But then again, they didn't check his wand... DH then walked towards Chris and signaled for the queue to divide so he can help with the ID checking. |

Appearing less than an hour after his wife, Division Head Iain Hunter apparated to the portkey-Check In and walked over to his two best friends. "Good Day Mr and Mrs Lee." He said formally from behind them before he moved to give Becca a hug, and Brian a hand-shake. He pulled out his ID, and smiled gently as he let Brian check it over. "Can you believe that Lili is due in the next few days?" He said with a happy sigh. "You are looking radiate, Bex." He grinned and winked at his best friend and then looked back to Brian. "How has everything been going on the security front? any scuffles?" |
Quote:
"Ofcourse I didnt. A small lapse in my plan.." he shook his head and laughed. Quote:
"Thank you DH. I'd appreaciate your helping hand." he smiled, "Yes, just check out IDs, no exceptions.." a small smirk appeared and gone in few seconds. Quote:

"Always ready and able," she grinned in response to confirmation he may need help.Glancing down at Becca as Brian spoke about her lack of identification, Olivia laughed again. "I suppose that's one way he can keep you here.A very sneaky way though..." Looking down at her watch, Olivia gasped as she saw the time. "Oh my! I'd better get going to sort things out in the stadium. It was nice talking to you both, and I shall see you later," she smiled, nodding in both Brian and Becca's direction.Gathering her bag tighter to her she wandered off in the direction of her portkey.Grabbing the tv aeriel in her free hand, there was a loud pop, and a scream of "Woooaaahhhhhh" as she disappeared towards the stadium. |

Watching Brian get up, Becca smiled and then nodded "Yes, you're cleared" she grinned and looked down at her stomach with a smile as he put a hand on it. "You had a plan?" she laughed, eyeing him "What? Was it to put me in a room with every security spell imaginable and with all the food and drink I need in there?" she grinned. When Brian smiled at DH, Becca smiled warmly. He appreciated his help, Becca knew. Eyeing his small smirk with a small smile, her mind started to wander. Jumping slightly as Iain's voice came from behind her, Becca looked around and then giggled "Hello, Mr Hunter" she grinned, hugging him back and then looking at him "Yeah, it goes fast, right?" she grinned before looking at Brian "It's all down to Brian, credit where credit due" she grinned "He's been looking after me well" she nodded before falling silent and looking at Brian with a smile. When Olivia said sorry, Becca smiled "Yeah" she looked down, not wanting to looked up at Brian as Olivia nodded to him. "It is, but.. I'm sorta.. going with it" she smiled "Oh.. not long.. but not long is too long" Becca smiled, looking up at Brian now. When Olivia threatened playfully, Becca couldn't help but think, If he gets on your bad side, which is unlikely, you'll be on my bad side. She knew Olivia was only joking, but Becca was still protective of her husband. "Yeah, sneaky is his middle name" she grinned, agreeing with Olivia. When Olivia announced that she had to go, Becca smiled "See you later, good luck!" she smiled, watching Olivia scream as the portkey took her away. |

Hearing the offer which Madison made to help her Angelica raised an eyebrow asking "Erm, do you think you can really help me out alongside your own department head duties? I don't want to be responisble for you taking on too much." Angelica appreciated any extra help she could get merlin knew but not if it meant that her boss could take on too much. Quote:

...a nice young man who apparently adored her Misty almost as much as she did. It was rather impossible to love the Chihuahua as dearly as she did but he seemed to like it nonetheless. "Yess! I just got him a few days ago. Isn't he just adoooorable? Would you like to hold him?" Melanie was so excited she was literally thrusting the dog at the nice man with a huge beam plastered across her face. Doggieeee! Don't let it show that you have no idea what he's talking about. With this in mind Melanie's blue eyes followed the direction the man was pointing at until they fell on a small black-ish sort of thing. "Oh, it does sort of look like a Telephoam..." She "observed" with her head slightly cocked to the side. Whatever this Telephoam looked like. "Nice to meet you, Blackstone. I'm Melanie." She gave him a smile while she gracefully shook his extended hand which was...gloved? |

"Well don't be working too hard." He said with a smile. "You should try and get to see the match if you can." He patted Brian on the back again affectionately. “Excuse me, mate. I'm going to try and find my portkey.” He wandered off from the group deciding to attempt to get to the campsite. They would need to be there early if they wanted a good spot. Quote:
Glancing around again to see if he could see the portkeys, he looked at Tristan when he stated what his object was. He laughed. “Your choice?” He asked. Well they would be keeping that come Tristan's landing. “Er, mines a bowler hat.” |
Lyric blinked rapidly as everything around her began to come into focus. She hated portkeys. It usually took a while before that nauseous pain in her stomach that was caused by the portkey went away. Taking a deep breath she made her way over to the security line. She also hated waiting in lines and all that stupid stuff. Sure it was to be 'safe' and make sure that the World Cup wasn't attacked by dark wizards or something but seriously? If Dark Wizards wanted to attack the place Security probably wouldn't be able to stop them. Normally Lyric would have said this out loud but upsetting the Security Guard probably wasn't a good idea. It was the Quidditch World Cup! She would get the chance to see the players at there best and maybe even get in a few interviews. |

Picking up the yoyo with her niece Lizzie, Lizbeth looks around them. As it lights up a bluish color, she feels herself being pulled. Thrilled to finally being able to go to the Quidditch World Cup and spending that time with her niece as well, Lizbeth looks toward where her niece should be as they travel toward the World Cup. Thinking it will be a nice getaway for her niece as well, well with her stepmother, being as she was... Landing on her feet, she laughs lightly as Lizzie fell over. "It takes a bit of getting used to." She added gently to her niece, who had never travelled by portkey before. Standing up, and brushing herself off, Liz grinned and nodded at her aunt. Together they headed to the campsites. |

As his friend turned to him again, Tristan gave a small smile to the bloke he was talking with, and put his attention towards their own conversation. "Really? I thought you'd be going crazy for this. You being a keeper and all." he grinned and blinked. Work? "Well, I'm not going to be enjoying the game...so might aswell- It's not?" and eyebrow raised at the statement, still looking at Nathan as he felt the arm on his shoulders. A ball? Slowly, as if totally cathing the drift, a grin appeared on his face and nods of agreement followed. "Beats doodling." Which was what he was going to do. He usually did that when bored. Tristan rolled his eyes, more for the choice of his portkey than the laughing of it. "Well yeah... Good memories..." he shrugged and grinned a bit embarrassed. "A bowler hat? Hey you could keep that, I bet it'll look good on you." he laughed knowing that it might not exctly be Nathan's style of headwear. Did anyone even use those anymore? "So, how do we do this. I'm not to used to travelling by portkey." |

DH smiled and let Chris handle the Prophet Reporter. He then saw new comers and said, "Excuse me, Miss. I need to see your identification before your proceed." he said. Quote:

Frida arrived on the grounds with a loud *Crack* and looked around. 'Quite a few people here already.' She thought and made sure that her bag was still with her...it was important because it contained her Ministry ID, as well as her own ticket, and numerous other belongings that she may need later. Now all that was missing were her co-workers... |

Aidon apparated at the campsite with a small "pop!". Smiling, and taking in a deep breath of fresh air, he made his way towards the entrance. His long, midnight blue robes swept against the grass slightly as walked. His hand plunged into his pocket as he came up to DH, his fellow Department colleague. Pulling out his Ministry I.D., he smiled to DH. "Hey there," he said, handing him his identification. |

Tag looked at Claudian's pinky. "Hehehehe! He was a feisty one, wasn't he Sluggy? And he liiiiiiked you." He winked again, enjoying a good tease, and released the man's iron grip. "Very good to mean you, er- Xana. I'd love to join you to the campground, I didn't have plans for lodging except to pitch a quick tent." Tag nodded towards Marco. "I've got my tix though, thanks. What do you mean, they won't let you in?" He swiveled around, watching as the security guard went from person to person, ignoring Marco. Tag tried to suppress a smile. Denver had wiped the floor with Tag's Quidditch team during their years at school, and had gone on to fame and fortune, and for some reason Tag didn't mind this unfortunate spectacle. Oh look! Marco had to have ID, just like all the little people! Tips of his mouth still twitching, Tag reshouldered his duffel and swung around. "Campground, anyone? |

"But honey, why dont you just go with either Sarah or Iain now. I'll join you there in the campground soon.." he suggested calmly, eventhough he knew her answer already, but still he was trying for his best. Feeling all colour disappear from her cheeks at his suggestion, she shook her head and looked down. Never. During this whole thing, she would be by his side. No matter what. Not saying a word, she looked down at her feet and closed her eyes, trying not to remember the dreams. Shifting slightly whilst opening her eyes again and then leaning right back on the chair, she looked away from Brian, not wanting to hear another of his suggestions that meant her leaving him. |

Annie and Diana arrived, each carrying their own tent and a few other things along. Emiliano had no chance to be their company this time, he had to go all the way to America for the Muggle School registration. Sigh...that boy shall be missed. "Good day!" Di said, once getting to the checking spot and taking glances at Annie(who had no quite intention of being in line and started to play soccer by herself). She showed her International Cooperation Department badge and an ID for Annie. |
Pop! Benny Squints was now here. Strolling up confidently to the Security check-in, he pulled out his ID. He was ready to take these bets. It would be interesting to see what happened during this match. England vs. Australia. It was exciting!! Maybe some fun odds to throw people would be good for him. |

"Okay, Are you just a fan or..?" he had no idea why he asked this question to this man. Strange! |

"Actually, no. I was specifically asked to come and take bets on this match." he explained "Both the Australian minister and the British minister asked for me." "I told you to call me Annie..." The thirteen year old started to whine a bit, but quickly calmed her nerves. She was going to watch her first Quidditch game in her life! Whee!! So, in order to not get lost in the crowd, both took each other's hands and continued their way into the game. |

Lifting her eyes to the gentleman, Liz ducks her head slightly, "Yes." she replied softly, with a soft smile on her lips. She couldn't wait to see her old school friends. They would all be in going into their last year at Hogwarts...and she really hoped she'd see her cousin Rian. |
Pop! Suddenly Isabella appeared from nowhere, carrying three tiny cauldorns. She looked around, breathing deeply. She wasn't a fan of apparating. She made her way to the security check-in, and noticed Mr and Mrs Lee and Max there. "Mr and Mrs Lee, Max." she greeted them shortly. "I brought the potions, and used a squeezing charm on the cauldorns so the potions won't spill." she explained to Mr Lee, pointing at the tiny cauldorns in her hands. |

Liam arrived on the grounds with a loud *Crack* He looked around and realised that quite a few people had arrived already. He quickly looked in his pocket and made sure that his ticket and his Ministry I.D was in there. |
oops... forgot it wasn't winter... Quote:
No, he was not watching an avalanche rolling down at him. Nor was he looking at a curse heading straight for his forehead. Worse than all of this, a small fuzzy chihuahua was being thrust at him. Blackstone held the dog, trying to keep it from licking his face. "Nice to -stay put" he muttered to the dog "-meet you, Melanie" he said, struggling to shake her hand and hold onto the dog at the same time. "Yes... It really is hard not to love them" Blackstone lied, patting the energetic ball of fur with two fingers. "So.... furry... energetic.... huggable..?" he added, trying to think of good things to say. "Just makes you want to squeeeeze them to death!" Double entendre he thought to himself. He handed the fuzzball back, wriggling in his hands. "So... Um... It should be ready any minute... The portkey, that is" Blackstone said, brushing fur off of himself. He picked up the Wotocky... wocky tocky... whatever it was. Blackstone then noticed he was wearing gloves. Why was he wearing gloves? It's June.... He took them off and put them away. "Ready?" he asked, holding out the portkey. |

Having aparated from his home to the portkey site he had been told about, Gavin had taken hold of the kite when it was time and disappearing with it shortly after it glowed. The man feeling almost like the American Franklin struck by lightening as the familiar feeling took hold. It wasn't long before the ministry worker appeared where he was supposed to, right outside the security checkpoint. |

His attention caught by a man working security, Gavin nodded in understanding. "Of course," he replied reaching a hand into his pocket to retrieve both items. "Here you go," he said holding his ministry id and ticket out for the man to see and check him over. |
CRACK! the sound always gave Iridesca an instant headache...well actually the whole portkey made her stomach turn inside out and somehow she knew that was a literal statement too... She let go of the disco ball and steadied herself....As soon as she got her bearings, she glanced down at her outfit and smoothed out everything...she flicked her wand to pull her long blue hair into a twist up and then flicked again to get any leaves out of her hair that might still be there...when she felt that her attire was above satisfactory, she glanced around. Iridesca was more than a little bit excited to be in New York... She instantly glanced around as she took a deep breath in of the air... She clicked open her purse and grabbed her badge and tickets out of her purse knowing that within seconds she would be hassled by a security member. She put on her best smile and started walking forward....she couldn't wait for her niece to arrive after Hogwarts was out...and she was hoping to meet some new friends at this event... |

Mei Lin apparated quickly to where the first portkey, an old cellphone was supposed to be located. She hoped that she had gotten the information correct before she apparated or she would be in deep trouble. With herself any way. Not like anyone else could complain. Grabbing onto the cellphone she felt as if a hook was pulling at her navel before being dumped on her feet at the security check in. Dusting off her black skinny leg jeans and her band shirt, yes she owned a band shirt. Muggle music was quite good actually, Mei Lin made sure she had the card that identified her as a Division Head. Not finding it in her pockets she opened her handbag glad to see that it was in there, along with her ticket and other things that she would need for the event. |

Daniel was a bit late. Or is it too much late. Its a good thing his godfather is very kind and patient when it comes to these things. He wanted to shout and announce his presence, but it will be rudeness. So he waited in line and waited for his godfather to notice him. |

He then saw a familiar face among the crowds. It was Daniel, his godson. He waved at him ans smiled. Then he thought, What a patient little kid. I think I raised him well. Daniel saw his godfather smile and wave at him and he waved back. He was happy that he saw him now and he was recognized. And now all that is in his mind is rest. He needed if, after the long travel from Hogwarts to here. |
Abigail Weather appeared at the check-in center with a little POP! She wasn't the one to usually use apparation, because she wasn't quite fond of that transportation. But, as you can see, she had used apparation to get here. And, now she was a little light headed. Greaaaat. Maybe she should have just went by broom or something. She stood there for a few minutes until her head felt less light headed, and then she noticed some people showing the Security their identification card. Wait...IDENTIFICATION CARD?! Oh, no. Quickly, the girl opened her purse and began to dig through her stuff to see if she had brought her identification card. What if she didn't have it? What then? After minutes passed, she finally pulled out her identification card and smiled. Thank merlin she had it! Closing her purse, she stood there and looked around to see if there were any Security people that would help her. |

Daniel was so happy he will be next after the Ministry lady. He looked around to see if there is anybody he knew from school. But nobody was there. He stepped forward towards his godfather and said, "Hello DH. I am sorry I was late." looking around, "I see, you have a lot to do now. Can I stay here and watch you guys work?" he said hoping for a favorable response. DH smiled and hugged his godson. "You are not getting old for that haven't you?" asking him in a teasing manner. "Well, let me ask my boss. As he said that, he looked around and when he saw that the crowd is being handled by Chris, he made his way to the Lee couple. "Becca, Brian, I would like you to meet my son, well actually my godson, Daniel. He is wondering if he can watch our work here?" he ask them politely. Daniel smiled when his godfather hugged him and introduced him to his superiors. But what made him smile more is the way he was introduced, as his son. |

It seems Ben was skipped xD Or do you just not want to let him in? :P tee hee! Ben looked around as guest after guest got into the campsite. Wait, why weren't they checking this badge?! Surely they didn't think he was some sort of twisted dark wizard or a muggle who was trying to get in, did they? Of course not...first of all Brian KNEW him, and even if the other security dudes didn't know, he had his ID and he looked super spiffy in his suit...he didn't look dangerous did he? He cleared his throat and holding his ID in front of his chest, he waited to see if he would be helped. Again. |
