Yep. The graffiti was on a memorial sign in front of the house, not the gravestone. I was going to say that as well. (I just finished rereading DH, so it's fairly clear.)

My point still stands - it isn't in the film :P

But it's strange, Ive juste seen a review from the Guardian, and they hated it! that's super dooper not cool.
:(

The Guardian have ALWAYS given the Potter movies bad reviews. All you have to do is go and read many other papers, and online reviews, to get an overall view.

Don't forget that reviews are done by people, and it's their opinions on the movie. ;)

I personally cannot wait. This review is a really positive one, and I CANNOT WAIT!

Three days to see it all in motion! Yay!:woot:

Loved the movie.

MsJester34 11-24-2010 07:31 AM

Awesome movie!

This movie was so, so good! Of course there are always going to be things that I think could have been done better, but overall, they did a great job. I will say though, that one thing that really bothered me was how they always keep the people's original voices when they take polyjuice potion. It makes the whole reason for taking polyjuice obsolete! If someone keeps trying to talk to you and you don't answer because they'll hear your own voice, they'll obviously know something is wrong, and your cover is blown.

One thing that I thought would have been cool to do was to have scenes showing what was going on at Hogwarts. There's never enough Snape in any of the movies. :( I think it would have been especially cool if they would have shown Neville, Luna, and Ginny breaking into Snape's office to get Gryffindor's sword and then getting caught by Snape.

I'll keep it simple and say I loved it. Saw it last night when it opened in South-Africa and it went beyond my expectations. Beautiful cinematography, loved the humour. Had no problem with (so-called) Harry/ Hermione shipping because I've always been all for Harry and Hermione. Maybe more details from the life and lies of Albus Dumbledore, but I did ask my friend who has never read the books if she understood what was going on and she said yes.

The audience responded to everything: the humour (especially the Ministry scenes), Ron and Hermione, the sexual tension, Harry and Hermione's dancing and the tale of the Three Brothers.

The inevitable low point was realizing, when the credits rolled up, that now we have to wait seven more months for the last part. Dreaming on ",)

I just saw the movie and it was great! The only thing is that I have to wait until July of next year to the next part of the 7th installment! :(

The movie was amazing! This is one of those rare series of movies where the sequels surpass the previous movie, one after the other. Though I didn\'t cry, I do admit it was sad when Dobby died. I\'m one of those "haven\'t read the books but have seen the movies" kind of people, so I didn\'t know everything that was going on. I have skimmed enough though to get the jist. Very excited for Deathly Hallows: Part 2! July can\'t get here fast enough!!!!!!!!!
