DH smiled at the next person in the line. "Good day, sir. Can I see your identifications?" he said looking at the two person in line. Quote:
Daniel walked from the place where the Lee's are towards the station where DH is at. He smiled at him and looked at the people coming and going pass them. He is very fond of seeing people of different sort just passing by them. |
Pandora apparated to the portkey point in a field just outside Halifax and looked around to see where the thing might be. There, on a scarecrow was a top hat. She smiled wryly at someone's sense of humour and retrieved it. She checked her watch, feeling odd in muggle clothing of jeans and a t-shirt with a light jacket, her rucksack on her back and her hair pulled back into a neat plait. Even dressed like that she was still statuesque. She couldn't see anyone approaching and the hat began to glow with a blue light. There was a familiar hooking sensation behind her navel and her feet parted company with the ground. Her feet made contact with the ground again shortly afterwards. She swept a stray lock of hair out of her face and looked around the beauty of the North York Moors. She smiled, taking the necessary paperwork out of her pocket. This really was her county. She looked around for a Ministry colleague to check her paperwork. |

"Oh hello," Pandora said cooly. He had surprised her, making her jump. "Yes, here it is." She handed over the paperwork. "Is the North field far from here?" |

When he was about to say something more, there was an owl, delivered a note on his lap. He took and opened it to reveal the message. SPOILER!!: HELP! OH. It was from Iain. And Lili was in labour. Brian looked up at her. "Lili has gone into labour. We need to go there, Becs. Iain and Lili needs our help.." he said and stood up, guided her to get up from the chair, Brian took her hand in his, "Hold me tight, love" with that instruction and after made sure of it, Brian apparated with her to the East field, hoping Chris would handle things alone for a while. |

..And then they were gone. |
Xavier trudded slowly, and carefully, to a deserted street corner and apparated. He appeared on a hill decorated with lush, cherry blossom trees & jacketed by vibrant green gas. The sun was shining exceptionally bright today. It may have been his excitement for the imminent events or the weather itself but he felt, today will be a good day. He scanned the vacant area for the portkey. Just as quickly as he arrived he found it. Perched on top of the hill under the tallest cherry blossom tree lay a bagpipe with a visible gaping hole in it. It appeared as though someone had been playing and left for a break, but ofcourse Xavier knew better. He advanced on the bagpipe, and waited patiently for more witches and wizards, seeing as he was the first to arrive. |

POP! A slightly red-faced Jake Rider stepped out of thin air gracefully and headed over to one of the security personnel, muttering under his breath angrily about "insufferable, intolerable, unbelievable seventeen year old moody teenagers". Unconsciously, he ran his fingers through his head in annoyance but if one looked closely, they would be able to see a TEENY TINY smile dancing on the corners of his lips. True, him and Rachel don't always get along - especially when she chooses to be THIS unreasonable - but he couldn't help but see her side of the argument since not too long ago he would have done the exact same thing. Bleh. |

"Oh, yes, ofcourse." he said, pating down his jacket to see where he had put it. Then, remembering, he took out the card that was inside his pocket. "Here you go." With a small smile at his friend, he waited for the 'verdict'. Glad they were so big on security here. Hopefully he didn't look like a hooligan or something. |

He looked at Becca and Chris and signaled that he will just take his godson to the tent and make him comfortable there. When he returned, the Division Head of Security, another Chris is there helping out. He re established his post and greeted the Division Head, "Hello, there. I am DH from Mysteries." he said extending the hand to the Security Division Head. Quote:

He grinned broadly, mirroring Tristan's expression. A ball, yeah. He was sure he and Tristan could find something fun to do around here if they got bored by the quidditch. "Are you camping with anyone? Cos you're welcome to join us you know, mate?" He offered. He chuckled lightly. "Was a good night, yeah. Though I'd like to forget some of it." He smirked - namely acting like a doofus with that Veela lassy. "I intend to." He said in all seriouness. Nathan looked alright in headgear. ...Or so he thought. He looked around again, squinting over to the area where the crowds of people thickened. He noticed a few people vanishing and nodded in that direction. "I reckon the portkeys must be over there." He said and began to walk where he was gestuing to. "Hmm..?" He looked at Tristan as they walked. "You just have to touch the object and it'll transport you to your destination." He explained. "Have you never done this before?" Oh Tristan was in for some fun if not. heh. |
For a woman who didn't like to be noticed, her port-key had to be quite simple. Imagining all the confusion that there would be at the game, Luce had chosen her pen port-key over apparating. As she waited patiented for her turn, she began to wonder why she was even there. Initially, she had bought the ticket thinking about Nick, but he had to go on an emergency business travel and, as he had told, he couldn't tell when he'd be arriving. Maybe, just maybe, he would be there in time for the game. Taking a look around, Lucy realized just how popular Quidditch truly was. It wasn't that she payed much attention to, but seemed like half the world did. Or thge entire world, being the world cup and all. Well, you're here now. Enjoy it, she thought to herself. |

He had been so distracted, the thought of security had completely vanished from his brain. "Yeah, sure, hold on," he mumbled to the guy as he stuck both his hands into his pockets and began rummaging through all the shrunken, charmed to be featherlight junk he had there. Oh wait. It's not there. Chuckling to himself, he pulled out his hands and stuck the right on into the inside pocket of his cloak, where he kept the most important things. "Here you go," he pulled the ID out with a flourish, opened it and presented the little thing to the security guy. |
Less than half an hour after Brian and Becca had apparated away from this spot, the trio re-appeared. Well, a different trio that was. With their arms tightly around the Blonde Department Head, Iain and Brian got Lili safely to the apparation point. Then, they looked at Lili and Iain smiled at her softly. "I've got you love. Just a few more minutes." Then he kissed her head gently as he and Brian turned around so that they were looking at each other They both hugged Liliana tightly, making sure that they were both covering her sides so that they would be able to side-along aparate. It was crucial - Liliana didn't have the energy to do it herself. And with that - Pop - they were away and Baby Hunter was away to be welcomed into the world. |
Lili was following after then, or with then rather, a little numbly. She was glad that she did not have to concentate on apparating as they finally reached that point. She let Iain turn her slowly into his arms and wrapped her arms around him tightly so that she wouldn't let go. Not trusting herself to speak now, she just nodded to let him know she was ready and locked her arms as she felt them leaving the check point. |

So..Brian was back on the spot again, this time not with Becca but his friends. He already missed her. Yes. But he had a mission in hands. He looked at Iain and supporting Lili on her side securely as per Iain's instructions. Smiling When Iain had comforted his wife, he couldnt help but think of him and Becca immediately. With another Pop, they were disappeared and on the way to St. Mungos to greet baby Hunter. This's going tobe great, he knew that. |
Katherine stumbled in the fields, muttering to herself. "Why can't these ports be somewhere sensible hey? In the middle of a silly field, really, what were they thinking?" She sighed, but her mood changed once she reached the port key and burst out laughing. "An old tea pot? Surelly not!" She giggled as she walked up to it. Funny ideas these people have... |

"Hello" Chris said "do you have ID on you" he asked calmly "its our procedure to make sure everyone is good to go through here." Chris saw his other helper dealing with other ID's but he felt he could handle it himself. Then Chris saw his division head appear. "Hello" said Chris "Nice to meet you in person. Yes feel free to help me if you like. I can handle this mostly by myself its very routine but yes you can help if you want to." |
Apparating back with a face that had so many emotions on it, it would confuse anyone who tried to work out what was wrong, Becca gripped the note tightly and walked up to Chris the division head without looking around to see if Olivia had followed "Chris," she nodded to him "Mr Lee's.. gone." she told him, her voice free of any emotion. "I'm taking over the Maintenance and Security while he's gone, so if you have any problems, come to me." she told him. Brian wasn't here right now, he couldn't stop her, and his much needed departments may need some guidance whilst he's away. Raising her eyebrows as if daring him to disagree, Becca suddenly remembered the note and nodded to Chris before going to the other Chris. "Mr Hobgartner" she spoke to him "I have a question. Has someone with the rather rare name of 'Iridesca' come through here?" she asked, looking at him and still clutching the note. |
