRPG Yearbook Term 47 Released & Yearbook is HIRING!

HAPPY END OF JULY, SNITCHSEEKER!

The Yearbook Staff having been working away like busy little house elves yet again and are pleased to present a holiday treat: Term 47 Yearbook! Are you a new member and are curious to see what all goes on in the School RP? Or are you are an older member who is feeling a bit nostalgic and just wants to reflect the good ol' days of the 2093-2094 school year? Whichever you are, the wait is over and just a click away:pea:

With Term 49 now coming to a close, those busy yearbook house elves will be hard at work watching and recording everything soon enough, as well as continue to stay tuned for Term 48's issue! So, until next time!

Want to take a look at older issues? Those too are only a click away.

ALSO!
Like what you see? Now is the time to join in on the fun! Yearbook is looking for a few good house elves to join our hardworking team. We are looking for writers and graphic makers, who have the time to devote, and the enthusiasm to join the yearbook team. If you're interested, please fill out this form. We will be accepting applications until Monday, August 13th. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact myself, sweetpinkpixie, directly.

OH! Don't forget to hug a Yearbook house elf. They work so hard for all their membersies:loved:

And Philippa is honoured to be Most Dramatic, she says that's exactly what she is going for.

Erindipity 07-30-2018 03:06 PM

Great job, you precious little elves!! Dora also says thanks for the votes even if she should have been a shoe in for most dramatic ;)

Also, random question, but is Yearbook still an IC thing in terms of writers/photographers?? :hmm:

This made me smile cause like DUH. Her and Zoryn were so obvious choices.

Skylar is all like honoured that y'all think she was clever enough to break out of azkaban though :upside: :xd:

And Sam is so chuffed to be in the superlatives. If Hogwarts ever decides to hire a school counsellor, she's your girl!

Yearbook is primarily an OOC position. I am hiring YOU and not your character for the team - otherwise turnover would be complicated and such. Presently, on the Yearbook team, some people have their characters IC on it and others do not - and not necessarily for the role they are OOC. For example, someone who is a Scribe (hired for their writing) may have their character acting as a photographer IC because that fits them better. Other people are purely OOC as their on site character (or otherwise) would not be interested in being on YB. Just how IC you are or not is discussed in our subforum

I encourage IC voice of some sort for writers as it can help with motivation and a way to angle posts. But when you look at the credits page, it is usernames listed, not characters
