| | |  Server Upgrades Should Relieve Errors
SnitchSeeker has been up and down for quite some time now and after the extended downtime we experienced today the problems should be resolved. I want to thank everyone for their continued patience while we've struggled with some technical issues. We've installed some upgrades to the server this afternoon so the errors we've all been experiencing (from database and timeout errors to that wacky Zend thing) should no long plague us like Peeves plagues Filch.
Thank you once again. I hope everyone has been having a great time awaiting the movie and book releases in our Harry Potter July Jubilee Are some pages still giving you errors? If so, be sure to refresh your browser. Some people's browsers have ended up caching the error pages as the actual pages and may need a refresh to let them know that you want the most current page.  | |

I can already sense a difference! Pages load faster, certain pages don't lag when you're trying to do something (click on a link, type something, etc.), and I haven't gotten a weird error all day. Bravo, and thank you for all your hard work in fixing this for us. You rock! | |

I highly recommend checking to see if your anti-virus software has an adblocking feature (I know Norton Internet Security does) and turning it on. If not, many browsers have plugins that will block ads.
