Silas nodded and smiled, "Yes, my Department Head is Brian Lee but I've not actually had a chance to meet him yet. So they could well be married, I'm not sure," he laughed. "I suppose that just adds another link between the departments though, right?" He really did have to go and meet him soon. After all he had been there a couple of days. Perhaps he would do that later? Yeah. That sounded like a good idea. "So what floor were you going to now?" he asked, changing the subject slightly but half wanting to follow someone around a department that actually knew their way around it.

Jade smiled and nodded. "You know when I first started, I didn't meet my Department Head or Division Head until weeks later." she offered. She wasn't officially introduced to her first two Division Heads or anything, but her newest one, Mackenzie, she had the pleasure of actually meeting and talked to her in length. "Yes, another link for sure. But you know Mysteries and Security do seem to go hand in hand in my opinion," she laughed softly. It made sense for the two departments to work with each other. Glancing up at the ceiling, she shrugged. "Well, I was headed for the book shelves on the fifth floor. I kind of needed to look something up during my break." she replied. There was still time on her break and she needed the time away from the project to reset, besides she still needed to find that physic theory text.

Silas smiled, glad that he wasnt the only person who didnt meet their boss immediately. "Do you know Brian Lee then?" he asked curiously, wondering what he was like. After all he didnt want to meet a boss who was strict and scary on one of the first days in his job. "Well, I guess there are a lot of mysteries in security," he laughed. It sort of made sense he supposed. "Ah, okay," he nodded assuming that she wouldnt want him following her if she was doing work. Maybe another time he'd follow her around. "I didnt know there were places to read at all here," he commented

Jade smiled and sipped from her cup again. "I've met him in passing a few times," she nodded. She had seen him once in their department and then again at the Education Fair. He was a nice man and part of her so understood why Becca loved him so much. Beside, they were a cute couple. "He was rather nice when I met him for the first time. Seems to be a great guys as well." she added. She really didn't have much to go on, but she just had a feeling about it. Looking over, she nodded and laughed. "There is a lot of mysteries in everywhere," she smiled. Mysteries were entwined with almost everything in her day-to-day life. "You'd be surprised really. There are many places you can get away. I even frequent the little book store down the way from here and the ministry's book shelves have lots of books and it's a nice place to get away." she nodded. It did remind her so much of another library of sorts and that reminded her about her past. Shaking her head, she smiled and looked over. "You should check it out."

Silas nodded and smiled, "So he's a nice guy from what you've seen then?" He nodded once more as he made up his mind to go and find him at some point later on in the day. The longer he left it, the higher the chance he might not be so nice after Silas had left the idea of meeting him. "Well, yes, that's true," he said in response to her comment about mysteries being everywhere. "I guess that's what makes working in that department so interesting?" He had considered applying for a job in that division, after all, but had eventually gone for security as he had more expertise in the area, having been a bodyguard before and a bouncer before that. He may not have looked strong but he was stronger than most of the other people he used to work with, at least, that was for sure. He didnt like to brag though so he didnt mention that. "Yes, I should think getting away from the general working area is nice," he said with a nod. "Maybe I should," he smiled. "Mind if I come with you so that I know where it is?" he asked

Jade nodded and smiled. "He's really nice from what I've seen, yes." she replied. But then again looks were deceiving, but she was sure both the Lees were nice and caring people. She smiled brightly at the mention of her department. "Oh, yes it does. I've always been one for mysteries and now I'm surrounded by them everyday. Plus shiny objects, they distract me, but I have a liking for pretty and shiny things." she laughed. It was a good thing she did enjoy them, as she did work with shiny things a lot. "A nice breather is good. I'm notorious for working through all my breaks, so I have promised my friends that I would venture out more." she explained. She usually met up with a friend during breaks but they had been rather busy as of late. "Not at all," she smiled. "I'm actually welcome the company."

"I just hope looks aren't deceiving," he admitted as he was rather nervous around new people, particularly if they were above him in his job. People lower than him he tended to be fine with because they were more likely to simply accept him as he was. He wasnt sure why he felt that way but he always had. Perhaps it was his upbringing. "Shiny objects?" he asked curiously. "If I ever end up with lots of shiny objects near my desk I'll never get any work done!" he exclaimed, laughing. "Working through breaks is good to get work done but then a break is good too," he said, frowning a little. He was also the sort to work through breaks all the time. "I guess it shows you like work though!" he smiled. "Okay, just please don't leave me anywhere I may end up not knowing the way out of," he laughed.

Jade laughed softly at the mention of the shiny objects. "I know the feeling, it's rather hard for me to get anything accomplished but I do manage at times. I think, I've just grown so accustom to them, but I do find myself looking at them a lot in awe," she smiled. Yes, she did like to stare at them but she was able to pull herself away and work as well. "Yes, it's the workaholic in me that drives me to work so much, but I do get a lot done. But I do enjoy the breaks I do make myself take," she added. She did probably work way too much, but it did help her keep her mind busy. "Yes, I do like work. Maybe too much, it could be a fault of mine," she laughed. All work and no play, yes that could be seen as a flaw to some people. "Cross my heart, I shall not leave you anywhere you are not aware of," she smiled as she crossed her heart. "I'm a lady of my word, so I shall not leave you in a dark corridor or something." And there were many of those around, but she would never do that to anyone, well anyone that worked at this Ministry.

Silas nodded in agreement, also thinking that it was good to drag yourself away from the shininess sometimes. He just hoped his office wouldnt contain too many. Perhaps a shiny quill with shiny parchment would make him work faster? He would suggest that to the Minister one day. "Yes, working a lot tends to be a trait of mine too. But seeing as this is a new place and it still needs exploring, breaks shouldnt be too hard to fit in. I like to think of exploration as work," he explained with a small laugh. "Good," he nodded when she said she wouldnt leave him anywhere. "Unless theres shiny things... Then I'll be more than happy to stay," he joked.

Jade smiled as she listened to him. It was reassuring to hear she wasn't the only workaholic there. "Yes, break are very much essential in a new place and being in the department you are in, you should explore as much as possible," she said as the lift announced their arrival on Level Five. "Well, you never know. We just might find some nice and shiny things amongst the books." she laughed as she stepped out of the lift. "We shall think of this as one of your many explorations her in the Ministry." she said with a nod. She really hadn't been back since her first visit weeks ago, but at least this trip she wouldn't be alone. She did always manage to enjoy herself more with company around her.

Nervously Ramona made her way over to the lifts, she pressed the button and watched it come down before stepping inside, she presed the button for her floor and waited as it made it's way up, stopping along the way. At her floor she stepped out and walked for her new work place

After posting the announcement regarding about the broken lifts on the Visitor's Entrance, Chris diligently strode to the Twelve Elevators, the place he surely needed to post the poster. He was wondering if the Maintenance peeps had been already working and if that's so, he hoped they've come up with a lead concerning about the horrible car crash at the phone booth.

With a slight shrug, he posted the poster which reads.
