Katherine landed with a loud thud on the ground. For a second she held her arm to her chest and rubbed it. Sighing she stood up her messy black hair now stood on all ends, her green eyes searching wildy for her godfather. "Pierre!'

Behind her stood a tall handsome man both of them wore muggle clothing , he gave her a playful smile "Her I am" he said playing with a small red yo-yo. "I still don't understand the fun of these things" He walked by what look like two minstiry employees one whispered to the other. Oddhe thought trouble perhaps.
"Pierre what's that?" asked Katherine pointing at the security point.

"The security point. If we want to get to the stadium we have to go past it" he said taking her hand and pulling her towards him.

Out of nowhere there was a distant thud on the ground. "SHEEZE MATE. I can' nevah' land these brutes." Cy Andrus tossed the cow bell, or portkey, on the ground in a huff. Teal was going to be busy so he'd sent Cy ahead to meet up with some of his friends. Letting this kid travel alone was always a scary idea, but he'd done it before.

"AY! You ovah' there. You think I really look like a dark wizard? C'mon now mate, you're not that big of a blockhead." The soon to be third year Aussie ranted to no Ministry Official in-particular.

Cy had his Australia jersey on, with the name Williams proudly on the back. Monty Williams was his HERO.

Moments after the thirteen year old Aussie appeared on the grounds, there was a distant crack in the distance. Looking businesslike and rather intimidating, Estella Powers took out her wand and approached the nearest line to be checked.

Like she needed to be checked, it was ridiculous.

Katherine raised her eyebrow at the loud boy "you don't look like a dark wizard though you should stop shouting" she said shaking her head. At the corner of her eye she could Pierre give the boy an amused smile.

"Katherine be kind" he whispered the girl had a temper. "No young man you look perfect fine" he said the pointed to his hair " a bit disheveled but fine nonetheless." He heard his daughter snort, but decided to let it pass.

Henrick had strode up to a very innocent-looking cane resting against a trash bin on the corner of a deserted street. His fingers had barely wrapped around it when the ground was pulled out from underneath him. Next think he knew he was struggling to catch his balance, throwing his arms out to both sides. He hated portkeys. Hated them. He slipped, catching himself with his hands on the ground, before straightening again.

He was wearing dark green slacks and a beige turtleneck, which almost matched his wavy, brown, feather-like hair, which hadn't appeared to have changed a bit in nine years. In his left hand he held a large duffel bag, which he now promptly dropped. He turned, waiting, holding his arms halfway out.

Ugh. She's never cared for portkeys, but, given the circumstances, this trip was undeniably..worse. After he had gone, she counted to thirty, like he said. She grasped the cane, before gasping as she was pulled away. Squeezing her eyes shut, she could feel her stomach try to push it's way up into her chest, but she wouldn't let it. She kept her eyes squeezed shut, even when she felt her feet land and Henrick's arms firmly hold her in place.

She leaned forward, panting. She began to count, scilently. She was wearing a long, brown skirt with an old-fashioned design. It reached to her ankles, contrasting nicely with a pair of black boots with silver buckles. She wore a similar turtleneck to Henrick's, only hers was black, and her sleeves ended just after the elbow.

Finally, she reached twenty, where she opened her eyes, still panting, slightly.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa...!", he whispered to her, grabbing her the instant she appeared. He tightened his grip around her arms, and steadied her, pulling her closer to him. "I gotcha, I gotcha," he said, trying to have her stand straight, but she stayed leaned over. It was fine; she'd stand straight when she was good and ready.

"You alright, Nessa?", he asked, in his always worried-but-casual voice.

She swallowed loudly, reaching up one hand to tuck her hair behind her ear. Her hair, which was constantly changing colors when she was at Hogwarts, was, now, short and black, with neon blue streaks near the tips. "'M fine," she lied, and she knew he knew it was a lie, but she said it anyway. As she straightened, her other hand slid over her stomach, which, unlike the rest of her, was noticably swollen a bit.

"I'm okay," she repeated, laughing this time, at herself, for letting Henrick convince her to come.

Henrick released her from his firm but gentle grip once she had her balance. He took a step back, habitually reaching for her stomach. His hand overlapped hers, as they had come to touch the same spot. He chuckled, before reaching down for the bag. He paused, facing her. A smile twitched on his lips when her blue, adorable eyes looked up into his. The smile vanished, however, when he spoke.

"Are you sure about this?", he asked. He was beginning to feel guilty about insisting for her to come. Before she could answer, he tilted her head up by the chin and leaned in to her, "All you have to do is say the word, and I'll take you home." Forget beginning to feel guilty; he was prepared to apologize for a few weeks.

Ponessa was slightly startled when she felt a sudden warmth on her cold hand, but couldn't help but smile at it. When he planted himself in front of her, she looked up slowly, as if she was expecting to hear a lecture from him. Instead he asked what she felt about this. Before she could think up a modest reply, he had pulled her face closer to his. She took a pause.

"I'm pretty sure I can handle this," she smiled. "I'm okay," she reassured him. She reached up a hand to his, taking it. "You lead the way."

He sighed, force-feeding his mind the lies she spouted. Of course, she had always told him that she could never lie to him, and he believed that was true. But that just meant that she had convinced herself that she would be fine, but wether or not she actually believed it...?

He stopped his train of thought right there. Griping her hand, he lead her up to the security checkpoint. He reluctantly let go of her hand and reached into a side pocket of the duffel bag, pulling out both their IDs.

Cy's demanding brown eyes darted to the left as he heard another voice coming over. It was a young girl, one he didn't know.

"Don' tell me what to do." He said, scowled as he walked over to her. "This security is annoying. Ya' know who is ovah' there. DO YOU KNOW? Monty Williams."

Cy turned around to show the girl his Monty Williams jersey who played for the Australian quidditch team. Then the older bloke spoke, and Cy raised one eyebrow. "Of course I look perfectly fine mate." His lips slid in to a grin.

Folding his arms expectantly, Cyrus eyed to two people. "So... which team are ya' rootin for?" His Aussie accent MORE than hinted at which team he was pulling for.

daliha 12-22-2009 04:09 AM

Katherine frowned at the boy in her opinion he was inmature "Well I'm rootin' for England" she said proudly puffing out her chest "and yes I know who Monty Williams is" Katherine turned to her god father.

Pierre put out his hand out "I'm Pierre and I really not rooting I just want to see a good game" he smiled at the boy though gave his daughter a warning look.
"Yeah since it's a good game England's going to win" she muttered once Pierre's attention was off her.

Where exactly is this secluded area?

While he waited for it to be approved, he watched Marilyn smiling out the corner of his eye. This caused his own eyes to roll. Whatever had her grinning like she was surely wasn't anything good.

This is going to be a long day.

Lissy Longbottom 12-23-2009 06:42 PM

Now that people were beginning to check out, and the muggles still had not been taken care of, they needed to find a secluded place and fast. Perhaps a nice wooded area? There were quite a few trees surrounding the area--those would do. They'd have to do. It was all they had.

He turned to his new obliviator (sarahb) and motioned for her and Frida to follow him before turning to the two muggles. "If you'd please follow me, we'll get you somewhere less crowded," he told them with a smile.

Frida followed along after deciding on a memory to implant. She noticed a new arrival who was also tagging along.
'She's coming too? I've not seen her here before.' Frida thought to herself and narrowed her eyes a bit, somewhat suspicious now. "Are you here to observe?" Frida asked the woman in a very low whisper. "I'm Frida Bok, head of the Obliviator Headquarters." She offered her hand to shake in greeting as she strolled along with Ben and the muggles. It shouldn't take too long now to get their minds in order.

James Banks 12-24-2009 04:06 AM

James nodded and followed the big blonde dude, looking over his shoulder at Eloise. "Come on!" he urged his co-worker. "I'm sure we'll be fine!" he just wanted to get some answers as to what was going on in this place right now, and they probably wouldn't give them to him unless she came with!

Eloise Baxter 12-24-2009 04:17 AM

Adjusting her glasses, Eloise pushed herself up from the floor and nodded to James, her colleague. "I'm. I'm...really" she didnt look around again. No. No more confusions. She had to stay alive, stay sane to live her life, not wanting to go mental.

She followed him, holding her brown leather briefcase closer to her chest. I want to get out of this weird place..Yes YES!

Lissy Longbottom 12-27-2009 07:53 PM

Ben lead them to a spot where they were easily hidden by the trees--it wasn't toooooooo secluded but considered the events at hand, it would do. He saw that Frida was following him, which was excellent, and the new obliviator as well. Perfect.

"When I give the signal, the two of you shall obliviate both of the muggles at the same time," he explained in a whisper to Frida. It wouldn't do to have one of them be obliviated only to see MORE magic being cast on their fellow right after they just had their memory blasted! It would totally defeat the purpose!

He stood on the spot, waiting for everyone to catch up to him.

Frida nodded and replied with a whisper, "Yes, Sir." She then turned to the newcomer who must, in fact, be a new member of her team. "You are an Obliviator?" Frida asked the young woman quietly. "I take it that you know how to cast the charm, so I'll let you know the memory we will be implanting."

She cast a careful glance to the muggles and returned her attention to her new employee, "Since their car broke down, we will be creating a memory of a nice tow man helping them out. I imagine them to be average height with brown hair and a short beard. He will then drive them to the nearest muggle town and pay for these two-" Frida tilted her head towards the muggles, "to have a lunch in the local diner. Tasha and I have come up with the memory to include them enjoying their day in the town, and browsing through the numerous muggle shops."
With a last look to the two muggles, Frida added to the newcomer, "Their car will be dropped off where they can reach it in the town. So once we relocate them there along with the ve-" 'What is the word?' "Veh...vehicale? Then they can continue on their merry way, and none of this will be remembered."

James Banks 12-30-2009 02:24 AM

James finally caught up with the giant blond man who CLAIMED to be a cop, and he looked around at the area they had led them to. It was just a little forested area! Didn't they have a station or something with phones and perhaps a television to tide them over while they were waiting for a tow truck?

Of course not. Because they were probably lying. As he had suspected.

"Ok, so what is REALLY going on? Are you going to tell us?" he demanded.

Lissy Longbottom 12-31-2009 11:50 PM

Ok soooo I'm just going to move this along :P

Ben watched with interest as the muggle and his companion entered the area. His heart began to race as he felt the moment of obliviation creeping up on them...pooooor muggles. What were their names again? Jason and Ellie? He couldn't remember--but still, poooooooor muggles!

"Now!" he whispered, grabbing his wand so he could easily repair any mistakes that might occur...just in case.

EquestrianGal88 01-01-2010 02:33 AM

Frida nodded and without another word she cast her charm, "Obliviate." She directed the first spell towards the man, who had endured most of the stress during the arrival of Quidditch fans. The tip of her wand had lit with a bright white light, and dulled slightly as the man's gaze was held.
She directed her wand over the slightly blurry images of individuals appearing out of nowhere, back across the memory of the man and his muggle friend driving in their car, and far enough into the past to see the two entering the vehicle.

'Right...now, the replacement.' Frida thought to herself and with a slight flick of her wand was able to erase that most undesirable memory of witnessing magic. It was replaced with the two muggles driving down a country road. All was pleasant until the car suffered a burst tire, and they both exited the car and waited along the roadside.
Before long, a nice man driving a tow conveniently drove past, but stopped not far ahead. He towed the muggle-vehicle into a nearby town and allowed the stranded passengers a ride in the cab of the large tow-truck.
Within an hour, the tire was fixed. Not even for a fee. The nice man shared friendly words with the muggles and offered them lunch paid for by the repair shop...seeing as the two had become stranded.

After a hot meal in a nearby diner, James and Eloise were able to explore the lovely shopping within the little town. There were no less than six antique shops, a handmade pottery store, and a place where those who could not afford to travel were able to see foreign items.
Their vehicle was repaired, and they were able to go on their merry way whenever they pleased.

Frida lowered her wand and looked at James, who's eyes were still very blurred from the charm.
She then turned her wand to the woman, Eloise, and cast the same spell.

James Banks 01-02-2010 11:03 PM

It all happened so fast. James had no idea what was going on, and suddenly, the woman that had accompanied them held up a twig and pointed it at him! What the--?

Before he could even process what had just happened, he felt like he had been hit on the head with a hammer and for a second, his mind went blank. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?

He blinked his eyes numerous times, and looked around. What had just happened? One second they were shopping and now...wow. They had wasted so much time! They had a conference to get to!

"Eloise, we need to get going! Look at the time!" he exclaimed, checking his watch, almost completely oblivious to the people around him. "The car has been fixed, I don't even know why we lingered so long..."

Tugging at his co-worker's arm, he started to drag her down the road, muttering to himself about the presentation he was going to present in just a few hours.
