"you also treat other professors with disrespect, when your suppost to be a team, how do you think that looks on the students?" she said giving him a glaring look once agian.
"Some students you believe can perform magic of a higher grade, but theres some you don't believe in, This isn't right for a teacher of your status mr.Snape. Im surprised how long you have actually lasted there." she said snapping back at him.

She stood nervously, stick straight, a few paces from the door, before realizing nearly everyone else was seating themselves. Eying the parchment in many of their hands she glanced around to discover it had been sitting by the door she had entered moments ago. Alice hastily grabbed a piece, not even giving it a second glance until she had sat down among the other Ministry Employees.
She listened as the Department head spoke in front of the crowd. Briefly, she wondered where her old Department head had gone to- Samantha Rose, but Alice quickly shook the thoughts from her head in order to properly concentrate on the task at hand. The smallest of smiles curved upon her lips as Antigone explained precisely what the task would be. She had the proper background knowledge from books... or at least Alice thought she did. The facts she'd learned from the revised version of Hogwarts a History would probably be helpful anyway. That and the fact that she’d spent her first year or so at the Ministry as part of the Department of Magical Education.
She bit her lip thoughtfully as people began to disperse and start the task. Alice looked to the black board that Antigone had written and then back down at the paper on her lap.
She started to read... She read the whole evaluation. As she did so Alice did as Antigone said to and thought of the validity of each of Umbridge's reports.
SPOILER!!: Professor Flitwick
Extract from the Initial Report of the Hogwarts High Inquisitor
Charms:
While Professor Flitwick is cheerful and welcoming, the Hogwarts High Inquisitor, that is to say I, feel that this demeanor encourages the wrong sort of learning environment. While the students were focused on their studies, there were more mishaps than one would have expected, all of which resulted in far too much merriment.
Points for improvement: Professor Flitwick should focus on disciplining his classes when they step out of line, and conduct his lessons with a serious manner.
Action to be taken: Probation not deemed to be necessary.
Hmm...
Alice liked cheerful people. As a kid she liked the teachers that had fun lesson plans. Enthusiastic teachers encouraged children encouraged children to learn. She agreed with the report to some extent though. It was easy for a class to get out a hand when an easy-going teacher was in charge. It was impossible for Alice to know just how chaotic that the Professor's classes got...
However, Alice was quite sure that Umbridge had made the right decision by not putting him on probation. She put a little check mark on her paper next to the evaluation and moved on.
SPOILER!!: Professor Trelawney
Divination: Professor Trelawney lacks the basic skills of divination and teaching. Her predictions are a mixture of deduction and wild guesses. Her class control is minimal, she resorts to making ghoulish predictions in order to scare or bore her students into submission. She is also unable to make predictions on request.
Points for improvement: Professor Trelawney needs to revisit some tried and tested, ministry approved disciplinary procedures and apply them. She must also become more accurate in her predictions and teaching methods.
Action to be taken: Further inspection is required. Probation may be a necessary measure.
Alice stared at the paper for a moment, quirking an eyebrow.
In Alice's opinion a Divination teacher should be able to make predictions. However, she also thought that, considering the fact seers were so rare, a Divination teacher that wasn't a seer, but still knew their information, would still be qualified.
It wasn't the fact that she was a suspected fraud that caught Alice's attention though. It was this: "she resorts to making ghoulish predictions in order to scare or bore her students into submission". That disgusted her. Alice herself, was very easily frightened; she couldn't imagine what it would be like to be in a class day after day hearing the bad things that would happen soon. She would have been even more paranoid.
On top of her knack for frightening students, like Flitwick, Trelawney was noted to have little control of her class.
Alice seriously considered firing her. She agreed with Umbridge's "Action to be Taken", but she didn't agree with her reasons. So, she put a big X next to her evaluation and then a checkmark next to her "Action to be Taken".
SPOILER!!: Hagrid
Care of Magical Creatures: Professor Hagrid is difficult to understand, intimidating to the students and seems to take pleasure in the thought of other people being hurt. His curriculum is vastly inappropriate for the age group he is teaching and he refuses to admit this. There have been injuries in his classes, one of which has led to a hypogryff being sentenced to death by the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures, although the beast escaped, something that the Hogwarts High Inquisitor, that is to say I, am convinced was arranged by Professor Hagrid.
Points for improvement: Professor Hagrid should follow the lesson plans left by Professor Grubbly-Plank while he reassesses his curriculum so that it is in line with Ministry expectations. He should also concentrate on enunciating clearly so that the students can understand him.
Action to be taken: Further inspection is required. Probation may be a necessary measure.
Alice's lips parted, her expression slowly transforming from skeptical to one of shock.
She didn't think that the headmaster of the time, Dumbledore, would have allowed such a person to teach, though she was aware of how notorious the former headmaster was for his believe in second chances. The man, Hagrid, sounded absolutely horrifying to her in the report.
No matter how gentle he was noted to be in books on the Battle of Hogwarts, Alice reasoned, Umbridge's claims couldn't be completely false. The report seemed very much biased.
It was really difficult to see through the bias obviously embedded throughout her work. Alice marked an X by her evaluation. Then she added a check mark by the "Action to be Taken" and "Points for Improvement"
SPOILER!!: Professor Sprout
Herbology: While Professor Sprout has a sound knowledge of her subject and so she is able to convey this knowledge to a reasonable standard. However, she allows her pupils to use foul language in her classes, something that the Hogwarts High Inquisitor, that is to say I, find most abhorrent and unnecessary. The amount of group work that is undertaken by Professor Sprout’s classes is also of concern, as they seem at times to almost be teaching each other, rather than receiving instruction from her.
Points for improvement: Professor Sprout would benefit from revisiting and revising some basic teaching skills, including what is acceptable language for the classroom.
Action to be taken: Probation not deemed to be necessary.
Well. A dirty mouth in Herbology, then? That didn't seem too bad at all. It was only one aspect of her class she didn't have good control over, versus Flitwick and Trelawny who were noted to have issues controlling ALL of the parts of their classes.
Alice overlooked the part where Umbridge voiced how skeptical she was about Professor Sprout's teaching strategy of pairing the students up or putting them in groups. Some plants were difficult to handle alone, Alice recalled, and a teacher couldn't help all her pupils at once, of course.
She didn't find probation necessary either. She really seemed like one of the best of the teachers that Umbridge had bothered to do a written report about.
Alice didn't mark anything at all by the general evaluation, it was mostly fact rather opinion so there wasn't much to approve or disprove of, really. She put a check by both of the other sections of the report.
SPOILER!!: Professor Snape
Potions:
Professor Snape is a highly competent Professor who had excellent control over his classes. It is clear that he has consistently and thoroughly educated his students throughout his tenure at Hogwarts. The Hogwarts High Inquisitor, that is to say I, have doubts about some of the potions that are currently on the syllabus, for example Strengthening Solution. However, there are other considerations to take into account which outweigh this. Professor Snape seems to be highly skilled in many areas and seems to be an asset to the school.
Points for improvement: Professor Snape should consider revising which potions are on the syllabus as some of them are too advanced for young children.
Action to be taken: Probation not deemed to be necessary.
Professor Snape.
Hmm. Alice tapped her fingers upon her chair arm, as she read through the evaluation. She thought more advanced potions work was good. Why not educate the students on information that would come later in the curriculum if you had time? Simply reading it, and drawing all her information from the report, Alice surely would have picked Professor Snape as the most valuable professor of the bunch... the MVP. However, she was well read, and Alice knew of the Professor's reputation among his former students. He seemed harsh. Word was, Professor Snape was the opposite of Professor Flitwick. He was cruel, harsh on students, and very, very strict.
Alice check-marked the general assessment, drew a neat X next to Points for improvement and then... After a little hesitation, Alice put an X next to Action to Be Taken. She thought that probation should have been at least considered.
It was time to deliberate. Who was the worst, and who was the best of the bunch?
Alice tapped her pen on her knee, hunching over the paper, looking at her marks, and then up at the chalkboard, her brown eyes scanning back and forth across the letters.
After about ten minutes of this (she liked to think things over), Alice decided who she would have sacked.
She read over it, scratching out a few things...fixing them, going over it again...and repeating the same process, until she was satisfied that her work was sufficient.
Alice peered up from the paper, catching sight of other ministry workers firing hallucinations, and she felt butterflies bat their wings in her stomach. Alice didn't like the idea of actually firing someone, even if they were, you know... not really SOMEONE. She didn't like making other people upset.
Trying her very best not to let her thoughts stray Alice turned back to her work, reviewing it again before making her choice. It didn't take nearly as long for her to decide who was the star of the group of professors as it did for her to decide who to fire.
Alice dotted that last period with a flourish. She held her work up to the light and read it over one more time, checking for errors and making sure it made sense.
She hoped it would be sufficient.
The image of Sybill Trelawney appeared in front of the woman and immediately began to sob. "MY HOME... IT'S MY HOMMMME. Why *sob* why terminate MY employment?" she wailed at the woman.

1. Rubues Hagrid
2. Sybill Trelawney
Wyatt could not make up his mind and it bugged him so much that he worked at for what seemed like hours. Then Wyatt decided not to try and think about both them at once but to try and narrow it down one at a time. So he did that and he took out a few extra pieces of parchment and started to write about both professors individually and then counclude which one is far worse than the other.
Wyatt seemed happy with what progress he had made and with that he looked over both his reveiws and then wrote on the blank parchment.
The image of Hagrid appeared and began to shuffle his feet as he towered over the man. "Why you wan' fire me fur?" he asked sadly.
The image of Snape sneered yet again and shimmered away.
Pierre blinked but quickly smiled satisfied as he watched Snape vanish. This quite simple actually he thought walking out the door with a small smile tugging at his lips.
Rubeus Hagrid wiped at his eyes with his oversized necktie then disappeared.
Robert watched the man disappear, odd that was kind of difficult. Who knew that expanding on the the two words 'your fired' could be so hard. Oh well, as long as he doesnt have to do it again, and Robert walked out of the room to the next.
Sybill blotted at her eyes beneath her glasses and then the image shimmered and disappeared.
Oh.
Sybill was gone. Marina could not say she was not relieved - it was tough to tell someone they could no longer continue a job, that they had had for ages. That said, it had been quite a good thing that this was merely an illusion, and no real person - that made everything easier.
Picking up her handbag, she gave Antigone a pretty smile, before departing. Time to head to the next level.
Chase shook his head a little, glad that he at least shouldnt have to see that image again. He grabbed everything he had entered the room with and left the same way he had arrived.

The image of Trelawney appeared in front of the woman and sobbed, waiting for an answer as to why she had chosen her to be fired.
Ingrid looked up as a version of Professor Trelawney appeared in front of her sobbing. The dark haired division said slowly but emotionally "You must know in your heart Professor Trelawney that you are not suited for the job of Divination professor." She paused for a moment to look at the shimmering image in front of her. "You don't have any control over your students and you can't make the easiest predictions when asked. The students deserve better than that don't you agree? You aren't suited for the job that i why I'd fire you. It's nothing personal I only have the students best interest at heart." Ingrid would have liked to hug the sobbing woman and given her a handkerchief but she couldn't.
Chris thought that since Dolores Umbridge wasn't on the list, he couldn't fire her even though she was really the one that should be fired at the first place. Anyway, he would just choose another one. Chris kept writing, not minding other people who were as busy as he was. "I therefore conclude that the one that should be fired is Professor Hagrid due to the fact that he is undergraduate and is really hard to understand because he's having this lisp problem and his enunciating of words is utterly terrible. How would the eager and hardworking students--who'd want to really learn--understand the lesson and his teachings if the students could not even seem to comprehend what he's saying. Even though he didn't intend some horrific things to happen, there's always student who gets hurt when he's teaching and he lets them deal with dangerous creatures. He should have always given the students a very thorough explanation which he always failed to do whenever he's letting them touch or handle the creatures especially when he knows that those creatures could actually hurt its handlers. He should always know that the children's safety and the learnings they should mustered from each lessons are the most important things he should keep in mind while teaching which, then again, he failed to fulfill. Lacking of a vast and profound knowledge of his subject and endangering his student's safety are really some of the numerous, countless factors which leads me into conclusion that he is really the one that should be fired and is therefore needs to be under probation and has some teaching seminars."
The image of Sybill Trelawney appeared in front of the woman and immediately began to sob. "MY HOME... IT'S MY HOMMMME. Why *sob* why terminate MY employment?" she wailed at the woman.
Alice gulped as the woman peered in front of her. She noted her odd apparel, but of course she didn't comment. Instead, guilt overwhelming her, she took a hesitant step forward. "Please don't cry. See it... See it as a door to bigger and better things." Easy for her to say, she knew; Alice would probably be sobbing too if Becca fired her.
...But she hadn't. And Alice needed to be strong if she wanted to move on. She couldn't give in to the illusion because of pity. She reminded herself of the reasons she had picked Trelawney to fire. "Professor, I'm afraid I must fire you because of the fearsome, not always valid, predictions you make in your classroom. They are not necessary and it is certainly not okay for you to subject your students to the emotional stress and worry imposed upon them because of your predictions, whether they are true or not. While I'm sure your frequent predictions are quite entertaining, the class would better benefit from the curriculum, from someone who cannot do predictions and is honest about it than someone who uses predictions to impress, but terrorize, their class. Also, according to your report your classes often get out of your control. I'm sorry, ma'am but you can no longer continue to teach at Hogwarts." Alice was somewhat proud of the fact that her voice hadn't shook once the entire time she'd been talking. "I'm sure that should you adjust your attitude and are not so vocal about your more fear inducing predictions around younger children you will grow, in time, to find another place that you feel just as home at as you do at Hogwarts." She attempted a comforting smile at the sobbing woman. She didn't want her to cry. Alice really hated making other people upset... Even if she was a mere illusion.

The image of Trelawney shimmered and disappeared as she wiped at her eyes.
Alice watched her disappear with wide eyes. If she'd had any doubt that she was an illusion she wasn't harboring it anymore. She didn't feel guilty, really. In fact, Alice was proud of herself. The fact that Trelawney had disappeared must have meant she'd completed the first task.
She took a deep breath, as if trying to prepare herself, and pulled her wand from the front pocket of her robes. Then, feeling a little anxious, and somehow still confident at the same time, Alice moved along to the next Challenge.
{imagine all you can be} [home is where the heart is]
The image of Sybill Trelawney appeared in front of the woman and immediately began to wail and sob. “Why, young lady, why? Hogwarts is my HOME”
Annabeth grimaced. This was going to be harder than she originally thought. "Dear Sybil, I realize that this is very hard news to hear," she smiled sympathetically. "Whilst you may be a great Seer, teaching right now isn't the best place for you. I have no intention of removing you from the school grounds. In fact, I would prefer if you stayed. However, that decision is entirely Professor Dumbledore's." Annabeth winked at the apparition. "Between you and me, I don't think there's any way Albus would chose to have you out in the could. After all, Hogwarts IS your home as long as you wish it to be. Maybe teaching isn't the avenue you might wish to pursue. Perhaps a full.-time Seer career?"
The image of Hagrid appeared and began to shuffle his feet as he towered over the man. "Why you wan' fire me fur?" he asked sadly.
Wyatt looked at the professor and said "I am sorry Professor Hagrid, your teaching standards are not up to stadards and you putting the children at Hogwarts at risk with what could very dangerous creatures. you are also not assertive enough with the students so that they can get away with anything."
Professor Trelawney was crying in earnest now, wailing about her home and whatnot. "Why? Why would you all choose me? I was far better than that horse! I was a true Seer," she cried as she fidgeted with her beads.
'My dear, you may or may not be a true Seer, but you obviously can't see that you are an ineffective teacher.' Agatha said softly. 'Perhaps you would be more suited to private practice.'
The oversized image of Rubeus Hagrid appeared in front of the man and shuffled his feet, averting his eyes. "What you gon' fire me fur?" he asked sadly, crying into his beard.
Guh, it was really hard to do especially when there was a whining half-giant in front of him; it was kinda flustering although luckily, he managed to stay calm and gentle. "I have to fire you because you always fails to fulfil your duties as a teacher and simultaneously, as a groundskeeper. You, even if you didn't actually intend, are endangering pupil's lives every single time you authoritatively asked them to touch or handle some dangerous creatures. Making them handle Blast-ended Skrewts and Hippogriffs in instance. Hagrid, it's hard to fire someone like you who is so kind-hearted and gentle but you should fully understand that I'm only doing this--"in able to surpass this icky challenge "because you seem to forgot that children's safety are one of the most important things you should keep in mind when teaching. And due to the fact that you are undergraduate, I therefore think that you're not appropriate for teaching since you technically lack of knowledge, discipline and such."

Penelope listened intently to the instructions read aloud and then lifted the pamphlet provided. As she read through the report memories came flooding back of her days in Hogwarts, the lessons, the friends the sense of belonging to a house. She smiled then began weighing up the comments before taking a quill from her bag and beginng to write the following on a piece of parchment.
"I Penelope Clearwater feel agree to an extent with the comments presented by Prof. Umbridge. I feel that her evaluation of Professors Flitwick, Trelawney and Snape were most accurate and would agree with the points presented.
However when it comes to Professor Hagrid I think that given the reports of his lessons made by Umbridge compared to eye witness accounts tend to contain a lot of exageration. Rubeus Hagrid showed a lot of belief in his students and was a devoted teacher. He wanted them to enjoy his lessons and therefore sometimes intoduces species that aren't part of the cirucculum. In my opinion however he doesn't deserved to be fired. With some instruction and perhaps mentoring progress his teaching methods could be improved.
Professor Pomona Sprout; a woman that has educated many a witch and wizard during her time at Hogwarts. The report of her permitting foul language in class is simply exagerated as afforementioned by Prof. Umbridge. From other reports and my own memories the use of 'foul' language was forbidden, she was slightly more leniant when working with plants such as Mandrakes but would never permit 'foul' language. I believe that from reading files on her teaching methods and exam results over the last few years that she doesn't deserve to be fired as she cares a lot for her students and Hufflepuff house needs her.
Professor Trelawney in my eyes is the teacher that deserves to be fired of all. Her lack of control over her lessons and the terrifying yet monotonous predictions she makes aren't qualities that I would look for in a teacher. She may be compassionate but her lack of ability when it comes to Divination means that many Hogwart students fall short of the required grades for O.W.L's and N.E.W.T's. Hogwarts is a school with standards and these must be maintained. I believe that she has a place at Hogwarts but not in the teaching staff."

The sobbing illusion of Sybill Trelawney appeared. Her bug like eyes brimming with tears. "Why, sir... Wh-why fire me?" she said in her spacey voice.
Chris smiled as Hagrid shimmered and disappeared. That just an indication that he finally surpassed the challenge and he would move to the next round. But he thought there were further instructions to those who finished the challenge. Well, he'd just wait till he received his note and such. Hopefully, it wouldn't take that long.

I'm sorry Professor, really I am , its just that, out of the list I was provided with I believe that you are the least capable. There are various traits that a teacher of divination requires; first and foremostly the ability to 'See' and I know, both from reports and from my own personal experiance that you unfortunately do not possess this. Although, your desire for this particular trait leads to you making false predictions for your students leaving them both afraid and intimidated. I recall reading a report outlining an incident in which you told a 14 year old student that he was in grave danger. Is this anyway to treat a child? You also lack authority meaning you cannot control classes. There have been many accidents occuring in your tower that have left students in the Hospital Wing for days. I believe however that you have a place at Hogwarts as your quirkiness and affection would be sorely missed and impossible to replace. I apologise profusely Professor, really I do. It's just that, as an employee of the MoM's Department of Education I believe it is within my job description to assess, report on and ultimately remove teachers from establishments such as the highly respected Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and you Sybil, are simply not making the grade like many of your O.W.L students.

Edward finds a seat and listens attentively to the Announcer’s discussion concerning the best qualities for a teacher. He does not see the need for this challenge. Knowing how the various Ministry departments work is not going to make him a better auror. Edward picks up the pamphlet. I question if Dolores Umbridge’s comments are the best to use. The woman consorted with deatheaters. She never should have passed an auror screening. The woman was unstable. Of course I wasn’t training aurors back then. Edward opens the pamphlet and starts working on the challenge.

Edward reads over Umbridge’s evaluation of Professor Flitwick. Edward has always had the greatest respect for the diminutive professor. I never had any problems with the Charm work of the recruits who studied under the good professor.
Charms:
I feel Miss Umbridge misinterpreted Professor Flitwick’s teaching abilities. Charms is a difficult subject to teach especially when young children are involved. Being able to put them at ease before lessons begin is an asset. I do not think it is fair to blame Flitwick because his students run into trouble mastering spells particularly the first through third years. I agree with Umbridge that discipline is inportant in any classroom situation. Teachers should try to be friendly with their students, but they should not try and be their best mates.
Points for Improvement: Professor Flitwick should try and keep order better in his classes.
Action to be Taken: I see no need for serious action to be taken at this time.

Divination:
I question the merits of teaching Divination to impressionable young children. I understand Professor Dumbledore’s reason’s for offering Professor Trelawney a position at Hogwarts. She needed to be protected from Lord Voldemort, and what better place for her to be than Hogwarts. From Ms. Umbridge’s report, she considers Professor Trelawney to be unqualified to teach Divination because she cannot make predictions on demand. I know of very few seers who can make predictions on demand either. For that reason, I do not buy Ms. Umbridge’s argument that Trelawney’s inability to make these prediction as a reason for her dismissal. I do agree that Professor Trelawney is not qualified to be a teacher. Using intimidation and ghoulish predictions as part of her teaching method is not sound teaching. From what I have read, Trelawney did not have a good grasp of the subject she was trying to teach. I doubt seriously that she was ever able to teach anyone about Divination. It has also been reported that Trelawney had an unhealthy like of cooking sherry. Teacher should not drink on the job. Points of Improvement: I do not think there is much Professor Trelawney can do to improve her teaching skills. She can try studying Divination further and apply for the position again at a latter date.
Action to be Taken: Immediate dismissal
Quote:
Care of Magical Creaturesrofessor Hagrid is difficult to understand, intimidating to the students and seems to take pleasure in the thought of other people being hurt.
Care of Magic Creatures:
Professor Hagrid was an invaluable member of the Order of the Phoenix and deserves his place in wizarding history. In my opinion, Professor Dumbledore lost his mind when he made Hagrid a teacher. He does not have the educational background necessary to teach any subject including Care of Magic Creatures. Even if Hagrid had such a background, I question if he would be the right person to teach young children. The man also had no common sense. Anyone with an inkling about teaching Care of Magic Creatures would never choose the creatures Hagrid did for class. I question if Hagrid was qualified to handle such dangerous creatures as hyppogryffs, thestrals, and blast-ended skrewts. Why he thought young children would be able to handle these creatures is beyond me? Hagrid love of dangerous creatures blinded his good judgment. Just because he thought they were misunderstood, does not mean students would love working with them, which brinks me to the problem of Hagrid’s poor judgment. His decision to use a hypogryff as a subject for class resulted in a student being injured and the hypogryff being condemned to death. He should have been sacked after this incident.
Points for Improvement: Hagrid should have a qualified teacher teaching his classes. He should watch what the professor does and try to learn from his example.
Action to be Taken: Immediate dismissal

Herbology:
The average School of Magic does not have the financial resources to provide a magical plant for each student in a class. Some plants require more than one student to handle. The Snargaluff stump is one such plant that require more than one student to handle. In Professor Sprout’s sixth year class, three students were needed to harvest pods from this dangerous plant: two students to control the vines and force the plant to open up and the third to plunge his hand into the hole and pull out the pod. I see nothing wrong with students working together. Professor Spout supervises the students in every class, so they also get her attention. She does not sit at her desk and let the students work on their own. As far as the complaint about foul language, I remember using some salty language during Herbology class too. I found it hard to act nonchalant when being attacked by a Venomous Tentacula or bouncing bulbs. Professor Sprout is a darn good teacher in my opinion. Students taught Herbology did exceptionally well in potions and antidote class in Auror training.
Points of Improvement: She might consider buying a new hat. The one she wears is getting old.
Action to be Taken: No action necessary at this time.

Potions:
Professor Snape is a highly competent Professor who had excellent control over his classes. It is clear that he has consistently and throughly educated his students throughout his tenure at Hogwarts.
Potions:
My only beef with Professor Snape is the way he showed his preference for Slytherins. He never hid the fact he liked them best. This prejudice tended to cloud his judgment where other students were concerned. Snape would never pass muster with you. He would never win a popularity contest. Snape generally disliked every student he taught. He took pleasure in belittling them on a daily basis. His stern ways did keep order and discipline in class which is inportant when teaching Potions. Student brew Potions during class. Joking around and chit chat should not occur while you are trying to work. Discipline is necessary in this type of class. The teacher should not try and be the student’s buddy. They need a qualified potioner. I may not be wild by Snape’s methods, but he was the right man for the job.
Points for improvement: Try and be less rude with the children. Do not belittle them in class particularly Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs, and Ravenclaws.
Action to be taken: No action to be taken at this time.
The sobbing image of Rubeus Hagrid appeared towering over the man. The half giant sobbed into his handkerchief and said, “Why you wan’ fire me fur?”
Jet promptly answered the apparition after a startled jump. After regaining his composer, he stated, "Uh....hello. Um....well, you see, Mr.Hagrid, from these reports they state that....uh.....what is your opinion of Ms.Umbridge? Would she have a reason to have a grudge against you?" He asked.
The man did not seem the such that could easily fool people, but rather not really be able to lie. If Umbridge did indeed have a reason to have a grudge...well then. He wouldn't fire anyone, he supposed.

Ingrid sighed with relief when the image of Professor Trelawney dissapeared in front of her eyes. It meant that she had passed the first test. The dark haired woman and division head left the room to go forward to the next task.
