Default Office of Almer Toots, Department Head

DEPARTMENT HEAD'S OFFICE
Accessible from the reception area and also located near the employee work area is the office of Almer Toots. As the silver placard on the door suggests, this is where the Department Head of Magical Transportation can be found if he is not already somewhere within the department or elsewhere in the Ministry. Should you have a meeting scheduled with him or wish to drop by for a casual conversation, a simple knock on the door is all that is needed. If he does not answer, you may wait in one of the cushioned chairs placed outside or come back later in the day when he is available.

Once you have been invited inside the office, you will observe the walls painted in a soft, muted sage green, evoking a sense of calm and creating an inviting atmosphere. The large window offers a stunning view of the West Country, with rolling hills and quaint villages visible in the distance. Sunlight floods the room, accentuating the various decorative elements scattered throughout. Four leather armchairs accompanied by a coffee table provide a comfortable seating area for informal meetings or casual conversations. Stunning globes rest nearby, rotating gently to show different modes of transportation in use.

The focal point of the office is where a polished oak desk stands with a pair of cushioned chairs placed in front of it. Behind the desk, tall shelving units host a collection of transportation manuals, magical travelogues, model vehicles, and a display whimsical artefacts collected from various travels. On the desk itself are framed photographs capturing cherished travels, his partners during various outings, and his pet crups, kneazles, and owl. Completing the contents of the desk are a semi-organized stack of reports, a potted cactus, and a tin of Shock-o-Choc that invites occasional snacking during long workdays.
