Richard left the meeting room. He would head to the breakroom later on. He was sure there would be people still there, they would do anything for a natter and a coffee. He opened the door closing it behind him being barely distinguishable from the wall. He walked across the atrium floor, he brushed past a couple of ministry wizards leaving, one from the Dept of magical transport and two Aurors. He recognised them both, sitting at the entrance most of the morning allowed you to get to know people's names and faces. He made his way to the cafeteria checking how much money he had in his pocket.

With a loud crack and the instant swirl of bluish grey Smoke a rather tall man appeared he chose of attire clashed with the many suited employees carrying breifcases as there hurried for their offices. James chose of clothing only made it obvious that he spent the majority of his days at work outside the ministry deep in the outdoors more than likely where few people would roam intentionally. He straightend his worn suede feild jacket and walked towards the lifts. As usual he would be inthe offices early.

Cassandra laughed, remembering when she would pick on her sister for being the top in everything, except... "Or I would rub it in that I was better in DADA." Cassandra told her. That was the only class that Cassie actually scored higher than Miles.

Cassandra laughed. "Hey, what do you expect, I like to have fun. And besides I swear that half the detentions I recieved weren't my fault. I was just falsely accused."

Nodding her head Jocelyn said, "Exactly." She smiled as she attempted her best southern accent, "Well Mr James it that your way of asking me out?" She laughed slightly leaning over into him as she joked. She straighten up and looked at him for a moment. "Are you sure about that- seeing me the whole at least 8 hours at work and other places," she said raising her eyebrow.

Jocelyn smiled as she extended her hand out to James as if to shake hands. "Well in that case it's a deal," she said smile smiling. She glanced around the room then back to James, "I am glad to hear that and I think it will just allow us to get to know one another even better."

James took her hand in his and in a very old fashoned sothern gentleman manner lightly kissed the top of it. It was an inoccent enough gesture. that wouldn't turn a lot of heads " i'm looking forward to it." he said letting go of her hand.

Blushing slightly Jocelyn looked at James and grinned, "That is why I am to." She set there thinking and no matter what thoughts ran through her mind the smile could not be removed from her face. "So James- I do not know hardly anything about you if you think about. How old are you exactly," she was not sure why she asked that question but it seemed to be the first one that popped into her head.

" i recently turned 27," he said . " what would you like to know about me?" he asked as he sat next to her. he realized he didnt know her age either but new better than to ask a lady her age..

Jocelyn's eyes widen for a moment, but she regained normal size quickly. "27-," she repeated. "Humm- and what is the youngest women you have even been with," she asked with a smirk on her face to hind her doubt.

"20." he said he didnt have to think on it very long. Be casue there wasnt a very long list to be honest. "Around what age would you be?" he said leaving the question vauge enough not to get the how dare yu ask a woman her age look.

Jocelyn nodded her head slowly, "Thats good-20." She knew she looked older then her age,yet her mother was the same way till she hit 35 then she didn't look like she aged at all now at the age of 49. "Anyway- umm- what is your favorite color," she knew this was not a serious question though she wanted to know.

Laughing to herself Jocelyn was amused by James confusion with her question. "I see," she said not saying anything about her reasoning of why she asked the question. "What about your past lady friends," she asked with a grin.

Jocelyn shrugged her shoulders, "I guess I am wondering what type of woman you usually date." In the back of her mind she wondered more, but she did not want to ask serious questions just yet. “I am just asking questions that pop up in my head- if you want to ask me some you can.”

James thought about her question.then about the last time he had dated. " To be honest... some one on my level. that i can have a real conversation with.not just arm candy that finds everything you say funny." he admitted.

Though she smiled Jocelyn pondered his response, okay so I know he doesn't just like my for my looks -she thought. She had once been in a relationship based on looks and needless to say it was not a good relationship to have been in. She shivered for a moment at the thought of him. "Well thats good to know you dont go for looks," she replied. "Yet if I start to become over giggly does that mean you would kick me to the side," she asked teasing.

Jocelyn pushed against James shoulder with her hand gently, "I was only playing." She tilted her head slightly, "Plus you don't have to worry about me- I have my own options and I commonly express them." She was being honest and hoped that would not scare or push James away- but might as well be up front from the begin with him - she thought.
