Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to my my little corner of Gladrags where I share some of my creative corner of SnitchSeeker where I will be sharing drawings, digital artwork, completed coloring pages, and essentially whatever happens to be tickling my 'artistic' fancy in the moment. I've had several graphic request shops over the years with my most recent being Glossy or Matte and currently have a joint portfolio with the lovely Ern (Cassirin) as well as a grab bag challenge. This is not a request thread, but you are more than welcome to drop a suggestion or a wishful thinking ~vibe~ I do take formal requests over in my shop, so feel free to contact me over there!

I keep coming back to look at this because A) ALL the artwork is absolutely beautiful. *_____* But also, I am SO loving that Swamp mermaid! She's so cute!! And the colors and the way her hair hangs. *chefs kiss*

Also, the colors in Coral is absolutely beautiful as well. I love the way the crown looks and the blending in her hair. UGh, just beautiful!!

A private request for Ern as well as fulfilling my own itch Taking inspiration from the first brother's siggy I made back when Mercer was a first year and Cooper a seventh year (their site debuts!). I thought I had the original PSD saved for this but, alas, I did not and could not find the texture I used. Instead, I got to play around and be indecisive on backgrounds and coloring and images to use. So, here they are. The Branxton Bros in all their (mature?) glory.

Pardon me as I indulge in a bit of record keeping The creative competitions here on SS hold a very special place in my heart and I am so glad that a decade and some change later that I still have the opportunity to participate in them

The latest theme was "spring" and the first thing that came to mind were cherry blossoms. Living in Japan, the cherry blossom season is a HUGE deal with 'cherry blossom forecasts' on TV and their appearance also signaling the end of one school year and the start of the next. Starbucks even has a spcial cherry blossom frapp So, naturally, I needed to make some cherry blossom inspired graphics. Keeping with the pink theme, my second graphic took cherry blossoms and combined that with a character from the Kdrama 'Alchemy of Souls' - which I have recently become engrossed with. Jin Cho-yeon is associated with Spring and even called the Spring Princess/Princess of Spring during the series and is often seen wearing a pink hanbok. So...PINK EVERYWHERE!

Which is why for my third entry I wanted something not pink I also wanted to do something very different and punny, but was struggling to think up a 'spring' pun (as in the metal coil spring) and was watching some Emily D Baker. For those who don't know her content, she has a yodeling pickle that will make appearances and, well, there was the inspiration for a dill-pun

Welp...it sure has been a minute and a half since I was last in here but....better late than never, I suppose. With Anna reaching her seventh year, I wanted to put all of her PP's used for the Hogwarts RPG in one place so here we are Forever grateful to Instagram for suggesting her older FC to me (that place is so kind to me). And special thanks to Josey (Waddles) for gifting this little sunspot to me, it has been an amazing journey with her as a character thus far

After a long hiatus from posting any of my creative endeavors, I’m excited to share this coloring page! Life’s been a bit of a journey recently, especially after two surgeries on my left elbow in November (but hey, I got to bring home a bit of my bone as a souvenir?). During my recovery, I struggled with feeling low—not being able to finish my Inktober sketchbook on time the way I had intended was disappointing, and in the wake of surgery and the complete lack of mobility I felt a bit lost when it came to creativity. But I’m still planning to return to that project and just need to build my confidence up again!

Cue stumbling upon the bold and easy coloring book trend on TikTok and it sparking something in me. There are hundreds of this style of coloring book out there and I cannot recommend them enough - seriously, there is a coloring book out there for everyone's taste including crime scenes (because I know there is more than one person out there that watches or listens to 'true crime' to unwind). And if you are seeing this, this is your sign to go out there and COLOR! There are plenty of free coloring printables out there including some from this same creator!

I've completed a few pages in this book already and was going to wait until I finished this latest page before sharing it here on SS, but art and creativity aren't just about sharing completed works—works in progress deserve to be celebrated too! So, here I am, with a perspectives and a renewed creative energy, sharing this spring beach coloring page with warm pastels. It feels good to embrace the process even if it is hard to trust it sometimes—I'm looking specifically at you, vibrant pink petals that almost feel NEON to me and too bright for the rest of the aesthetic.

And...maybe sometime...you all can help challenge me to a limit color challenge by picking some colors for me? And yes, Levi Ackerman IS protecting The Wall of markers.
