Hannah would definately fire Umbridge, but she was unsire if she counted. Deciding not to count her she bgan to write.

Laura pulled out a quill and an inkwell. There was no use in prolonging this challenge. She had noticed several of the teacher illusions already, but had decided not to let that influence her decisions. Dipping her quill, she positioned it on the back of the pamphlets and started writing down notes.

I disagree with the former High Inquisitor's comments on Professor Flitwick's teaching. His "welcoming demeanor" is exactly what the students need in the learning environment. Pausing, Laura read over her notes. If Umbridge didn't consider it necessary to place Flitwick in probation, then his cheerful learning environment couldn't have possibly been that big of a problem, right? Next, she looked over the excerpts again before starting up her note-taking again.

Herbology~ Sprout

In the case of the Herbology professor, I again agree with the former High Inquisitor, if only partially. It is a good thing that Professor Sprout is “sound in her knowledge,” an important point in being a good professor. However, in the issue of students receiving little instruction from the professor, I disagree. It is important for students to learn how to learn from each other, an experience that not all students receive. Professor Sprout’s teaching technique is necessary for students to experience exactly that.

Laura stopped writing and blinked at the excerpts. Umbridge’s report on Professor Sprout seemed quite harsh. However, she didn’t deem probation to be necessary. As she dipped her quill in her inkwell again, Laura was starting to think this former High Inquisitor was a bit biased.

Laura put down her quill and picked up the pamphlet she had been writing on, holding it up and rereading everything she had wrote down. Yes, now she just had to make a couple decisions.

Well, this was totally stupid. Dan wanted to fire everyone and he couldn't do that. Pfft. What kind of assignment was this? Firing people was fun, and he wanted to do it. But he also knew that this was his job, and he had to do it.

Didn't mean that he had to do it properly though.

Soooo....

Snape. He had landed on Snape. Ironis, seeing as he was the one that he found most competent.

Professor Snape should be fired because he picks favourites, and is a jerk to students. He is not a nice man, unlike me. But he is also the most competent of the Professors as well.

His eyes scanning the page for a moment he made a few notes here and there before he finally turned the parchment to start to write.

Somehow it became obvious that Michel was not too excited to be there by the way he had only scribbled down the most essential facts. Now, on to a final decision who to fire and who to keep. This was hard...

The enormous form of Rubeus Hagrid appeared in from of the man and he was crying silently into his beard. After blowing his nose like a foghorn he looked at him and said, "Wha you wan fire me fur? I know lots abou the Creatures." he shifted nervously from foot to foot and dabbed at his eyes.

Hmmm... Snape didn't particularly care for most of the students anyway... The illusion shimmered and disappeared, Snape looking displeased as usual.

You're idea of 'basic' is not that of mine, a parents. I know full well that the majority of children would not cope working under your conditions at the level you expect them to. Some do manage to complete the work you set, but in an UNBIASED way, they won't have completed it very well, and that, Mr Snape, is why I am firing you. And also, lower your eyebrow. It's very rude."

Helena looked at the illusion of Snape, hoping that everything she'd said was enough.

The illusion of Severus Snape pulled himself to his fullest height, eyebrow STILL raised and opened his mouth to speak but instead kind of flickered and disappeared.

Antigone hopped down from her desk and started to make rounds through the room. Ooooh she was sooo proud. Then... grrrr. She came across one man that seemed to find her challenge nothing more than a bloody joke.

Approaching him with a no nonsense look on her face she leaned in close and said, "If you would rather sit in that desk all day long, that is fine by me. Until you have completed this task and taken it seriously you will stay right where you are." Then with a stiff smile she swept imperiously away from the man and went back to her desk and hopped atop it once more.

Tasha read over the reports and took out her fancy purple quill and started to write down on who she would keep as a teacher.

She without thinking put the end of the quill to her lips as she started to chew. As soon as she took notice on what she was doing, she didn't think that was very good behavour for a Division head to act, she whipped the quill out between her lips and started to write once again

As the image faded, Ronan stood up, a little shaken by the wailing figure. He adjusted his tie and cleared his throat before leaving the area and heading on to the next level.

Gavin waited on the reaction of his Snape allusion, almost half expecting him to make some remark about impertinent Gryffindors. But when the figure vanished, he knew he had passed the challenge. Taking a hint from those finished before him including Ryan, he took his leave, quietly leaving the room for the next challenge.

"DId you just really roll your eyes at me? I am a superior in the Ministry of Magic and you dare to disrespect me?" she seethed at the man. "Aren't you one of Wes' employees? Well I am sure he will be curious to know why one of his own NEVER made it past point A," she hissed with venom clear in her voice.

Tom smiled as the figure of Trelawney disapeared he knew he had passed the challenge, he had have expected the figure to say something back to him but it had just disappeared, he decided that the best thing to do was leave the place as quickly and quietly as he had come.

Snape disappearing meant he was done, right? Yes, IT DID! Sam stood up from his desk, took a quick look around the room to see who else was in there, and then he headed out the door and to the next challenge.

Watching the image fade, Jade slowly got up from her seat. She did feel terrible about having to do that, but it was called for. Trying her best to shake the feeling, she made her way out of the room and headed to the next level.

Jet wandered into the....testing room?, and wondered whether this was for all Ministry workers. He certainly knew he was in no shape to be criticizing teachers. He should be being tested in life threatening situations that involved some highly dangerous creature. He grinned at the thought. He would welcome the challenge. The one that didn't exist, that is, not this one.

He grimaced at the 'test'. It was a challenge, and that was enough. After a while of standing and staring blankly at the papers, he started to fill some blank one's out. He especially focused on the CoMC teacher, a Mr. Hagrid.

Jet sat back and looked at what he had wrote. Impressive...He thought. He didn't know he could write like that. Suddenly, he noticed the absence of cats. Uh oh...He thought, as he looked around. They were probably causing trouble. He sighed and shook his head. They were cats! They couldn't be put on a leash. Reluctantly, he went back to his task.

Teresa smiled wirily at the image. I’m very sorry professor Trelawney but when all things are considered you could not control your class, the students just didn’t respect you. Laura was massaging her wrist. You would think with that all that time spent when she was working in the Portkey Office filling out paperwork she was very used to it. Perhaps she was out of practice. In any case-

Think of the students' safety. This is the best thing for them." She smiled again, hoping he was an understanding man.

Pierre frowned really he though this wan't that tricky still whom to fire...whom? He dipped his quill in ink and finally poured himself over his paper, and quickly began to scribble in his tidy handwriting.

Annabeth smiled as Antigone finished her little sermon. She certainly enjoyed education. Good for her.

She got out a leaf of parchment, and readied herself for the task at hand.
She read over the reports from Umbridge, and immedaitely began to write.
I think Umbridge should be fired, but since I did not find her on her own evaluation sheet, I will not choose her.I feel that Sybil Treawlney should be sacked.She fails to keep the attention of her students. She doesn't seem to discipline her children, and tries instead to return their attention to herself by making false "predictions". Her class has no structure.Her students learn nothing, and seemingly use the period for a study hall or just sleep or chat. Classes are there to learn, and Sybil fails to teach the children. On the other hand, the teacher I think is best suited for his job is Flitwick. He effectively teaches the students, and makes learning fun. The students stay engaged in the lesson, and immensely enjoy the class. Learing is made fun, and the goal of educating the masses has been met with flying colors.

Lucia stepped through the door and glanced round at the mass of employees surrounding her. Ughh, tests. Lucia never really excelled at tests whilst at school. She took a look at the Umbridge's reports, sighed, then began.

She has a fair attitude towards each and every one of her pupils and doesn't show any biased behaviour or prejudism towards them, unlike a few other professors are known to do. Although her teaching methods could be altered here and there, ultimately, she is a professional and highly reliable professor and it certainly able to do her job to a high standard.'

After re-reading her work to check for any mistakes or possible improvements, Lucia was satisfied with what she had written and shuffled her papers into her hands, placing her quill back on the desk waiting for further instructions.
