OOC: For the Minister of Magic, all foreign ministers, the quidditch official and players, and any special guests. All others should arrive at the game via the Apparition and Portkey Check-in. Those of a certain status will want to remain careful traveling to and from the Quidditch World Cup. The Minister of Magic, all foreign ministers, the quidditch official and players, and any special guests who've been granted permission may utilize the floo network for their transportation needs to and from the event. Mr. Craig Wickham, a division head in the Department of Magical Transportation, has worked with those in his division to develop a method known as Portable Floo Fireplaces. Those who've been granted permission to utilize the floo network have been sent a package containing all the materials you'll need to utilize the Portable Floo Fireplace. Once used, you will arrive at the Quidditch World Cup at a portable floo network check point. Officials will be standing nearby to assist you upon your arrival. OOC: Please read this post for information on how to use the Portable Floo Fireplace. And remember you can get into the Campsite only after get through the Security check-in. No one will not be allowed into either the campsite or the stadium without getting Security clearance. So co-operate with Security Personals.
OOC: (Which means, Security department people will give you a security clearance avvy. So be patient please..)

Benjamin walked over from the apparation and port key checkto his post. This is where he would be aaaaaaaaaaaall day. Fun. But Ben smiled and looked around at the facilities set up. He was also the only one here. Great. He chose a spot to stand at and stayed there. He waited for people to come and suddenly put everything into perspective. This is where all the famous people are coming in from. Aaron's going to flip when he sees all the players coming by.

Standing in a household far, far away, Bella Greingoth held tightly onto a small, stone object. Once she tossed it onto the floor, it transformed into a platform. She quickly stepped onto it and pulled a handful of sparkly, blue dust out of a vase on her mantle. "Special Transport Floo Network, North York Moors!" she exclaimed. In the blink of an eye, she found herself at the checkpoint where she'd have to, of course, identify herself. She figured most people would know her as either the former Department Head of Magical Transportation or the current Senior Undersecretary to the Minister of Magic. Regardless, she wanted to cooperate and help things run smoothly.

"Have a good day, ma'am!" he said to her. He turned back to Numble and said, "One down, 500 to go." That was a bit exaggerated, but it was still going to be a lot.

The blue flames appeared and then disapeared revealing a woman very nicely dressed. Her hair was teased high, and her makeup was impeccable. "Mah Word!" She said in a thick American Southern accent, dusting herself off. "Ah doo declayah! Ah know these knew floos ah all the rage, but they ah muhder on mah hair!" She added...
"Youuuuu Hooooo?" She said waving at the security. "Dahlins! Maight one of you be able to assist a poah little defenseless foreign Ministah of Magic? I'd be maighty grateful!"

Bella patiently stood by while the security guard checked her identification. Alexander, Anna, and Cale, she imagined, were all proceeding through the apparition and portkey check-in. Hopefully she'd be able to locate them amidst all the chaos.
Her eyes flickered back towards the security guard when he spoke up. "Thank you, and I do hope you have a good day, as well," she said, smiling at him before moving on. "...and same to you!" Bella called out, as she turned around just a bit to wave to a second man over her shoulder.

Craig wanted to see how his PFFs were doing. He appeared surrounded by a pink flame. He was slightly embarassed, but his 6-month-old baby just giggle more when daddy was surrounded in pink. He took in a deep breath. His appearance had definitely changed his hair was longer, another reason because of his daughter who like to twist her little fingers around his hair and then a goatee, which his future wife seemed to find more dashing.
Craig got a glimpse of Miss Greingoth leaving. He was hoping to give her a congratulations, but that would have to wait. And he turned around and heard a yank as clear as daylight, there was no denying that accent. "Ah, hello Miss," Craig said in his Australian accent as he greeted her by kissing her lightly on her hand. "So, happy to have you travel by Portable Floo Fireplaces," he said with a dashing smile. "I'm the creator of the PFFs, I will definitely have to take you consideration and discover away to not distraught people's appearances, though I do say you still look lovely."
This was what Craig was most excited about meeting new people from all over the country. And he was very interested in hearing people's feedback. He would have to get to work on modifications after the World Cup was over with.

So he'll assist foreign ministers, and Quidditch players to use the Portable Floo Network. As he glanced around, he saw the American Minister who needed assistance.
