Focusing on Dominic again, Miranda smiled up at the boy. Had he grown more during these few weeks? Well it suited him. Maybe I could- But, wait...was he serious? The hufflepuff girl took a moment to just watch him, and she might have narrowed her eyes a bit. Oh, she had the best PIC ever! "Really?" she asked, raising her eyebrows slightly. Speechless. "Uhm...wow, thankyou Dominic." She would buy him a big bag of LEMONDROPS! Not that you could compare candy to QWC tickets... Stupid.
She kept her smile in place, still slightly shocked at his generosity. But before her thoughts wandered off, his voice broke her trail. "Oh, yes, thankyou." She nodded eagerly, and began her way inside the tent, which was way awesomer than she had thought it could be. "Wow," she breathed. Magic, it never seized to amaze her. "I love what you've done with the place." she giggled, setting her bag down in the corner of the tent and taking a little walk around the place. "This is great!" Miranda beamed and looked at Dominic. "We should celebrate!" Skipping over to her bag, she took out two bottles of butterbeer and handed one to Dominic.
Mused by Miranda's excuse for why she couldn't owl back, he raised his hand to stop her. You know, before she like got ahead of herself. "I'm sure... Next time though ... teach it to fly on a broom?" Dom offered jokingly. "Kidding, of course." But this was the Quidditch World Cup and they were both Quidditch players.
Noticing her surprise, of course she'd be as such; how could she ever expect something so grand? How could she ever expect/know that he'd been saving for ... some time ... for this event? "No. Not really," Dom said seriously, but then smiled. "Kidding again. OF COURSE, really. Think of it as your... Birthday present." Because it wasn't every day you turned fifteen. Not that he had to be so generous for her birthday present ... but he wanted to ...
With that, he followed her inside, almost regretting inviting her inside just yet because he'd just seen Copernicus and he kind of wanted to move the tent first. "I technically didn't do much, but thank you..." It was his mother and father's tent that he sort of ... borrowed for the week. His father was actually to be credited for most of the handiwork. That was when she had switched gears to celebrating as she handing him a butterbeer. Miranda and her butterbeer.
Taking it, he then paused as he thought of his friend. "Yes we should, but wait. Can we hold off for just a moment? I just saw Copernicus and ... well... we should move the tent closer to him and his group." Because being exclusive wasn't any fun, even if he did have a limited group of friends.

Miranda wasn't sure if the owl...story would make sense, but then she was stopped by the...hand. He made a joke! She giggled, not because it was funny - well it sort of was - but because she hadn't heard him joke in a long time. Not really? Miranda's smile faltered a little, but then narrowed her eyes at him with a smirk. She giggled again, and then just smiled up at him as he offered the tickets as a birthday present. "Thankyou Dominic," she reached out a hand and gently squeezed his. It didn't really register what she had done until she let it go. Eh, she got a weird fluttery in her stomach. What the...
But back to the tent! As if shaking her head clear of...stuff, the excitement was visible on her face and she was just about to open up the bottle of awesome butterbeer when Dominic interrupted the commencing of the festivities. Sort of. He wanted to move closer to...who? Who was Copernicus? "Uh, yes, ofcourse." She nodded, not really bothered about having to move closer to some other people. But, how would they move? They weren't supposed to use magic. Ah, Dominic probably knew, he'd done this before. Right? "So...you need help?" She had no idea how, but the ex-prefect could likely tell her. Walking back to her bag, she put the bottle back inside and put the bag back over her shoulder.

"Lies," Copernicus called over to them. "I never did want to be a kitty. The flowers are nice, though. Have him draw you a few flowers."

Hmmm.
Plymouth wasn't going to SAY it, but ... had he missed how chummy Copernicus was with Livvy? Was he chummy like that with all girls? Hmm. Plymouth shrugged. No matter to him. He had shoes to clean and a girl to make smile.
"I look at you every chance I get, Daphne Hopton," he assured her, reaching for her ankle to unfasten her shoe. "And I'm never disappointed." Plymouth just... wasn't going to touch the paint issue yet. Daphne always took a minute or two warm up to ideas so Plymouth would just bide his time and start with the lesser issue. "Good thing Livvy showed up, huh? Setting her tent up right next to ours." So Daphne could stay right next door to him!

TRUTH.
Blink. Did he just say...? Did he just suggest...? Awwwwkkkward. It wasn't that Livvy was afraid of him doing anything. No. Not at all. Copernicus was a complete gentleman and he always had Cela to keep him in line. Though... she just didn't think it'd be right. Of course if she had to choose, she preferred Copernicus sleeping in her tent rather than Daphne. Livvy was afraid they wouldn't get along well enough. They needed more time.
"It's okay Copernicus. Don't be silly. We'll just see what Daphne decides on. I'm personally okay if you were to use one of my spare beds, I trust you completely, plus I'm not as comfortable around Daphne quite yet," she said, muttering the last few words quietly so only Copernicus could hear. The only connection they really had was that they both knew Garret. And that had been the only thing that had let them actually get a bit along at Melita's Healer Auditions. Though Livvy couldn't help but have felt that they had gotten off on the wrong start. It just seemed that Daphne didn't like her.
Sighing, Livvy then bent down to pick up the other end of the tent and helped unfold also. "I think you'd make a good kitty, Copernicus. The features are quite similar," she said, grinning humorously and looked over to Plymouth and Daphne who were still discussing the matter of paint on the Gryffindor girl's body.
No magic? Oh poo. How were they supposed to put Perni's brilliant plans to good use then? They couldn't, obviously. But it was a reasonable decision the Ministry made, Livvy supposed.
"You should try it Daphne. It'll only be for one night. Of course we won't make you do it, but it's quite enjoyable."
Silas rested his hand on Dora's arm. "Are you ok, love?" She suddenly didn't look terribly well. "And don't apologize. I was prodding."
But as soon as her wave of nausea came, it seemed to have gone, as she was cheerily trying to organize their departure for the stadium. "I'm ready whenever you are," he smiled, standing, nodding at both Dora and Pandora.
Dora nodded her head and smiled, "Yes dear, I am okay. As I said, I must have eaten too much, or too quickly. I am a little piggy sometimes. YOu little worrywart. AS long as Pandora's ready we can go ahead to the stadium."

She closed her eyes, unable to believe that she had said that out loud, her sleep deprivation was clearly doing nothing for her self control. She chose not to explain or excuse her comment.
When she opened them again Dora was looking decidedly queasy and sweaty. "Are you sure you're alright?" Pandora noticed that Dora had also changed her eyes. She blinked. "Do you have to do that without warning?" She asked sardonically.
Pandora saw the tender gesture from Silas and bit the inside of her cheek to stop herself from saying anything.
"I'm ready, I'm actually getting excited!" It was a complete lie but she thought that she had managed to make it sound like the truth.
Dora rolled her eyes at the TWO worrywarts in the tent. "I am seriously okay you two. I just felt a bit sick for a moment but it has passed. Now let's go to the stadium." Dora said with a wink to her friend and a kiss to her man's cheek.
Dora had obviously caught what Pandora had said, but chose to ignore it. Her business was just that, her business and she knew that she would feel uncomfortable talking about anything in front of Silas.. or maybe even to herself.
"Oh I am sooooo sorry Pandora. I will try to make it a point to tell you each time I decide to Metamorph. I mean anytime, anywhere, I will contact you first." Dora said with amusement in her voice as she put her arm through Silas' and dragged him forward so she could link arms with Pandora as well. "Let's go!" she exclaimed...
We're off to see some Quidditch... the most wonderful sport of them all..

Jayden continued walking along to the north field. He found a little spot near the water tap. He set up his tent. It was the same one he'd used for the past 5 years. It was more home to him than the little apartment he moved into recently.

Plymouth slid Daphne's first shoe off and used his finger (and some spit when she was looking around to see who all was around) to clean off as much as the dirt/grass combo as he could. "It's fun, huh? Like.. like a school field trip! We're all here, but with no chaperone. hehe!"
He threw a look over his shoulder at Livvy and made a cutesy face at her. "Livvy wants you to be painted like her. That's nice of her, huh, Daphadil?" Plymouth gave Daphne one of those... looks... before leaning over and putting an itty bitty IMSOGLADYOUCAME kissy on her bare and burning shoulder.

" Well, Katalin and I are living in Italy" J.J. Starr said to Melina. " victoria is staying with me because of my castle in England, well, really in LaQuidditch, just outside of England and close enough to HogWarts" Jason expalined to Melina. " Victoria has a room upstairs and mine is downstairs" he told her.

Dropping down into a cross-legged position on the grass, still staring at the heap of cloth and metal that was supposed to be her tent, Adrienne tucked her sandal-clad feet underneath her. It was seriously annoying her that she couldn't figure out how to set up the stupid thing, and she was almost seriously contemplating just walking away from it for a while. After she decided to stand back up of course. Other than briefly noticing Copernicus and Plymouth a ways away in the same field, she had been so focused on her annoyance that she hadn't really noticed anyone else that she knew. It still seemed mostly like a lot of Ministry people to her. If she had actually known any Ministry people other than her own father.
At least she knew her feet weren't going to hurt. Not that she ever complained about her feet hurting, but at this point she might have. It would have just been another annoyance on top of the others.

Antoni returned to North field to set up her own tent after fulfilling some of her ministry duties. As she chose a spot she thought carefully about it not far from the stadium but close enough to the bulk of the campground occupants. She wasn't exactly concerned about the proximity of the taps. Antoni found a spot that fit just the description she mapped out in her head, all the while being cautious of everyone and their movements in North field. It took her five minutes to set up her tent the muggle way since she had experience from her years spent with her muggle mother during her summer holidays from school. After setting up she crept inside to inspect.
As she reached in, she crept which a few more inches in before reaching an opening with a door. She stood up in the opening and opened the door and stepped into the living room of the tent. There wasn't much luxury in the tent. There were two dark blue squashy armchairs that flanked a dark mahogany end table. Behind it stood a tall lamp with a beige lamp shade. Across from it was a desk and chair. She sighed lightly as she began to unbuttoning her trench coat as she walked to toward the kitchen which was small but neat and clean on the right. The basic things were in it. She turned back and headed to her room. The door on the left stood ajar. Antoni strolled to her room to find a medium sized bed, two side tables on each side, with lamps atop them, a closet and a dresser with a stool in front of it. Antoni wanted to lye down but decided against it and headed back out to the outside seeing that her inspection was done.

Livvy just smiled lightly and shrugged at Copernicus. She wished Rachel was here, so then she'd have her best friend here no matter who took a spare bed in her tent. She rather hoped the girl would be there. Sure would make matters more easier. Though, Livvy half-expected that if Rachel were indeed here, she'd probably salvaging as much time with Reid as possible... considering his graduation from Hogwarts.
Moving on... Livvy didn't really want to linger on the topic that she and Copernicus were discussing at the moment. It was getting weirddddd. "So... do you know if Cela might be coming?" she asked. Though a part of her didn't really want her to, because then the group be split up into couples and then it'd just smack her right in the face. YEAH. Livvy was a lone chica. She was single. But she knew that it was selfish of her to wish that Cela wouldn't come just so Livvy wouldn't feel lonely. And Livvy knew what selfish-ness would lead her. She didn't want to go down that road again.
She looked over at Plymouth briefly, just in time for him to give her a look. It was a look that Livvy couldn't resist. One of those cutsy smiles the boy always seemed to never fail to produce. Livvy laughed and rolled her eyes and then turned to look at the tent.
"Kay. So... I put up a tent once at summer camp, but... Hmm.." Poles. Where were the - AH! "Got the poles," Livvy stated after taking hold of a couple of metal things stickin' out from under the bag. "And... I think, some expand... though I'm not sure if it's - Oh. There we go."
