"Of course I'd come. Though I am a bit late due to personal problems," Abilee shurgged and shook Ms. Everhart's hand. Was she allowed to refer to her just as Chloe or Ms. Everhart? Oh well. Abilee was just gonna stick with Ms. Everhart since it WAS professional. "Thank you," she smiled and walked around the room. Damn, Jenkins was missing again. Where did that boy go whenever he wasn't at work?

Blair stood there and back up. She didn't like talking to others to much. Ever sense her family went missing. She felt somewhat alone in the world. She didn't understand why she or ane else hasn't found her family. Bliar looked at the ground she waited for the meeting to get over. All she wanted is to get back to the paperwork to get her mind off her family being missing.

"You sure look like could use a friend, a good friend" J.J. Starr told Blair. " If you ever need help with anything in work or outside of work, I would love to help you" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blair. " You seem really nice and I do not have any friends here anymore since they all left the Ministry" J.J. explained to Blair.

"You look like someone I know from School and we use to be freinds. But the person left for some reason." Blair said to JJ as she found a chair near by and set down. She had been on her feet all morning and her feet was starting to hurt her. She pulled out her wand and made other chair move over to her as she put her feet up on it.

"Well, I do not remember that we are friends" J.J. Starr told Blair. " I believe you when you said we were friends, so we will be friends again" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blair. " These conferences do not take too long" J.J. explained to her.

Blair looked up at JJ and waved her wand as the was other chair moving next to her. "Here have a seat."She said as she made a picture off her desk float to his hands. "Right before you left this was taken. You should have one somewhere."She said as she put her wand away. She didn't want to get introuble right now.

oh i would love to J.J,i know it has been real long time since i have seen Katalin and i havent seen William yet she said shaking her head.

'Morning Alyssa she said smiling brightly.i have been doing good.How about you? she asked placing her empty tea cup back on the table to be taken away.
She looked back at Birce who was very silent and was well looking tired and sleepy.she shook her head.


As Laura was talking to her head of the division she saw Abilee walking around the conference room and she waved to her and beckoned her to join them.
It is always good to have your aquaintances and friends around at work place.
'Morning Abilee she wished her and then introduced Abilee to Alyssa,the British Seats Division Head as she was there too.And Laura thought Alyssa musnt hae met Abilee before
Alyssa,this is Abilee Sinclair and Abilee this is Alyssa Hobgranter,Division Head for British Seats she said and then bit her tongue to think whether she had taken her division head's surname properly or not.There might be a mistake because they all were used to calling her only Alyssa.

Chloe nodded to Abilee, giving her a comforting pat on the arm. "Well, if you ever need anything, just stop by my office!" she said with a smile. Her office door would always be open to anyone who needed her help, work-related or otherwise. It would especially be open to her friends, among which she counted Abilee. As Abilee set off around the room, Chloe did the same, smiling and nodding at people as she did so, glad to see that they were all beginning to intermingle, even the woman who had tried to tell Chloe she wouldn't stay. She'd give them just a few more minutes to chat with each other and eat some breakfast before she gave her little spiel.

Helena listened to J.J Starr as he explained his nickname, "Wow... You've certainly got a lot of sporting background." She said, sounding a little impressed. Sports, particularly Muggle sporks, weren't really her thing, but she couldn't help but feel impressed with how involved J.J Starr had been with professional sports. "What made you give up the sports and join the ministry? Did you just feel that it was time to do so?" She asked him curiously.
Helena nodded as Miss Everhart declined the coffee. Fair enough, Helena thought, She doesn't drink coffee; it was still better to show some common curtesy. "Okay, Well... I suppose I shall speak to you later on, then." She said, a little awkwardly, before turning on her heel and going to get the coffee.

Alyssa smiled at Laura and then noticed that Helena was in the conference room as well. "Well It looks as if my two favorite employees have made it!" Alyssa winked at Laura and Helena. "I'm doing great Laura thank you for asking. And how about you Helena doing well?" Alyssa was trying to figure out what they had all been called into the conference room for. A job no doubt, but what kind.

While Alyssa waited for a responsed she poored herself a cup of tea and took a crumpet. She didn't have time for breakfast this morning when she left the house. Maxton was being extremely naughty and he wouldn't let her eat.

Helena looked over as she heard herself being addressed, "Oh.. Hullo Alyssa, I'm doing alright, thanks." She gave her Division head a polite smile, rather unsure of what she'd done to become one of Alyssa's favourite employees, then sipped her coffee, "I hope you're doing well, also." She added cheerfully.

She nodded as Alyssa spoke and then she saw as Helena turned up and Alyssa began talking.She mentally raised her eyebrow
favorite? she thought.not bad she thought and just gave her a small polite smile and nod,being slightly flattered by what her division head said.

As Helena and Alyssa chat up and she kept silent.

Helena looked towards Laura and smiled warmly at her. She not spoken to the younger woman in... Well, a good few months, "Laura! How are you? I haven't spoke to you about stuff that's NOT work related in a long time. We'll have to catch up properly later, 'kay?" She said to the woman while she waited for Alyssa to respond to her.

Alyssa smiled at the ladies, "I'm doing find Helena." Alyssa said to them. "Are enjoying yourselves here?" Alyssa motioned with her hand to indicate the gathering in the conference room. "Have the two of you gotten a chance to introduce yourselves to the new Department Head. She seems rather nice." Alyssa looked over at Chloe as she wondered about the other employees in her new Department. She comfortable enough amongst them.

"Well, what a nice picture of us" J.J. Starr told Blair. J.J. sat down next to Blair. "Do you want me to get you any food or a beverage?" Joe Jon Montcenaggio asked Blair.

" Katalin toldme she would love to see you" J.J. Starr told Laura. " You will just love William" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Laura. " This is an old freind of mine, Blair " J.J. explained to Laura.
"Well, I thought I had been needed in the Ministry" J.J. Starr told Helena. " I have worked in GobStones Club of the Magical Sports Department, the the Magical Education Department and now here in the International Magical Co-operation" Joe Jon Montcenaggio explained to Helena." Yes it was time to give up my sports and on top of this, I get maried and have a child, too" J.J. said to Helena.

"No I'm fine. Don't you have the same picture somewhere?"She asked as she began to rub her feet after taking her shoes off and senting them on the floor."You should have one they gave one to both of us."She said kept rubbing her feet.

Kindly smiling at Miss Everhart as she sounded excited to meet the employes inside the department. As far as she had checked at the Filing Cabinet, there were many of them now, suddenly the department was starting to fill up, which was good. It meant more interaction with people, and work loads to a normal level. But when Miss Everhart mentioned that not many had arrived...

Di kind of twitched her mouth. Right, this was not a full action department and people had the small habit of arriving late, but always were there to be working. "I'm sure everyone will get here in time, since everyone saw the announcement. Besides, the return of students into Hogwarts has some people, like me, a bit...stressed out, out of schedule." Annie, her cousin had taken most of her time the week before going back to school, and Emiliano wanting to come back to UK wasn't making things easier.

"Just enjoy this time. Everyone is excited to meet you, and start working along with you." She told Miss Everhart, with a wink and a warm smile. "Now, if you'd excuse me, I'll go eat something, I have this terrible habit of not eating at home correctly. I miss my mom's cooking badly..." She said, touching her tummy and trying not to remember how great it was to have breakfast at home with her parents. It really made her feel homesick.

Yum. That glass of milk, in company of that yogurt just made everything better for Di to react to Malachi coming over to talk to her. Eeep. Calm down, Di. "Hello, Malachi..." She said, slowly eating whatever she still had in her mouth. "I'm good, a bit stressed about family life, etcetera...How have you been?" Right, it was not so great to talk about problems, personal ones with the boss, but she had to open her big mouth, had she?...Ugh.

When she heard Malachi apologize, she blinked. "Hey, hey...stop. You, sir...don't have to apologise, I'm an employee of yours, and I must take this work seriously, which I am, it just seemed like when I was in college and now I have to do this research about Exporting and Importing goods in America, which is not so easy because many have different policies that have drastically changed in the last fifty years..." And it was so true, after studying her International Business career, she thought of never having to solve those deals, but just learn day by day the many possibilities. "So, I gotta thank you, you woke me up...and I just reacted the worse way, which I have to apologize for to you..." She said, with a warm smile.

"So, are we good?" She asked Malachi, holding out her hand to shake it.

Chloe smiled at everyone and then moved up to the front of the room where she had started off that morning. Standing there confidently with her hands clasped in front of her, she looked around at the room before raising her voice and easily projecting across the room loudly enough to bring conversation to a halt, "Excuse me, everyone! Excuse me! I hate to break up everyone getting the chance to chat, but unfortunately we must now move on to official business," she said, the small joke twinkling in her eyes.

"Right, so I'm pretty sure I got around to all of you, but incase I missed anyone, my name is Miss Chloe Jayne Everhart, soon to be Mrs. Chloe Jayne Holden, but for now please call me Miss Everhart," she began, a silly grin spreading across her face as she made note of the fact that she was to be married soon. So what if it was boasting a bit? She was the luckiest woman in the world, and she didn't care who knew it. "I figure I should tell you a bit about myself and how this department is going to run under my leadership. I graduated from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry," though she wouldn't tell them what year so as to not draw attention to her youth, "and then spent many years living abroad in several different countries among Muggles and Wizards alike until I arrived here about a year ago and began working in the Department of Magical Education. My second favorite place to live is New York City in America," she finished, deciding to give them a bit of a fun fact.

And now on to the part that would be in their best interest to hear. "Let me give you a few tips on how I operate, just so we're all clear on my expectations. First and foremost, I do not tolerate disrespect of any kind whether it is a superior speaking to their employee or an employee speaking to their superior. What does this mean? Division Heads, I expect you to treat those in your charge with politeness, kindness, and respect. If there is a problem, report it to me. If anyone has a problem with their Division Head, do not talk back or get an attitude with them, just come see me. Also, no more of this not knowing people from other divisions. This entire department is one big team, and I want all of you to feel as though you can trust the people around you and count of them to do their assigned tasks.

In addition to these, there are the obvious rules. Do not be tardy, complete your work in a timely and efficient fashion, if you are ill please owl your division and let them know, and never invade the person work space of another without permission," she finished this part of spiel, giving her employees a kind smile. "Basically, I just want this to be a very positive work environment. I don't want anyone to absolutely dread coming to work. And on that note, if there's ever something going on, whether it be work-related or otherwise, please don't hesitate to come talk to me in my new office," she explained warmly. She sure hoped they were all getting all of this and didn't think she was a mean person with all of her talk about always respecting others and whatnot. Really, it was just for the benefit of everyone.

"Now, on to business!" she said clapping her hands together. "This department has received a very special project, directly from the Minister. I met with the Senior Undersecretary, and she passed me our orders. What we need is for you lovely people to draft letters to all the foreign ministers whom Minister Taylor met on her recent travels. Here is a list of the ministers," she said, waving her wand, causing the list to appear on the board of the conference room. "So please choose one now, inform me of your choice, and then begin drafting the letters. I trust you are all familiar with the issues that were addressed at each of these foreign ministries," she finished, smiling around at her employees, having complete confidence in them. "I know there aren't enough of you know. The Minister and Senior Undersecretary will be contacting me with more shortly, and they will be posted on the Notice Board. So, who would like to pick first?"

OOC: Please RP your character choosing a minister to write to. Get creative with this! I realize that you do not know any problems that these countries may have spoken to Minister Taylor about, so basically... make it up! If you'd like, go so far as to do some research on the country, imagine what problems these countries magical communities might have. Your character's letter should be a sort of follow-up to Minister Taylor's visit. If you have questions, PM me!

I am doing good she said nodding her head.yeah its been quite sometime since we last caught up on she said.She smiled when Helena emphasized on Not work related and shook her head...sure... she said smiling.

oh,yeah she seems to be a very nice person and i sort of was the first person to get into the Room so i got a chance to meet her she said to Alyssa as she asked if they had met Miss Everhart.


Yeah,sure i would love to come and meet both of them she said smiling.



As they were chatting up they heard Miss Everhart holler out for them.Turning in her place she looked at her and as she spoke.She listened carefully as to what she had to say and glanced at Helena and Alyssa once in a while.

And then her brow furrowed as Chole began to talk about the main reason for their meeting here.She watched as a parchment flew and got stuck to the conference board and read the names of the Ministries whom they had to draft the letters to.
She looked up at Chole and then nodded thinking which Ministry should she pick up to write the follow up letter for.

"Well, I am sure I have the same picture " J.J. Starr told Blair. " Ok. glad you had enough to eat or drink" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blair. " I kbow what minister I want to write too for sure" J.J. smiled.

" I would love to write to the Minister of the USA" J.J. Starr told Miss Everheart. " Miss Everheart, I come from the USA and played all my sports and wrestled there, so I figured I would be the beest one to do the writing" Joe Jon Montcenaggio explained to her.

"I will see you when you come to the Villa" J.J. Starr told Laura. "I will see you around here, too" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Laura.

Chloe smiled brightly as JJ was the first one to choose. "Excellent, Mr. Starr. Then you will be writing to Minister Abigail Road of the United State," she said happily, flicking her wand to cross that name off the list. "Who's next?

Helena listened to J.J Starr explain all of this, and Helena sipped her coffee and smiled, "Wow... You've really had a lot of experience in different areas of work then." She said to him, sounding impressed.



Helena turned away from J.J Starr as Miss Everhart stood up and began to tell them about herself. She listened to the womans rules and what she expected of the department. Most of it was probably easier said than done. Luckily, Helena was usually a positive person, so these things would be no problem for her.

So... They'd be writing owls to the Ministers, for our Ministry. Helena looked at the list and then spoke up, "I'll write to Minister Anouk Lefèvre, Miss Everhart. Seeing as I come from France, I know the current affairs well enough to be able to write this letter better than I could any of the other Countries."She said simply, hoping that it would be fine to do so.

"I will take Minister Kaylee Whittaker I spent some time in Australia. Plus I think I knew her. But I'm not sure."She said softly as she got the stuff she need and headed for the door. Her head started to hurt which meant she had a small headache. "Oh JJ after work lets go for drinks or we can do lunch or something."She said to JJ.

Alyssa knew that the Department Head would have another reason to call them all into the conference room. Alyssa looked over the list to see if she recognized any of the names, she had met a few of the other Ministers in her travels herself, but nothing too big though. Alyssa smiled and made her decision.

"I would like to write the Ministery from Mexico, if that would be alright." Alyssa hoped it would.

" Yes. I had lots of experiences in different areas of the Ministry" J.J. Starr told Helena. " I had lots of experiences in the sports world, too" Joe Jon montcenaggio said to Helena. " hopefully this will translate into talking to a lot of people in the world" j.J. explained to Helena." Good choice, France" J.J. Starr smiled.

"Australia, I want to visit there some day" J.J. Starr told Blair. "Sure, we can have lunch sometime for sure" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said to Blair.Take care of yourself" J.J. smiled a freindly smile at Blair.

" Yes, I will be writing that letter as soon as this conference is over" J.J. Starr smiled at Miss Everheart. " I will not be able to contain myself until I get a letter back from Minister Abigail Road" Joe Jon montcenaggio laughed.
J.J. met her a couple of times.
