I used to be big into Wrock and now it gives me gut-punching levels of NOSTALGIA. It's like getting hugged by my childhood self. Anybody else a Parselmouths stan??

Nothing could have prepared me for the Wizarding World at Universal Studios. I had need video and pictures online, but nothing did justice to the real place. I literally walked around Diagon Alley for the first 15 minutes just staring at everything with an open-mouthed smile. It really was like being in the books.

I love rewatching the movies and rereading the books since I can go through the amazing adventure all over again. I haven't visited Universal Studios yet but I would love to go there.

I haven't done that much on the list, apart from move marathons (it's about time I do another, actually, and I've plenty of time thanks to Covid!). I'd love to go to a live concert of HP music (I used to be in the school orchestra, and we played Hedwig's Theme for a concert once). I'd also love to go to more HP events in general, once the world starts opening up again.

My favourite experience was actually watching a play some of my friends put on called "Puffs". It ended up making me cry a bit actually, they really did a fantastic job with it and it really tugged on my heartstrings. One of my best friends played an excessively cheerful Harry Potter while another good friend played a sassy Voldemort... both were versions of the characters I never knew I needed in my life, it was hysterical!

I think I have experienced the books and the movies. At the cinema and at home in particular. I believe they have been an amazing history for me in the past.
Red carpets events. Those were really exciting.!!

A good way to cheer me up has always been a Harry Potter movie marathon. Especially before the New Year holidays!
Stable once a year, my boyfriend and I review all films in a row!
But to be honest, I never read all the Harry Potter books but I think I'll come back to this
when i'm 80 and i'm sitting in my rocking chair .... |

don't know if that counts but: the community that built itself around it? the fandeom, the fiction and the opportunity to be critical of something that you love.

I love it when the movies are on TV! I have them all too, but it's really exciting when there's a TV marathon! Re-reading the books is always like catching up with an old friend too <3

I absolutely love getting to experience the immersive streets of Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade! They put so much detail from both the books and the movies that you could notice different things every time you visit!

Some of the things I enjoy the most:
- I've really enjoyed the Studio Tour in London the two times I've been. I love the feeling of having so many likeminded people around me and also, just the idea that the items were used in the movies is really cool to me because I'm a movie nerd.
- I love listening to the audiobooks while I'm driving or doing something that doesn't require too much attention, like typing this comment for example. I'm currently listening to OotP.
- I also love having a Harry Potter movie marathon around Christmas time! I use the word Marathon loosely because I'm not one for watching as many as I can in a day. It's more just watching them as the countdown for Christmas happens.

My best memory so far is the visit to London and the Warner Brothers Studio Tour. I will return there as soon as possible. With my kids.
To be able to walk around the studio and look at and touch (in some cases) the stuff. So cool. I took photos and shot some video and I've got Hagrid's motorbike developed and about to get framed. It's cool beyond cool. |

I have my own movie marathons when my kids and grandkids come up for the holidays. We eat our meals in front of the TV and the older grands have the most interesting discussions about the movies.

I have to say visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is my favorite of these. Buuuut midnight book releases were something special, too.

There is a Harry Potter Minecraft map that I discovered at the beginning of pandemic lockdowns. It gave me a very safe place to escape to during those very uncertain months. I'm very grateful to the people who made it.
