Muttropolitan Vet ClinicThe Department of Magical Creatures needs a place to keep all their displaced animals... where better than this unused veterinary clinic?
A large notice board stands within the work areas of the Creaures Department, on the back wall, near to the Department Heads office. Here is where employees must check to see whether there are any new messages posted such as scheduled meetings, important conferences, outings for certain divisions and Ministry wide information. Due to the new Department on level 4, many of the meetings may collaborate with the Environment Department.
Also posted on this wall is the map to Level 4. With a floor as big as this, it is very easy for people to get lost. Check here if you ever do feel in this position.

Pest Removal Squad
Head to Diagon Alley and be sure that the shops have no creature infestations, and remove the infestations from the establishments that do.
Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures
Group together and work out more humane ways for disposing of the dangerous creatures. A report will be expected.
Centaur Liaison
Hogwarts has employeed a centaur, how is he fairing at the school? Is he being treated with the respect that a centaur deserves? Send the centaur an owl and ask him those and any other questions you need to know about his status. A report will be expected.
This can be done via PM.
Dragon Research
Restraint Officers should check with all areas that the dangerous creature reside, including reserves, and make sure all dragons are kept within the set parameters. Researchers are to continue current research projects and furthering their knowledge for the betterment of the creature.
Werewolves Registry
The registry is out-of-date. Please update in a timely manner so it can be easily accesed.
Mermish Translation Services
A report needs to be made on the status of the merpeople residing in Ireland. Send out a team to speak with the Merrows tribe.
BEINGS
House-Elf Relocation Office
Find a sutable house elf from the ones available for a family of six to own out on the outskirts of Wales. Preferably a younger elf that is good with kids. Report to be expected.
Gobbledegook Translation Services
Assit the Gringotts liaison in their current assignment.
Gringotts Liaison
Head over to Gringotts and check on how the goblins working there are fairing, make sure the work conditions are sutable to their needs, etc. A report of this assignment will be expected.
Werewolf Support Services
Check with the werewolves currently working in the minsitry, and write up a status report. Check with them again when a full moon approaches and be sure they have a supply of wolfsbane potion. Report expected.
SPIRITS
Spirit Liaison
Cokeworth has aquired a new group of spirits. They're small, but seem to be a bit distructive. Speak with them immediately to get the group to live in harmony with the locals. A status report is expected, and if not positive results are made, passed to a different divison for relocation. Spirit Support Services will assist in this assignment.
Spirit Relocation
The liasions will be working with a new group of rowdy spirits. If an agreement cannot be met with the spirits, then they will need to be relocated to new area.
Evil Spirit Relocation
Regulatory reports need to be made for all evil spirits relocated in the past month.
Spirit Support Services
Head to Cokeworth with the Spirit Liasions to work with the new groups of spirits who are a bit distructive towards muggle and wizard property, and assist them in settling into their new spirit life.
Non Division Roles
Regulation for import and export of magical creatures
Check the status of the recent import of creatures and update regulations where needed based on breeding and import records.
Regulation for breeding
There seems to be a upsurge in crup breeding. Consult with the all Menageries, Greater London Crup Rescue, and other relevent organizatons about this concern, place tighter regulations on breeding the magical dogs where nessacary.
Regulation for use of animal parts
Pull up the files for the most recent inport of creature parts, and be sure that they are being used in legally and safely.
Secretary
Familiarize yourself with both the creature and environmental departments, and settle into the reception area asap so that you may assist those who need assistance from either department. Gather reports from all divisons when there tasks are complete and write up a summary for Belmonte to overview.
Those with no specific sub-division
Familiarize yourselves with the department and your divisions (Beings/Beasts/Spirits/Non). Turn in all your files to the secretary.
OOC: All of this is just for RP fun and completly IC. The Environmental Department Head is now overseeing all of level four, have your characters respond accordingly. There are some shifty things going on down at the Picket Line and in various other locations in the Ministry of Magic. If your character isn't there already and you want them to participate, go ahead and send them down! Whether your character is for or against the Cult of Walpurgis, everyone is welcome to join in.

ooc: Whew. There's a lot going on isn't there? Choose which team you want your character to go on, keeping in mind that some might be more dangerous than others and you should keep your character's skill set and training in mind! Also if it seems like there are far more people on one team than another, it'd be epic for your character to go where needed, right? I promise you everyone will get a chance to get in on the 'action'.

With the help of employees Ministry-wide, the Cult of Walpurgis has fallen, and the Ministry of Magic is under an entirely new leadership! To celebrate, the officials at the Ministry of Magic are hosting a Celebration Ball! All Ministry of Magic employees received an official invitation, so if you've been placed into the Ministry of Magic and have a character there, your character is free to attend!
The forum for the ball can be found here (IC it's in the Atrium of the Ministry of Magic (level 8) in a very large room that's been converted into a ballroom.); but you'll likely want to start in our welcome thread, just so you have all the additional details you and your character will need to know. Because this is a Ministry of Magic ball, and it's purpose is to celebrate the recent victory over the Cult of Walpurgis and to officially introduce the new Ministry of Magic leadership team, one of the characters you play must be your current Ministry of Magic character. After that, and if you've already been placed into the Ministry of Magic and have permissions to post there, you may play one extra character. This can be a member of your Ministry character's family, an invited friend, and or any other character you think may have received an invitation to the ball. Please remember, however, that this is a governmental ball. Not just everybody would have received an invitation to come. Think of it this way: if the leader of your country held a ball, which sorts of people might be invited? It wouldn't be just free for everyone out there, but more exclusive to people like employees, their families, their friends, or other invited guests. - Nogtails have made an appearance in rural farms in Cotswald, England. Make sure the Bloodhounds are in excellent condition. They need consistent, continual training. Under the direction of the team leader (Alyss Glass) take them to Cotswald to hunt out the nogtails.
Dragon Researchers -
- Winter is coming, research new diets to help the dragons hold onto health fat to keep them warm. Send the information to the dragon reserves throughout Britain.
Dragon Restraint Officers -
- The new Swedish Short Snout in the Welsh Dragon Reserve is being unruly and wreaking havoc. Go to the Reserve and help isolate him in a separate enclosure until he calms down and adjusts to the new setting.
Werewolf Operative -
- Prepare for the next full moon. Make sure you have all the necessary tools to capture a werewolf in case of an escape.

Welcome to our new employees and welcome back to our familiar faces! Please make sure you familiarize yourself with each other and make new friends. Work is a lot more fun if you know and like the people you work with! If you see someone you don’t know, say hello!
Albino Bloodhounds Team:
Take the dogs throughout the Ministry and have them sniff out everything. There is a strange illness going around and we need to know the cause of it before it gets worse. Have the dogs search every levels rooms, offices (with permission), carpets, tapestries, plants, anything that looks suspicious. Report back to me as soon as you find something/when you finish.
Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures:
Work with the Bloodhounds team to find the cause of the illness. Dispose of anything that shouldn’t be lurking about the Ministry. Since we don’t have anyone on the Pest Removal Squad, dispose of any pests you may find.
Dragon Researchers:
Spring is coming. Research new diets for the Dragons in the Welsh Dragon Reserve to keep their energy levels high. Also see if there is any formula that will keep them from perspiring too much.
Dragon Restraint Officers:
Visit the Welsh Dragon reserve and make sure all security and protection charms and enhancements are all up to par. Check with the workers and make sure the dragons are all behaving in line. If they are not, do what you can to fix it.
Werewolf Capture Unit
Prepare for the next full moon in case there are any signs of a werewolf on the loose. Stock up on wolfsbane potion and practice your defensive spellwork.
Merpeople Liaison Office
Send someone with a mermish translator to visit with the Merrows tribe in Ireland. Make sure that the peace between their tribe and the humans is maintained.
House-Elf Counselors
Visit the homes with house-elves (A-H on your list). Make sure each home is still suitable and that the elves have suitable living quarters. If relocation is necessary, please speak with a consultant and take care of it.
Goblin Liaison Office
Take a trip to Gringotts and speak with the Goblins working there. Make sure all their needs are being met and that they are being treated fairly. Provide them with anything they may need (within reason).
Werewolf Support Services
There are a few werewolves working inside the Ministry. Contact them by owl or in person and make sure they have are fully stocked on wolfsbane potion for the next full moon. Also ask about their personal wellness, if they are still coping well.
Spirit Relocation Officers
Communicate with all places that have a ghost community and make sure the peace between spirits and beings is well maintained. Relocate and Spirits as necessary.

As many of you have noticed, there is currently an illness passing through the Ministry of Magic. At the moment, we are unaware of the cause, but employees throughout the Ministry are working hard to solve it. If you have any solutions, please contact your department head. The known symptoms of this illness are:
Excessive Drooling
Vomiting/sickness
Space-y or dazed/glazed expression
Loss of magical abilities
Walking into walls
If you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms, please report to Magical Law Enforcement. If you notice anyone exhibiting these symptoms, please report them to Magical Law Enforcement.
There will be an investigation going on in the food court about possible causes. All level four employees are encouraged to help out, particularly those under the Pest Sub-Division, but any and all help would be appreciated.

BEAST DIVISION
Albino Bloodhounds Team:
The Bloodhounds have had a holiday, too and it's time to get them back into shape. Use the arena to get them in top physical condition them. Clean their kennels. Take them for walks around the Ministry to get them comfortable around people again. Start using the new Spring formula for their food.
Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures:
An Ashwinder has been spotted in the basement of an abandoned home in rural Surrey and its eggs have started a small fire. Dispose of the eggs before they can hatch and put out the fire.
Junior Dragon Researchers:
Research new uses and benefits of dragon dung.
Dragon Restraint Officers:
Visit the Welsh reserve and make sure all buildings and protective spells are up to maxium performance. Communicate with reserve workers and discuss the wellness of each dragon.
There has been rumor of an unregistered werewolf in the southern parts of Scotland. Work together during the full moon to investigate. If a werewolf is found, bring them to the Ministry to register. Use force if necessary.
BEINGS DIVISION
Merpeople Liasions:
Rumor of inter-tribe turmoil of the Merrow tribe in Ireland has reached our ears. Consult with the tribe and try to settle whatever problems they seem to be having.
House-Elf Counselors:
A list of house elfs that need to be relocated has been placed on your desk. Meet with each houself and determine which new home to send them to to meet their needs and the needs of the future owners.
Junior Goblin Liaisons:
Visit the goblins of Gringotts and make sure their needs are being met. Make sure they are comfortable and satisfied with their job and conditions.
Senior Werewolf Support Advisors:
Communicate with all registered werewolves and make sure they are fully stocked with wolfsbane for the upcoming full moon. Make sure that their needs and concerns are met.

A new group of Spirits has occupied an old house in Ottery St. Catchpole and are creating a bit of chaos. See if you can calm them down to appease the neighbors or relocate them to a more secluded place, if necessary.

Newborough Forest Hiking Trip!
Need some fresh air? Looking to get out of the office? Want to see some real magical creatures and learn about them in their natural habitat? Come take a hike with the Magical Creatures department! We will be taking a leisurely hike through the Newborough Forest of the Isle of Anglesey in Wales, where magical creatures are known to roam about (and where muggles are not).

Important Announcement:
As you may or may not know, mutants have been spotted around London and as of late, inside the building. There appears to be at least four of these creatures and each varies in appearance and size. From what we can tell, they all appear to have acidic saliva.
With the help of Accidents and Catastrophes, as well as the Minister’s office, we are working to make the other levels aware of what is going on so that we can capture and take samples from these creatures!
Something to consider if you come into contact with these creatures, they appear to fear bright light. Be cautious, keep your eyes peeled, and if you see something suspicious, say something. We want to make sure these creatures are taken care of and properly handled and that’s where you creature lovers come in!
Assignments:
I know that we all have different areas of expertise but I need all hands on deck until we get these mutants under control. Please arm yourselves with cages (just in case) and the information above and go to your assigned level. The department heads are to be informed of what is going on with the mutants and told to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity.

It has come to my attention that several of the creatures have been acting strangely, behavior which has caused worry among those working in the creatures department. While it is not uncommon for creatures to occasionally come down with an illness, the sudden onset as well as the cages malfunctioning have lead me to make a difficult decision.
As of now, I've contacted an off-site vet specializing in special cases and we will be getting the creatures ready for transport to that office as soon as possible. Their relocation will ensure that they will be in a secure and safe enivornment while we continue to investigate the mishaps going on in the Ministry.
As always, your cooperation is appreciated. The sooner we can get the creatures out to the specialist, the better.
-Albino Bloodhound Team, the bloodhounds need to be gathered and put into travel cages as soon as possible. Food should also be bagged for them and brought along.
-We'll need a team to go into the Creatures Holding room as well and gather the creatures there, securing them for transport. Please use caution as we do not want to put too much stress on the creatures.
OOC:Hey, you guys! So given the bloodhounds sudden sickness as well as the mutants having had free range around the ministry, Harmony has decided it's best to clean house while the department repairs any damage and re-secures the cages and kennels. Anyone who wishes to participate can jump in, RPing their charrie helping prepare the creatures for transport.

Job Assignments:
BEASTS
All those working in this particular division are expected to report to The Ward. Boxes of food and supplies for the bloodhounds and the creatures need to be unpacked, organized, and shelved. Cages need to be cleaned and the space could also use some general cleaning as it seems no matter how many times you clean it, it continues to collect copious amounts of dust. Any muggle devices left over from the clinic's previous owners should be set aside until they have been properly looked at and deemed useful or fit to toss out.
BEINGS
All those working in this division should report to the Examination Rooms. Muggle devices need to be gathered and set aside so that we can assess whether they will be useful to us. The rooms could use a general cleaning and sprucing up as well. If anyone is interested, there is an old janitors closet opposite the exam rooms and it is stocked with muggle cleaning products, all labeled to be animal friendly. Feel free to grab a rag and make use of these as Harmony encourages not being wasteful.
SPIRITS
Those working in this division are asked to report to the Lab/Pharmacy. You'll find that the shelves and cabinets may still have items left behind from the previous owners. These need to be boxed and set aside. Boxes have been stacked in the corner for use. Any books pertaining to animals can be skimmed and if you think they'll be of use, returned to the shelves for further investigation. This area is going to get a lot of use so please make sure it is in tip-top shape!
Additional for all: I ask that when you are done exploring and settling in, each employee make a list of things that you like about the space as well as one of the things you think we could add to this space to make it work better for our department needs. Anything that you think has been overlooked should be reported here. This can be left on the reception desk when you've completed it.

OOC: Hey, you guys! These tasks are meant to be fun so feel free to get creative with them. Make use of both magical and the muggle supplies available in the space and have fun RPing with the other RPers while we ease into this new location. Training will take place on Friday, January 22nd beginning at 1:30 pm. Ministry employees should travel by muggle bus to get off at Aldgate bus station and then walk the remaining distance to the abandoned HMS Royal Arthur. After passing through the Regulation Office and receiving your visitors pass, proceed directly to the gymnasium where your training instructors ( Emily Browne [Hera], Aron Ashburry-Hawthorne [sweetpinkpixie], and Oliver Jenkins [Mell]) will give you further instructions.
At least one employee from each department is required to attend this special training.
OOC: this is meant to be a fun way for everyone to interact with each other while gaining some important IC skills vital to the current climate in the Ministry. While the announcement states that it is mandatory for employees to attend, think of this like classes in the School RPG. Participation is optional but we certainly hope you will choose to come and play You also do not HAVE to post in the Regulation Office prior to the gymnasium and can just RP arriving in the gymnasium pretending your character did so.
That being said, zero representation from any department could result in IC repercussions

Rumors have been circulating among the Wizarding community about a possible Nogtail disturbance at Belmont Children's Farm. While we are still waiting on a confirmation, I would like you to make sure our bloodhounds are ready for use. Please get them into shape and that you are as well. I suggest some running and training drills be set up for this week.

It has come to our attention that a possible dragon egg has been confiscated during an undercover mission after having received a tip that a large quantity of class-A non-tradeable materials was up for grabs to the right buyer. The size of the egg is consistent with average dragon egg size though the coloring of the egg raises questions about the possible breed. The eggs are blue with flecks of brown and green. Pictures have been sent over and can be found in the Pharmacy as well as height and weight measurements of the egg. Please familiarize yourself with these and work together to try and identify the dragon’s breed. A report should be submitted as soon as you’re through. OOC: Just pretend the information is in a pile for you in the Pharmacy, yeah? <3
Pest Sub-Division- Jose Mora (Grrr..Meow)
An unusual amount of Bundimun infestations have been reported leading me to believe that there isn't adequate information out there for wizarding families about the subject and what they can do to remedy these types of situations. I'd like you to come up with a pamphlet that can be circulated in the muggle communities, educating the public on how to properly deal with Bundimun.
