I drew this with pencil and then went over it in fine pen and FULLY INTENDED TO COLOR IT... but y'know, I didn't want to mess it up.

so this is a doe at sunset and it's based on a reference image from Google images!

Well, it looks pretty darn tootin' good here too! Love it, Ro I especially love the contrast in lines between Fawkes and the basilisk. Fawkes looks all soft and whimsy while the basilisk is all harsh and adds to that menacing vibe. Kind of can't stop staring at the beak on Fawkes too...it looks like it was so effortlessly drawn and shaded and he looks so delighted to be living his best Gryffindor moment.

My camping out in here definitely paid off heartily! My goodness! I am in LOVE with each piece! Especially the 'sock' prompt!!!!

1. I want to hear more about breakfast scented pens.

Oh my word, look at all this incredible artwork all at once! Wow, that phoenix - his feathers and face, really nicely done. Love the simple linework of doe - just beautiful! I really enjoy all the patterns on the socks. (I did not know about breakfast scented pens.) I really like the burnished blend you got on mandrake! I am such a sucker for well done creative lettering and your lettering on sheer dumb luck is absolutely gorgeous! I like that it's done in a speech bubble too. Mirror of Erised is so well drawn. I also enjoy the HP reflection smudge XD. The way you did Confundo in negative space with question marks is so cool. And Always is really sweet. You must share this tikktok.

These are all SO amazing I cannot even begin to pick a favorite between them all. You are SO talented! I do feel the need to give special mention to your lettering, because in each of the prompts the title still gives a special feeling based on how you did the lettering. I'm a sucker for it!

loving fawkes and the almighty swoosh of his plumage. what a king. all the texture in this piece is excellent, the ~ACTION~. also the detail in fawkes' face holy heckle. aaaand I absolutely know the experience you described with your doe prompt, the i-don't-want-to-ruin-it-and-i'm-the-artist-so-i-say-it's-finished. she's beauuuutiful and so pure. such clean lines. I'd love to see how something like that would look in colour.

anyway i knOW prismacolour pencils are a pain when you can't sharpen them but the mandrake is great idk what you're talking about. the shading and the depth you've got with them and the dETAIL. I'm also feeling some kind type of way at the lettering on sheer dumb luck. how do you do that ;;

the mirror of erised is amazing, the details AND the subtler parts like harry barely there in the mirror. and i really love the concept for confundo and I think you executed it so well (rip in peace to your hand tho). also I will not be hearing you out re snilly at this time buT I'll accept the artists rendition always (see what I did there).
