Tristan frowned. "Really?" Well, they weren't going to stay at the tapless-field, right? Or it wouldn't really bother him that much, just as long as they had bottled water to drink or something. "Doesn't that like breach a Human rights convention?" It was rather odd, that there was a field where people couldn't get water. And he was pretty sure it was folk with less money in their pockets. Hm, maybe he was exaggerating. "Yeah that sounds good." He nodded. Near the grounds. They would be so much closer to...Quidditch. Yay... But his big brother enjoyed the sport, Tristan would endure that for him. "Ah!" Tristan pointed at Nathan, thinking that he had come up with a good idea. Accio-ing the portkeys! Taking out his wand, Tristan cleared his throat and aimed it at...Um..."What if we hit someone with them?" he said in a low tone, but soon the image of someone getting attacked by a hat and a microphone won over and he couldn't contain the small laugher. "Hey, you think you could Accio anything?" How about an elephant? The idea he had had back in DA came back to him. Oh, they needed to try that out someday! Nathan was really calming him down, he was really glad to have caught up with him here. All this portkey travelling was getting him rattled. So no squeezy feeling but bumpy. "Like a roller coaster?" he asked with eyebrows raised. If it was, then it would be pretty fun. Oh yay! "Thanks, mate." Tristan said with a smile of gratitude. "I think I'll be allright. Plus," he said, straightening up and puffing his chest out, "I'm a big boy, I can do it." Yeah he looked like a little kid, but that was the idea. Haha. "Or maybe we should get the same portkey, that way we don't get too spread out?" How about that. |

"We'll have to use the same memory for both muggles." It just wouldn't do to have each wandering soul with a different recollection. |

"Yes, James. Their stories are unbelievable.." the girl was really imaginative though, "It's getting late for our conference too" she was worried about it now. She had been working hard for preparing herself for this presentation. Sigh. "We need cops now." It seems the only solution for both to get out of the place and find out what these people are upto. Cops! |

Carter stumbled after arriving. Portkeys were now on the do-not-like list. He walked a few steps and fell forward. It took him a few seconds to balance himself. Once he did he took out his student ID and waited in line. He'd look for Marilyn once he got in. |

"Actually ma'am," she began in a calming voice, yet she was nervous about the situation. "We already have cops here." She looked over to Warren who was head of his division, Brian who was Head of security and Ben, whom she had no idea exactly what he was but knew that he could help. "Mr. Lee here is over security. His office is right over in the corner if the two of you would like to follow us there. We will get you safely back to where you need to be." Oblivated mind and all. This was terrible. |

Catching Madison's eye he looked thoughtful. He knew how to preform the spell but if he did.... Someone needed to and soon. Walking up to Madison he turned his back to the two muggles and looked at her from the corner of his eye. "If they don't get here soon," meaning the Obliviators, "and I do it myself. Will you back me?" This hand was getting disastrously out of hand and something needed to be done. If he did it...well repercussions would surely arise. It was illegal for anyone other than Obliviators to perform that spell but right now...it was necessary. |

Eloise cocked her head to see the woman from the floor. "Cops here? Where? I didnt see any Uniforms.." she rolled her eyes behind her glasses. Another lie? Probably. And who's this Lee? |

Madison was thankful when Warren walked up. She understood his words and looked towards the muggle and smiled, anything to calm the lady's nerves as she was just...stressed. That she understood. "They are undercover cops," she said as she looked to Warren, patting him on the back. "And here is another. "Please understand when I speak for everyone, we want to get you back to where you were going," she spoke in her soft voice. "I understand that things...do not make much sense to you but we are here to make sure everyone is safe." That was the truth and they were there to see that things were kept calm and nothing out of place. "So please, if you don't mind, I need yourself and your friend to follow us out of the way from everyone since there are so many people here coming and going." |

Bella smiled at the man, "Our IDs? Of course..Here we go." She handed hers and Bella's over, glad she'd gotton them out earlier. She looked at Jake who was standing near, "Have yours I hope?" She asked. No way were they going back now. |
Jake nodded and held out his ID, feeling pleased with himself that he'd remembered. "i wouldn't forget, especilly at a time like this!" |
Daemon walked over to the crowd of people, the little section where wizards appeared spontaneously. He watched the people's actions and surveyed the place. He smiled at a couple people and blended into the crowd. He should really stop being so shy and anti-social. He should probably take the plunge and start a conversation with someone. Just as he was about to he changed his mind. I'll just do my job. No talking. Too...humiliating. OOC: What's going on here? There some rukus? Or am I going crazy? |
Tasha Agreed with Frida "Yes maybe we should go find Ben and tell him and then get started on changing their memories?" she told her. "This is going to be a very long night, I just hope that it doesn't get any crazier" she tried to relax but she knew that she couldn't right now. |

"Might as well just go with them," James said with a sigh. That was funny--normally, he'd argue with them but right now...ehh. He didn't feel like it. He felt too relaxed to fight anymore. He stood up and grinned at the undercover cops (or whoever they really were). "Lead away!" |

Without proper food and enough sleep she was becoming weak. He felt his heart aching for her. "Becs? I will arange something to sleep you honey, but before that you must take some food. Atleast for me, for our baby..please?" he begged her to eat, hoping that she would budge this time. |

Wow! Did they just apparate with a little watch resting in trash bin? Josh was not sure as he stared around in awe. It was the very first time that he had seen or used a portkey, with Ryan's help of course who was already there, beside him when he opened his eyes. How come he had arrived before him? Did not they touched it at the same time? The twelve year old boy was not sure but made a mental note about not to mess with him too much since he seemed to be too experienced at magic. Yes, he was. Ryan, who was still in the slight affect of anger caused by the fuss Joshua started in the car, waited silently for the boy to realise what had just happened. He could clearly remember the feeling of unawareness from the memory of his first apparition many years ago. He smiled to himself when those memories of first apparition reminded him how traumatic it was for the most of the students at his time. ''We are supposed to be checked by the security'' the blond man told the boy firmly once he believed he was back in the real world ''So behave''. The last thing he wanted was now another fuss with the security caused by a naughty little boy. |

"I have to be in the Floo Network thing... But I guess I should be checked here first, right?" she asked nervously. Her stomach started to ache with nausea. She knew she'd better calm down or she wouldn't do a good job with talking English, but it wasn't that easy to calm down. Moreover, she got even more worried as she tried to calm herself. His ID ready in his hand Ryan approached the security officer right after Joshua who ran everywhere as usual. But halted when he heard the boys's laughter and words about him. Groan. Surely he wondered why Amelia did not teach her son to shut up but was this boy even capable of learning anything? Plus... he was not 40. ''Thank you Joshua.'' he said with a cold voice as he showed the ID to the officer ''I'm sure the security personnel here were quite interested in my marial status. Now, breathe more!'' Gah. There was even Birce right behind them and the little monster had just humiliated him before her eyes, not to forget the officers there. |

Turning to Ryan, she said "Where will you be? I'll check the Floo Network, then I'll come and find you. Oh and, would you please carry my luggage too? It wouldn't be nice to go there with it, you know..." Smile expectantly. It always worked. |

Very good.." he checked out the details and looked at him again, "So, Who's your fav. player?" he asked as returning his ID back to him and really liked to talk with this boy despite his tight and tiring schedule and work, but had to resist his laugh at his comment about the man who was standing by him. He shook his head and admiring the sense of humour of this boy before turning his gaze to the man. "Hi! Good day?" he asked pleasantly and cleared him from the security check after satisfied with the informations he had seen in his ID. "You can go now. Is he your nephew?" he asked as taking a glance at the boy again. |

Emma didn't like using Portkeys. Nope, not one bit. It gave her the creeps, but the job description said she had to be here; at the Quidditch World Cup. And she did like watching the sport, even if she couldn't always follow it. Given the choice, Emma would have Apparated, but she didn't have the choice, and landed heavily with a thud! near to the security entrance. Luckily, she was on her feet, so she didn't look or feel stupid. Hopefully.... Still clutching the Portkey, a broken muggle phone Emma only recognised as similar to the one her mum had, she made her way carefully towards someone who looked in charge, in control of all the people arriving around her. Pulling her Daily Prophet card out of her purse as she went, Emma tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. This had better be good. |

But where was Ben? And what was going on with those muggles now? "Cops?" Frida said in a whisper when she overheard the conversation between the muggle man and one of the Ministry security employees. And to top it off, the match was going to be starting soon. 'I'll be late at this rate.' She thought and looked to where a large number of Quidditch fans were making their way to the stadium. |

He was already not feeling so bad, driving the car with Joshua monster made it worse and now as if it had not been enough the boy was torturing him further. This boy, now, was making him feel happy at a point tough : that he had no child though he doubted he or she would be like this one if he had any. Turning to Birce he sighed some and responded to her tyring to keep his tone soft as usual ''We'll be setting the tent on the South Field. It'll be a huge dark brown tent, you won't have any difficulty finding it'' looking at her pretty face as she smiled asking for him to carry her luggage, Ryan could not help smiling as well. ''Of course'' he said ''That won't be any problem'' Quote:
''Language, Joshua!'' The blond man warned firmly. Merlin when was he going to shut up? Maybe he could use a proper silencing charm on it but he was afraid of the possible outcomes of such an act. Taking a deep breath to make himself stronger to bear this boy, as if it was going to work, he looked at the security man when he spoke adression to him this time. ''Hi. Thanks . Good day to you too.'' he did a kind nod when he said they could pass now. Finally. ''Ah and no he is not my niece'' actually he was glad that he had no blood tie with him though he was not really sure about that. ''He's the son of a friend of mine.''. He indicated the kid to move ''Come on we have a tent to set up'' and glanced back at the officer before he started to walk ''Thank you again. Have a nice working day'' |

Jack nodded and smiled politely at the bloke before heading off after Kat and bella. |
She was late! Late! Late late late...unbelievably late. If only she didn't oversleep and then have all the other problems go wrong in her home, she would have made it on time. And of course she just haaad to miss the first portkey, and had to get another one. Today, was definitely not turning out like Lilah had planned. Weeee! Sorry this took so long. :/ Quote:
Nathan watched Tristan draw his wand and aimed it at noffink. He'd completely forgotten that you weren't supposed to use magic. Nathan was pureblood so it was just second nature to him. He did likewise and drew his trusty old gnarled oak wand. “Accio....” he paused when Tristan asked the question he had been thinking about. Ek. He nonchalantly scratched the top his his head with his wand while he thought about this. “You...” But then something really weird happened which cause Nathan to stop mid-sentence. Tristan seemed to be being drawn towards him. To his wand! Like a nail to a magnet. Ek.. He'd just accidentally accioed his mate. “Um. I think that just answered your question, mate.” He grinned. That was scary... no matter how close they were. "We should try it sometime... see if you can accually Accio a unicorn... or, or a aeroplane!" He snickered at the thought of this. Hours of entertainment there for he and Tristan. Eh? What were they talking about before? Oh yeah... Accioing portkeys! “Perhaps we should just keep searching.” He said putting his wand away. A roller coaster? Nathan laughed. Er.. it wasn't really, but he didn't want to put the lad off. “I suppose it's a wee bit like that, yeah.” He nodded and then continued to smirk with amusement. He found himself laughing again when he bro stated he was 'A big boy' and he could do it all on his own. Nate patted him on the shoulder. It was then that something silver glinting in the sunlight caught his eye. He squinted at the object and then grinned. “Loook!” he pointed. “Your microphone!” Wooo! Thank Merlin for that.. Nate was beginning to think they were never going to get to the game. “Yeah.. mind if I share?” He asked. He couldn't be bothered looking further for his bowler hat. And it was true that they could end up miles apart never to find each other again thanks to the lack of magic allowed. |

He had tightened his hand around his wand, wondering how to proceed. But he looked at Nathan when he followed suit. Surely, he, being more wizard than him would know? Hehe. Well, time to watch the master at work. Well, scratch his head more likely but- What the... Suddenly Tristan felt like he was being drawn towards Nathan, like literally pulled towards his mate. Whoa! Not that he had anything against Nate, he was a handsome man, but a bit of free will about choosing wether or not to get that close to someone would be nice. A look of confusion and slight shock was apparent on his face, but then it stopped and he almost lost his balance. He had to put a hand on his brother's shoulder to keep steady. "Wow." he said with raised eyebrows. "That was..." Pause. "AWESOME!" he grinned and then a gasp escaped him. They were seriously on the same brainwave thing here. "Oh, man, we totally should!" he laughed, imagining summoning his elephant. ^_^ Hehe. Well, if they got bored during their waiting in the camp, they had something to do. Oh yeah, he didn't remember that very important 'no-magic-allowed-on-muggle-grounds'' rule. Yay, rollercoaster! Well then, it would be quite a way to travel. The big smile still spread his lips as he listened to his mate. His head jerked towards Nathan and soon his eyes were looking at wherever he was pointing. The microphone! "Finallyyyyyyyyyy!" he cheered, pumped fists in the air. They had been wandering around looking like lost children for quite enough time. He jogged over and almost picked it up, with a happy look on his face remembering their 'concert'. "Oh yes ofcourse, mate." he turned back to Nathan and gestured to the portkey. "After you, my good sirrr!" he said in what he hoped sounded like a posh english accent. |
Katherine landed with a loud thud on the ground. For a second she held her arm to her chest and rubbed it. Sighing she stood up her messy black hair now stood on all ends, her green eyes searching wildy for her godfather. "Pierre!' Behind her stood a tall handsome man both of them wore muggle clothing , he gave her a playful smile "Her I am" he said playing with a small red yo-yo. "I still don't understand the fun of these things" He walked by what look like two minstiry employees one whispered to the other. Oddhe thought trouble perhaps. "Pierre what's that?" asked Katherine pointing at the security point. "The security point. If we want to get to the stadium we have to go past it" he said taking her hand and pulling her towards him. |
Out of nowhere there was a distant thud on the ground. "SHEEZE MATE. I can' nevah' land these brutes." Cy Andrus tossed the cow bell, or portkey, on the ground in a huff. Teal was going to be busy so he'd sent Cy ahead to meet up with some of his friends. Letting this kid travel alone was always a scary idea, but he'd done it before. "AY! You ovah' there. You think I really look like a dark wizard? C'mon now mate, you're not that big of a blockhead." The soon to be third year Aussie ranted to no Ministry Official in-particular. Cy had his Australia jersey on, with the name Williams proudly on the back. Monty Williams was his HERO. .................................................. .. Moments after the thirteen year old Aussie appeared on the grounds, there was a distant crack in the distance. Looking businesslike and rather intimidating, Estella Powers took out her wand and approached the nearest line to be checked. Like she needed to be checked, it was ridiculous. |

Henrick had strode up to a very innocent-looking cane resting against a trash bin on the corner of a deserted street. His fingers had barely wrapped around it when the ground was pulled out from underneath him. Next think he knew he was struggling to catch his balance, throwing his arms out to both sides. He hated portkeys. Hated them. He slipped, catching himself with his hands on the ground, before straightening again. He was wearing dark green slacks and a beige turtleneck, which almost matched his wavy, brown, feather-like hair, which hadn't appeared to have changed a bit in nine years. In his left hand he held a large duffel bag, which he now promptly dropped. He turned, waiting, holding his arms halfway out. |

She leaned forward, panting. She began to count, scilently. She was wearing a long, brown skirt with an old-fashioned design. It reached to her ankles, contrasting nicely with a pair of black boots with silver buckles. She wore a similar turtleneck to Henrick's, only hers was black, and her sleeves ended just after the elbow. Finally, she reached twenty, where she opened her eyes, still panting, slightly. |
Quote:
"You alright, Nessa?", he asked, in his always worried-but-casual voice. |
She swallowed loudly, reaching up one hand to tuck her hair behind her ear. Her hair, which was constantly changing colors when she was at Hogwarts, was, now, short and black, with neon blue streaks near the tips. "'M fine," she lied, and she knew he knew it was a lie, but she said it anyway. As she straightened, her other hand slid over her stomach, which, unlike the rest of her, was noticably swollen a bit. "I'm okay," she repeated, laughing this time, at herself, for letting Henrick convince her to come. |
Quote:
"Are you sure about this?", he asked. He was beginning to feel guilty about insisting for her to come. Before she could answer, he tilted her head up by the chin and leaned in to her, "All you have to do is say the word, and I'll take you home." Forget beginning to feel guilty; he was prepared to apologize for a few weeks. |
Quote:
"I'm pretty sure I can handle this," she smiled. "I'm okay," she reassured him. She reached up a hand to his, taking it. "You lead the way." |

He stopped his train of thought right there. Griping her hand, he lead her up to the security checkpoint. He reluctantly let go of her hand and reached into a side pocket of the duffel bag, pulling out both their IDs. |

"Don' tell me what to do." He said, scowled as he walked over to her. "This security is annoying. Ya' know who is ovah' there. DO YOU KNOW? Monty Williams." Cy turned around to show the girl his Monty Williams jersey who played for the Australian quidditch team. Then the older bloke spoke, and Cy raised one eyebrow. "Of course I look perfectly fine mate." His lips slid in to a grin. Folding his arms expectantly, Cyrus eyed to two people. "So... which team are ya' rootin for?" His Aussie accent MORE than hinted at which team he was pulling for. |
Katherine frowned at the boy in her opinion he was inmature "Well I'm rootin' for England" she said proudly puffing out her chest "and yes I know who Monty Williams is" Katherine turned to her god father. Pierre put out his hand out "I'm Pierre and I really not rooting I just want to see a good game" he smiled at the boy though gave his daughter a warning look. "Yeah since it's a good game England's going to win" she muttered once Pierre's attention was off her. |

This is going to be a long day. |
Now that people were beginning to check out, and the muggles still had not been taken care of, they needed to find a secluded place and fast. Perhaps a nice wooded area? There were quite a few trees surrounding the area--those would do. They'd have to do. It was all they had. He turned to his new obliviator (sarahb) and motioned for her and Frida to follow him before turning to the two muggles. "If you'd please follow me, we'll get you somewhere less crowded," he told them with a smile. |
Quote:
Quote:
'She's coming too? I've not seen her here before.' Frida thought to herself and narrowed her eyes a bit, somewhat suspicious now. "Are you here to observe?" Frida asked the woman in a very low whisper. "I'm Frida Bok, head of the Obliviator Headquarters." She offered her hand to shake in greeting as she strolled along with Ben and the muggles. It shouldn't take too long now to get their minds in order. |
James nodded and followed the big blonde dude, looking over his shoulder at Eloise. "Come on!" he urged his co-worker. "I'm sure we'll be fine!" he just wanted to get some answers as to what was going on in this place right now, and they probably wouldn't give them to him unless she came with! |
Adjusting her glasses, Eloise pushed herself up from the floor and nodded to James, her colleague. "I'm. I'm...really" she didnt look around again. No. No more confusions. She had to stay alive, stay sane to live her life, not wanting to go mental. She followed him, holding her brown leather briefcase closer to her chest. I want to get out of this weird place..Yes YES! |
Ben lead them to a spot where they were easily hidden by the trees--it wasn't toooooooo secluded but considered the events at hand, it would do. He saw that Frida was following him, which was excellent, and the new obliviator as well. Perfect. "When I give the signal, the two of you shall obliviate both of the muggles at the same time," he explained in a whisper to Frida. It wouldn't do to have one of them be obliviated only to see MORE magic being cast on their fellow right after they just had their memory blasted! It would totally defeat the purpose! He stood on the spot, waiting for everyone to catch up to him. |
Quote:
She cast a careful glance to the muggles and returned her attention to her new employee, "Since their car broke down, we will be creating a memory of a nice tow man helping them out. I imagine them to be average height with brown hair and a short beard. He will then drive them to the nearest muggle town and pay for these two-" Frida tilted her head towards the muggles, "to have a lunch in the local diner. Tasha and I have come up with the memory to include them enjoying their day in the town, and browsing through the numerous muggle shops." With a last look to the two muggles, Frida added to the newcomer, "Their car will be dropped off where they can reach it in the town. So once we relocate them there along with the ve-" 'What is the word?' "Veh...vehicale? Then they can continue on their merry way, and none of this will be remembered." |
James finally caught up with the giant blond man who CLAIMED to be a cop, and he looked around at the area they had led them to. It was just a little forested area! Didn't they have a station or something with phones and perhaps a television to tide them over while they were waiting for a tow truck? Of course not. Because they were probably lying. As he had suspected. "Ok, so what is REALLY going on? Are you going to tell us?" he demanded. |
Ok soooo I'm just going to move this along :P Ben watched with interest as the muggle and his companion entered the area. His heart began to race as he felt the moment of obliviation creeping up on them...pooooor muggles. What were their names again? Jason and Ellie? He couldn't remember--but still, poooooooor muggles! "Now!" he whispered, grabbing his wand so he could easily repair any mistakes that might occur...just in case. |
Frida nodded and without another word she cast her charm, "Obliviate." She directed the first spell towards the man, who had endured most of the stress during the arrival of Quidditch fans. The tip of her wand had lit with a bright white light, and dulled slightly as the man's gaze was held. She directed her wand over the slightly blurry images of individuals appearing out of nowhere, back across the memory of the man and his muggle friend driving in their car, and far enough into the past to see the two entering the vehicle. 'Right...now, the replacement.' Frida thought to herself and with a slight flick of her wand was able to erase that most undesirable memory of witnessing magic. It was replaced with the two muggles driving down a country road. All was pleasant until the car suffered a burst tire, and they both exited the car and waited along the roadside. Before long, a nice man driving a tow conveniently drove past, but stopped not far ahead. He towed the muggle-vehicle into a nearby town and allowed the stranded passengers a ride in the cab of the large tow-truck. Within an hour, the tire was fixed. Not even for a fee. The nice man shared friendly words with the muggles and offered them lunch paid for by the repair shop...seeing as the two had become stranded. After a hot meal in a nearby diner, James and Eloise were able to explore the lovely shopping within the little town. There were no less than six antique shops, a handmade pottery store, and a place where those who could not afford to travel were able to see foreign items. Their vehicle was repaired, and they were able to go on their merry way whenever they pleased. Frida lowered her wand and looked at James, who's eyes were still very blurred from the charm. She then turned her wand to the woman, Eloise, and cast the same spell. |
It all happened so fast. James had no idea what was going on, and suddenly, the woman that had accompanied them held up a twig and pointed it at him! What the--? Before he could even process what had just happened, he felt like he had been hit on the head with a hammer and for a second, his mind went blank. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? He blinked his eyes numerous times, and looked around. What had just happened? One second they were shopping and now...wow. They had wasted so much time! They had a conference to get to! "Eloise, we need to get going! Look at the time!" he exclaimed, checking his watch, almost completely oblivious to the people around him. "The car has been fixed, I don't even know why we lingered so long..." Tugging at his co-worker's arm, he started to drag her down the road, muttering to himself about the presentation he was going to present in just a few hours. |
