DH then sighed and continued his meeting. "As of today, our projected date is inclusive within the months of June or July." he paused a moment and nodded. "Yes, June or July. So our job here is, to ensure that the we have a date that the weather is fine. Not too sunny and definitely not raining." he said looking at the others, ensuring he is getting into them.
"The Maintenance will help my employees to ensure we get the most accurate reading." he chuckled a little. "It would be problematic if we scheduled it at the wrong time." it can cost so much. he thought.

DH smiled as he saw some agreement between the parties involved.
He looked at his notepad and said, "So basically, the Planet Room employees are the one to record the planet movements and characteristics that they find fit to predict the weather and schedule the best day for the Quidditch Cup." he said looking at Rose. "And the Maintenance will be the one ensuring that the planets, devices used and the lot in the division is in tip top shape to ensure accuracy." he commented looking to Callie with a smile.
Then he looked towards the Boss - Becca.

Daniel nodded as he listened to his boss. So I am setting the dates for the Planet room rendezvous. He scribbled dates on his notepad and nodded to the lot. "So, I have here the dates of the appointments that the Maintenance Department and the Planet Room will confer." he said then tapped the notepad and duplicates of the dates flew in front of the ladies with him. Quickly listening to the brief conversation between him and Mrs Lee, Callie nodded a little bit. Someone coming with her would be nice. She was practially blonde, and being expected to get somewhere on her own was an unthinkable challenge.
After smiling up at DH, Callie stood up, gathered her bag in her hand and headed towards the door, of course in the way he was pointing.

Asher entered the conference room, looking around taking it all in. He hadn't been in here since they remodeled the ministry. He liked the look of things around the ministry lately. It seemed more livelier. Asher then noticed that the others hadn't quite made it in yet, he took a seat closet to the door, waiting for the others of his department to join him to hear what Becca had to say.
