Kalee made her way up to the upper level stands a grin on her usually happy face. She loved qudditch, it was her favorite sport magical or not. She found an empty seat and sat down. Glancing around, Kalee noticed that none of her friends had showed up yet. they probably would...eventually.

Mina followed her father up through the upper level stands to their seats. Most of her family were already there, even her eldest sister. She had really hoped to not see her at all this summer but that was wishing for a lot wasn't it. With a quick hello to her grandparents, she made her way to an empty seat beside her cousin. Smiling over at Jade, she bumped her shoulder. "You don't look all that happy to be here today."

Jade shook her head and kept her eyes on the pitch. "I'm quite excited to be here, it's just the company we must keep that is annoying me." she replied quietly. She was quite positive that Mina knew just who she was talking about. She was going to at least try to be nice while in the presence of her grandmother, which would be hard. At least they had the common sense to keep the feuding cousins apart. Leaning over to Mina, she whispered. "You know the moment this family thing is over, we are so out of here. I refuse to endure that mindless girl longer than necessary." She really wasn't going to let the mindless bimbo ruin her day, if she had to pretend she didn't exist, so be it. Shaking her head, she heard her cousin laugh at her comment, at least she had Mina around to keep her mood light. Smiling a little she turned her attention back to the match. She had all but forgotten how much she did enjoy the game of quidditch.

Ooohhh!! "Go Go Go!!" Dora shouted and jumped up from her seat. "Oh, this is going to be a great match!" she shouted to Pandora and Silas.

the match had begun.Minister Tyalor had got the cue from the grounds and within few seconds they heard her booming voice.welcoming the guest team and the host team.there were mascots supporting their teams come up.Laura clapped hard for England and its mascot.and then the match began.the quaffle was realesed and so was the snitch and the bludgers were zooming by.the first to score was Austrailia and then there was an instant oooo and then England leveled the score and there was an ah....and then they saw chasers ducking the deadly bldugers and the seekers tried catching the snitch,the game was on and had gotten wild as soon as it started.Laura was in the edge of her seat.


Isabella was practically jumping up and down with excitment as the match began.she clapped hard when England scored its first point.her happiness knew no bounds.

Stark found his seats at the world cup. He was excited to be watching this match! He looked around at the people around him. Not really recognizing any of them. Then again he just moved back to England.

He cheered for England of course. He would have been a traitor having not. England for sure better pull through today. What bloke in his right mind wouldn't want England to win.

Stairs.

So. Many. Stairs.

A puffed out Olivia finally reached the top area of the stands, ready to do her job when it was needed.Taking a quick glance around the immediate vicinity, she was pleased to see that no-one had yet made a mess.Smiling contently she bent her wrist to make sure her wand was secure in it's holster, before slinging her bag over her shoulder and making her way along the rows, behind all the spectators.

Even though she was working, Olivia couldn't help but look at the play every so often.Even giving a little squeal when she saw England were winning on snitch grabs.Clearing her throat, and hoping no-one heard her, she carried on her way.

ooc: yeah she's still around.

Okay she couldn't quite resist coming to the match.

The tickets cost her more than she'd like to admit too, but Caroline sat in the stands watching the commotion, remeniscing about the time she kicked Drake Warren's butt.

Sigh

Laura was throughly enjoying her time at the QWC.she wishe her dad would come and see but no,he didnt.just then another quaffle was caught and England scored another point.she clapped and hooted for her team.she looked around and saw people almost everybody up on their feet no one sitting and watching.it was fun that way. she looked at the entrance and saw the people were still pooling in.she looked at the guy who just came and the woman behind him and smiled at them excitedly and nodded.though she didnt know them it was at such times when unknown people get together and cheer for their teams.

Carter had his ticket in hand and found his seat. Where in the world was Marilyn? Oh, well. He took his seat (which just happened to be directly behind Mina). He leaned over. "Hey stranger." he said with a grin. What were the odds that their seats would be right next to each other?

Nymphy and Herod took their seats. "We'll, visit the vendor during a foul or something. The mach is about to begin." Herod said. He crossed his legs and began to watch.

Isabella saw Nypmh and his uncle and she waved and shouted his name over the din of the cheering crowd.
Nymph! Nymph she called out and waved her hand to get his attention and then she looked at the score down and England had scored another point and she pumped her fist in the air and jumped up and down...


OOC: the match had begun already

Pandora reached the top of the stairs, slightly out of breath. Dora was looking peaky again. She took her seat and listened as Silas fussed over his fiancee. She started to dig in her bag for the drinks that she had put in there before leaving her tent, but before she could pass one of the drinks to Dora, the game began and Dora started to scream and shout. She passed a drink to Silas, trying to work out how much of a qudditch fan he was.

Silas had just sat and was about to put his arm around Dora when she leaped out of her seat at the match. Draping his arm over the back of her chair instead, he accepted the drink from Pandora with a smile. "Thanks."

Crossing his legs, resting his ankle on his knee, Silas watched the pitch with a mild disinterest, occasionally stealing glances around the stadium. Everything seemed to be in order. His mind wandered and he briefly wondered how the ghosts were enjoying themselves...

The roar of the crowd snapped Silas back into the moment. Taking a small sip of his drink, he looked back to Dora and held it up, offering her some.

Laura cheered on as the scores were 20-20 for both the teams but England had 2 snitch grabs in her hand.she was getting really excited as the match was turning out to be...

Mina looked over her shoulder and blinked in surprise before smiling. "Why if it isn't Mr. Carter Phillips." she grinned. "What a surprise to see you. I didn't even think I was coming and here I am and here you are too." she laughed nerviously. Do calm yourself silly girl She was rambling for some reason and noticed a look from her cousin beside her. Oh, she was going to hear it later. Shaking her head, she looked around quickly. "So where is Marilyn? I haven't her in a while?"

Jade smirked and watched her young cousin from the corner of her eye. She would definitely have to have some words with the young Bennett after they returned to the tent. She remembered being like that once and found it quite funny. Looking back to the pitch, she smiled. England had captured two snitchs already.

And then there was a sudeen whistle from down laura leaned on the railing to see what happened when she realised that Emma Greene had caught the snitch
Englad Wins! she said shouted and clapping hard as the entire crowd bursted into claps.it was 180 to 20 for England And Australia...


Isabella was intently looking at the match.she was focusing on the chasers and then there was a loud din from the below and then a whistle.isabella leaned in to see what happened and then she shouted
Emma! she turned to her mother and shouted
mama Emma has caught the snitch England wins! she said clapping hard and looking back at the pitch...

"I have no idea. I haven't seen her yet. I've just been wandering around looking for her. Then I heard the crowd scream and knew the game must have started already... so I rushed here hoping to find her. No luck though." Carter said explaining the past hour of his life. Hopefully Marilyn got here before the end of the game. Maybe she told her family about him? Maybe she got in trouble. He tried to shake the thought out of his head. He looked at all the people sitting around Mina. "Is this your family?" he asked.

Laura saw the opposite team members storming off from the field.she shook her head.not everybody did that but that was natural.it was a sport after all.and seeing these emotions play on their faces were certain.though Laura couldnt see their emotions from the Upper Stands so much but with her ominiculars she saw their movements...they were certainly not happy.

Dora was too busy cheering the English team on to notice anything else. Her sudden lightheadedness hit her like a ton of bricks and she wobbled a bit before she began to topple over. No good, no good at all.

Forget the drink!

"Dora!" Silas scrambled to his feet, letting the drink clatter to the ground. Hooking his arms around her from the back, he grabbed her just under her arms. Oof.

"I got you..." he said softly, supporting her weight with his arms.

Dora's eyes rolled into her head and she waited for the impact to come... but instead she was safe and sound in Silas' arms.. where else? Teehee...

Dora's eyes fluttered open and she said, "We won" before starting to slip from his safe embrace. Oh my Merlin.. poor little Dora! Too much excitement for one day, apparently.

Mina nodded as she listened to him. From the sounds of it, everything seemed to be to be good between the couple. That did make her happy since he seemed happy. "I'm sure you'll find her. She's probably around here somewhere." she said as she noticed his eyes looking around. "Oh, yes this is most of the family." she nodded. Where were her manners today? Pointing almost everyone out she smiled. "Down there is Odetta and well some people I have no idea who they are. Probably friends of hers or whatever. Anyway, Camille over there with my grandparents, Kieran and Kiera." Turning to point to the other side of her, she pointed out more people. "My aunt and uncle, David and Olivia, and my father, Benjamin are over there. My brothers are somewhere and this is my cousin, Jade." she explained as she nudged her cousin. "Jade, this is Carter. We both go to Hogwarts together. And Carter, this is Jade. She works at the Ministry"

Jade smiled at the boy and offered her hand. "Nice to meet you, Carter. I think Mina as mentioned you before." she smirked a little. Oh the young girl was so going to get it later. "Nice to see Mina making friends though. We always figured she's be locked away busy studying to make friends, but I guess the family was wrong," she teased more as she kept one eye on the match. Jumping to her feet, she cheered. England had just won!

"Pleasure to met you." Carter said shaking her hand. He didn't think Mina had mentioned her to him. They mostly talked about her parents and her sisters. He looked up in time to see the snitch grab. England had one. He cheered. He looked over at the empty seats near him. What on earth had happened to Marilyn? He turned back to Jade. "Mina? Locked away studying? Yeah right. We met sneaking off into the forbidden forest." He didn't mention that is was for an assignment and they were supposed to be there.

Jade shook his hand and laughed listening to him. "The forbidden forest, really? That's interesting. She never mentioned that." she shook her head. Mina was turning out to be more like Jade, herself, than her sisters apparently. Which was a great though, of course. "I'm sure she still can be found in the library as well, though. Ravenclaws are known for that, I should know. I used to live there myself my last few years there." Smiling at her cousin, she winked and looked back at the pitch. What an exciting match that was.

Mina looked down at the pitch to avoid the looks her cousin was giving her. She was going to have to explain a lot over their vacation apparently. At least the older woman didn't intentionally mean to embarrass her, that was probably one reason why she and Jade got along so well. Turning back to Carter, she shrugged. "So what else are you doing this summer? I never did get a chance to ask you on the train before."

Yes, make small talk to avoid the awkward silence, brilliant idea.

"Well, no idea really. I'm getting an owl. I've been spending time with my sister. I'm teaching her how to play soccer. I might go over to Marilyn's. Ella has invited me too. I'm not sure how well that will work out though, since Nate is over there. What about you?" Carter asked.
