"Hello sir" said Chris seeing another arrival "Do you have ID handy going to need to verify you can be on the grounds here." Chris saw Mr. Smith checking in some of the others and noticed he was doing well, still Chris was doing the majority of the work at the present time.

Lasca landed on her back effectively knocking the wind out of her. Of course, the Step Monster had to insist that she take an alternate route of transportation giving her a chance to embarrass herself in front of strangers. Well, it wasn't happening. The newly appointed fifth year refused to be embarrassed.

Shoving herself to her feet, the teenage Claw dusted herself off and looked around. The officials were everywhere asking for i.d.'s and such. She had no idea where her Papa and the Step Monster were but she really didn't care. She could take of herself after all. Reaching into her purse she extracted her id and her ticket and awaited someone to notice that she was here.

"Hello Ma'am" said Chris "one of your other daily prophet collegues came through here earlier, Daphne Jones i believe. Do you want me to make a statement or anything for the Daily Prophet." Chris was still waiting for the other guest to show ID.

She handed over her press pass. "Not yet but I might come back and chat you up," she gave him a cheeky look now that she was no longer feeling her stomach spin around inside her.

"Anything exciting happen yet? Anywhere I should start? I bet you security men know all the fun places to hang out." And who was Daphne again?

"Thanks for showing ID" Chris said "well i think there are 2 good places that are fun to hang out at and thats vendor row and the fields where the tents are set up for guests and other very important persons. I guess you can ask any question you want to ask me feel free to ask away" said Chris respectfully.

Lasca awaited behind the Daily Prophet woman. She seemed quite eager to find her next story. The Ravenclaw shoved her long hair over her shoulder and held out her id, maybe if she held it out long enough the security guy might finally notice she was here.

I'm not short so what's the problem?

Sigh.

"Thanks for taking it," she wrinkled her nose at him before tucking her pass away again. "So... I can go? Two thumbs up, pip pip, and all that?"

Hehe. She wanted to go find a story. And, you know... a ticket would be good too. Hopefully Rico was around.

"Yes go on ahead" said Chris "enjoy the match if you get a chance" and now Chris was now able to devote his time to checking the other guest's ID. He looked over at the vendor row to see what was going on.

Then turning to the Hogwarts student who had arrived he said "Hello there do you have a student ID or a regular ID you could show me." He continued to look at the row of vendors and was getting very hungry. But he needed to press on with his work.

Lasca nodded. "Here it is." The Ravenclaw handed over her Hogwarts identification tag and smiled. She had been about to get very rude but hadn't forgotten her manners. The step monster had that affect on her. Taking a deep breath, Lasca got herself back under control.

"We are getting very busy here so i am trying to go as fast as i can to get everyone checked in as fast as possible." Chris looked at her ID and then said "Ok you are clear to go are your parents attending the match or just you alone?"

Lasca blushed at her obvious impatience. "I understand." Then he asked about her Papa and his monster thing. How to answer such a loaded question. "Uummm. My Papa is here with my Step....Mother, they left without me this morning." She bite the Mother part out between her teeth and choked on the rest. The Monster had left on purpose hoping she wouldn't come, but Lasca was far more resourceful then the spawn of a skrewt gave her credit for.

She smiled at the ministry security guy but was sure it had come out more of a grimace. What else could she say? She was starting her fifth year next term, she was old enough to go out on her own. It wasn't like she was going to cause any trouble. On the contrary, she wanted to stay far away from any such nonsense.

"Oh well anyway if you require any assistance while on the grounds feel free to ask me or another security official. Do you want to know anything else" Chris was always trying to do his best to be helpful to others as was his custom.

Lasca shook her head. "Not right now. But thank you. And have a nice day." She smiled at the man and gave him a small curtsy. She shouldn't have even thought about being impatient with him. He was too nice. With that she took off toward Vendor Row.

Lili kissed Iain softly as they finally got back to the apparation center. Their new little baby was held gently but tightly in her arms. "Chris, we need to check back in," she asked him, tearing her gaze away from her lovely husband to look at the security guard. "Do you need to see our badges again?" she asked him. "I don't have a badge or anything for my baby yet, is that okay?" She asked. "This is Skye," she told him, her voice full of admiration of her and Iains baby.

Chris saw the Hunter's returning from London and said "Congrats to the both of you on your new birth it is great to see another life has joined this world. Yes just to be on the safe side could you show your badges again." Chris just wanted to keep the routine going."

DH smiled at the two people. "That's alright, Mr. Amsten. I'm sorry." he said letting them in.


DH was so happy to see his friend and was so excited to tell Daniel about him. He nodded gently to Ruther when he said he would want to talk to Mr. Amsten.

DH saw the Hunters and smiled at them and said, "Congratulations, Mr. Hunter. I heard that it was a lovely bouncing baby boy." he said stretching his hand to shake Mr. Hunter and greet him. He also smiled at Mrs. Hunter.

"Thank you for showing your ID's. Im guessing you are going back the fields now?". Chris wanted to second what Mr. Smith was saying and nodded his head in agreement. Then he said to DH "it seems i always have the birds eye view when some things happens first." he chuckled respectively.

With the satisfied and happy smile on his face, Brian appeared back into where he belongs to. Taking another happy glance at the baby, Brian felt a thin layer of tear forming in his eyes and waving his hand to Iain when he thanked him. "No mate. It's all my pleasure. You two are like family for us..." his voice was soft and honest.

Now time to see and reach his life back. He was restless. "Okay, guys, take a time to relax in our security tent if you like. Now I'm off to see my wife, " he said with a grin and getting ready to apparate to East field where he had left her alone, helpless.

Madison watched as the people began to flood inside by either apparating or by portkey. She made sure to direct people the right way and that each person had their identifications on them. So far everything was running smoothly and she was proud of her department for providing great work. She would definitely need to do something for them later in time after this was all over with.

Standing silently and looking at people as they passed through, Becca smiled. But now the trio were back. Still saying nothing, she saw Brian getting ready to apparate away. "No! I'm here" she called out to him before sighing and looking at the baby in her friend's arms. Baby skye? Nice name.

Ruther was looking around when he saw a familiar figure, but not the same when he left them.

"Becca?" he called but not expecting a response, Maybe he is wrong. "Ms. Becca, it is you!" he said.

"I don't know if you remember me, but I used to work with you in the Wizengamot. I have heard you are a Department Head now. I am so happy for you. Is Mr. Lee here?" he said.

He heard her voice. Somewhere around here. Why here? Maybe his imagination like he had been heard her voice for the past nine hours of unwilling but emergency seperation?! Might be. But still he had to turn around and look at the direction from where her voice reached him. There. There she was! Standing at the security check in area and looking at them with blank face. Worried and upset face, precisely.

He didnt know how he reached her in just few seconds across the ground. "Hey, love!" he pulled her to a tight hug without disturbing her pregnant belly. "How come you're here?!" he kissed on her forehead fondly, "I'm sorry I had to leave you here. Go and see the baby. He's gorgeous.." he tried to ease her tension and worries.
