BOOM! BOOOM! BOOOOOM! ... You wanna be in that room! room! room!?
Then you're going to have to try just a little bit harder, you're almost there! In fact, if you listen closely, you might hear the bottom of that black pit you've created groan as if it might give out.

Did they all hear what she heard? ... That was the sound of success... almost.
"Nearly, there, I think one last blow will do the trick," she mused out loud, smirk in place. It was about time they got back INto the Ministry, all this dilly dallying around muggle London was getting old, fast.
"Come on, once more!" she called.

The question was, who had fire power enough to help get the job done, hmmmm?

The spells from Emily, Tasha and his own wand hit their target and the result was large near-rocketing explosions. That would mean at least particle success...yes? When the spells died down, Simon watched as Emily took inventory of their work glad when it seemed to be working well. Very well. Ministry office here they came! The order was given for another round and the auror raised his arm once more to comply, counting it out himself in his head to gather himself and his focus before finally casting.
Tasha ducked and hastily put up a shield to protest herself as the blasting caused near-rocketing explosions to occur in the ground at her feet. She didn't want to accidentally get hit by a rock if she could help it. Lowering her wand as the dust settled around them Tasha glanced sideways over at Emily and Simon.
The rumbling sounds were promising. They must be getting close. As Emily ordered a new round of spells Tasha blew away a strand of hair and joined in the counting.
Jack had read the board at his work area and just had to come see of anyone seriously had the guts to try to break back into the ministry by any means necessary. Upon his arrival he could hear booming sounds. He smirked, this was gonna be interesting. He slyly walked in and saw they had already made quite a dent. "Wow, you guys are doing great, now its my turn. I suggest you all back up", Jack said with a smirk. And with that he backed up a bit and raised his wand pointed it at the wall and concentrated on smashing it to bits, "EXPULSO!!!", Jack said strongly with conviction.

Knowing that the debris trail was nearly done, he joined the others and prepared to help cause destruction. He was excited for this part. Hearing Emily's instructions, he raised his wand and pointed it in the same direction as everyone else's and spoke the words Bombarda Maxima! He watched to see the results of their combined efforts.
The combined effort in blasting through what was left of the floor, which separated them from level one, resulted in a blood-curdling crunch! and thud! as the last of the bricks and mortar blasted through to the floor below.
But needless to say, so much destruction was not entirely necessary...

The curse uttered by the Magical Creatures employee was misfired and hit the opposing wall to where the kitchens were, instead of the gaping pit where the floor had once been.

Their spells were well timed and efficiently executed, each focusing on the hole in the ground. They were so close.. so close. And in fact... THEY GOT THROUGH! The sound of the blast and the floor falling through was unmistakable.. they made it.
And then ....

Merlin.
Circe help them all.
Emily had been quick in reacting, casting a shield around her which protected her from the bits of wall that flew out from the man's curse.
"What were you thinking?!" she projected loudly at the new comer. "You follow instructions, you do not go and blow things up willy nilly!" Could he not see their efforts were on the hole in the flooooooooooor?!
....
"Is anyone hurt?" she asked, casting a glance over the assembled group.
The man would be getting a warning for his recklessness.
But perhaps more interestingly...
How was it looking? Emily took a small step forward, peering into the depth of the hole. "Who's going in first?"

His spell cast, Simon lowered his wand once more only to spot a new man in their midst. Given he had passed the charms it was clear he wasn't a muggle, a thought confirmed when he spoke up stepping in for his own shot. A wild shot that went wrong and the auror rushed to cast his own shield since stepping clear hadn't been an option with the amount of time between the warning and the mishappen cast.
What in Merlin's beard was he thinking, he mused to himself with a cough at the kicked up dust and debris. Emily already chewing the newcomer out while Simon changed his attention to the properly blown whole the rest of them had been working on. I'm alright, he assured his boss, no thanks to the other man. At the question of first entrance, the auror briefly glanced at first Emily and then Vivi and then Kennedy, the law enforcement of the group beside himself. If there was anything troublesome down below them they should probably take the lead to see about clearing the matter up.
Finally making a decision, Simon tentatively stepped closer to the hole, his movements cautious in case more wanted to crumble. "Might as well take the leap..." he mused looking to Emily a final time in case she wanted to stop him, his hand still closed around his wand out of alertness. With that being said, the auror took a moment and looked back in front of him before taking the final step to head down into the hole.

Strapping her wand in its easy access holster Tasha gazed around to survey the effects of their efforts. That was when her eyes landed on a new man that had arrived to help out. In a matter of seconds a controlled team effort turned into something quite different. Even though Tasha was shielded she ducked and made a leap out of the way of the debris as a spell backfired.
A big chunk of debris knocked into her left shoulder. Without the shield she was pretty sure she would have broken something. Retrieving her wand Tasha ended the shield spell to examine her shoulder. In silence she heard how Emily gave the man a well deserved chew out for his irresponsible behaviour.
Stepping up next to Simon to peer down into the hole she cast a look in Emily's direction. "I got knocked in the shoulder by some falling debris but I was shielded so I'm all right." She'd probably get a nasty bruise but it was worth it.
Tasha watched Simon leap into the whole first. She opened her mouth to yell 'be careful' after him but he was already gone. She fully expected the other auror’s present to jump in after him. As nobody moved Tasha gripped her wand tightly and leaped into the hole after Simon.
As the floor exploded under them he gazed through the dust down through the floor to what lie below. He was about to look to Emily when he heard the explosion beside him at the kitchen wall and he flew hitting the floor on his back. Remembering his auror training, he at least tucked his head in so it wouldn't bounce off it but he groaned as he lay there stunned, his ears ringing as bits of the wall fell and wiping his face as he moved to sit up. Finding a bit of blood on the back of his hand he reached up to where he thought it was from and shook his head. Who the hell...he just blinked looking around, as a few people jumped into the hole. Anyone else hurt from the exploding kitchen wall?

It didn't seem as though anyone had perished in the swift and irrational act of the blowing up of the wall... but Merlin, what made him think that was such a good idea? Hhhmm? Safety was imperative! Nevertheless, it was done now, and there were more important things to go on with. Like this hole in the ground, the one that was very different to what she had gotten used to over the course of the year thus far.
She gave Bennett a nod, he was welcome to be the sacrificial lamb, ahem. After all, they still didn't know why they'd been locked out in the first place. At least from the outside it didn't appear as though foul play was involved.
Natasha soon caught her attention, something about being knocked in the shoulder, but being shielded... so she was fine? Emily was going with she was fine. The woman looked fine enough if she was jumping in after Bennett. Good good.
One look at Gidyun told her he'd copped perhaps the worst of it. He was a man down, with blood... this was never good. Probably what happened when you stood back and supervised, heh heh. "Gid, you alright?" she asked, approaching her colleague and peering down at him. She slipped her wand out, but she wasn't doing so to perform any healing spells, no, did she look like a Healer? Pffftt.. no, she needed to get word out of their success. "Someone 'ere look after him a moment please," she commanded to those still assembled. She needed to get into the hole too... make sure the others weren't ... ambushed or something. With a flick of her wrist a silvery form appeared and quickly scampered from the room on its way to its destination.
"Gidyun, I need to keep with this lot," the sacrificial lot walking into Circe knew what was waiting for them, "... don't move too much..." or something. And with that, she too hopped into the hole in the ground.

Things were rough. Ainsley was not one to go around looking for mud to roll around in, but she would roll up her sleeves and get dirty if she needed to. It was outrageous that they were even having problems getting into the ministry in the first place. It was the ministry for crying out loud. Aurors worked there. Ainsley watched as the head of law enforcement was blasting things away. She was intimidating and Ainsley didn't have any sweets to hold her at bay this time... not that they would do much good at a time like this. She would just end up looking foolish holding a box of treats while they were blowing things to smithereens.
Somebody was hurt? Her ears perked up and she looked around trying to see who it was that needed some attention. "I can help. I don't mind looking after you dear." She tried to make her way through the crowd. She specifically heard the woman demand that they stay back so that was what she was going to do.

He shook his head taking a breath to clear his head and moved to stand up when he heard Emily. "I'm alright" yeah he was...a little blood? Pfft, he'd had worse. "Go on ahead I'll uhh fix this up and follow." Err what?? Wait, no he'd be just.... His eyes turned to another woman who appeared to help at Emily's request. He gave her a wry smile, "I'm okay really, just need to fix the cut and maybe work on fixing the shop again, or secure it down in the least so muggles don't get through the charms that are down right now, before we follow and see what it is we might find in there." They needed to get those charms back up and running so muggles wouldn't be pouring in!
Merlin, what were they going to find? Already a few people had jumped into the hole that had been created and who knows what they were going to find down there! Heck if Becca found him down she'd laugh and kick him til he got up to follow. He was trained better than to just watch people do the hard work and sit back and watch them.

Ainsley finally laid eyes on who it was that was hurt and she was confused as to why the head law lady thought that he would need tending to. He seemed to be alright from what she could see. "Alright. If you are truly okay." She was a helpful person by nature. She wanted to fix his cut right up, but she tried hard to refrain from that. She didn't want to come across as pushy and she wasn't exactly sure who this man was after all.
She listened as he went on about the muggles. "Yes! Good idea. Could I lend you a hand with that then?" She would be glad to help after all she didn't want to just stand around looking like a slacker and she wanted to refrain from jumping down in that hole for as long as she could manage.
"Hello?" Cynthia'd separated from her Flourish and Blott's group. There was a vague mention of going to "the restaurant", so she had apparated here. There was a gaping hole in the floor and the remainders of an explosion. Maybe the witch was in the right place, but no one else was here. Did they go directly to the floor? She sat down to wait.
When Zach heard the message form the Level 2 department Head through a Patronus, and after confiding that the team from the Flourish and Blotts that they all should head to the restaurant area where they have successfully broke into, he apparated into a dark corner of the restaurant away from prying eyes of anybody.
He looked around and saw nobody. He noticed somebody apparated in and he knew that this lady is from the bookshop group as well, but she went straight to the hole in the floor without even assessing the area. He looked around, studied to hole on the floor and double-checked the surrounding before casting a spell upon himself to cushion the fall into the 'unknown'.

So Langen was a little late to the party. Like really a little late. Did that make sense? Her brunette hair was a little dishelved, but the twenty year old had slept late and jumped out of bed quickly. But she could still help, right? She was wearing dressy jeans (could jeans even be dressy) and sneakers. These were helping clothes. And she was tall, so she could.... reach for stuff. Right. Helpful. People needed to reach for stuff right? And if they crashed, everyone could use her body to shield the fall.
Whuh? There was a hole in the middle of the floor. Was this just a thing that they had done before? Was this normal? Why was there a ~hole~ in the middle of the floor? Were they supposed to go down it? Because that wasn't happening. She was afraid of darkness. And small spaces. And holes. Long story, but she fell in a hole as a kid and got stuck for three hours.
"Is there anything I can do?" Ya know, as a low level Games and Sports employee. There had to be something the brown eyed girl could do. Looking around at the one other person here, she shrugged.
"Do they expect us to go ~down~ that thing?" Try not to gulp. Don't show fear. Be completely happy and normal. Even though you could totally get stuck again and have the fire department called on you. Wait, it might not have been a hole. it might have been a well. Yeah, she got stuck in a well when she was eight and now was afraid of holes. Why did everything weird happen to her?

After a few days from his visit to her house, Cosgrach had written to Victoria to meet him at 7 PM in front of this restaurant. He was wearing a black suit, the muggle style, since this was a muggle restaurant. He arrived 10 minutes early, but didn't enter the restaurant. He was going to wait for her outside like a gentleman.

Victoria wasn't going to lie saying she wasn't a bit surprised getting the owl asking her to dinner. She really thought when Cosgrach had come to her house it was going to be the last time she would see him, but he had owled and now she was meeting him after work for dinner. Which after the day she had it was something nice to look forward to.
She had reapplied her makeup and checked her hair before leaving work. As she walked towards the restaurant she had to laugh at herself. She hadn't reapplied makeup or tried to look nice in quite sometime. Admittedly it felt good to actual care again. As she got closer she saw a man standing outside and her smile grew. "Hello, I hope you weren't waiting too long." She wasn't late was she? "You look very nice." He was always in suits it seemed, but they looked very good on him.

...she was pretty.
Cosgrach didn't try to hide his gaping and examining her from head to toe. And that he liked what he saw very much. She truly looked great, especially without kids, and it took him some time to collect himself and focus on her eyes again.
"No, I wasn't," he said, and chuckled. SHE deserved the compliment, not him, but he'd take it any time.
"You look pretty," he said back softly: he really meant it. After a short pause, he turned to hold the door open.

"After you, Lady Victoria."
He was staring.. What was he staring at? She half looked back to see if a beautiful woman was behind her. That's when she realized he was looking at her. Goodness she felt her cheeks flush. Had anyone looked at her like that in awhile.
Oh and he wasn't waiting long that was good. She hated making people wait. Thought she thought she was right on time so no worries about it, plus he said he wasn't waiting long. Why was she feeling like she was rambling in her own head. She was nervous, but didn't know why. This was just dinner with a friend nothing more, but he was so nice looking.
Now he was complementing her of the blush grew, "Thank you after the work day I've had I'm glad you still think so." The ministry was just such a mess it was a wonder she kept her white dress white. Silly mistake she had made, but it was clean and he seemed to like it.
Smiling as he held the door she entered and he was being so adorable. "Thank you." He really was charming wasn't he. "I was glad to see your owl, but I have to admit a bit surprised. After you had come to check on Bart I really wasn't sure I'd hear from you. I know my house was a bit on the crazy side. I do apologize for that." Though she couldn't help but be thrilled he still wanted to have dinner to get to know one another better.

She was blushing. Cosgrach couldn't help but laugh to himself briefly. He hadn't done that to a woman for such a long time that he'd forgotten the excitement. He didn't say anything, though, and entered after her.
But then, she was acting all inconfident again and he sighed to himself.
He stopped and held her arm lightly for her to stop as well. He looked into her eyes in a serious manner and said: "Victoria, you don't have to apologise for anything. You are great, and so is your house. Any sane man would want to see you again." K? K.
Now, some quality time.
"Where shall we sit?" As it was weekday, most of the tables were available.

She had walked through the door and was looking to see where the hostess would take them or if Cosgrach had a table reserved. Just as she was going to walk towards the hostess she felt a hand on her arm. Giving a small smile her brown eyes turned on her date.
His words were so... sweet. She couldn't help the blush that came back to her cheeks. Just looking into his eyes smiling, she reached down placing her hand over the one he had on her arm. "You are very charming." and sweet and handsome. "You can just call me Vic if you'd like. Most of my close friends and family calls me Vic."
Turning back towards the hostess, "Yes let's get a table." Vic looped her arm around his to head towards their table.

Cosgrach wanted to chuckle, but he didn't. He kept his posture and serious look, because he wanted her to GET IT ALREADY that she was great. He was smiling at the next moment, though, and shook his head.
"I like your full name better if you don't mind." He was basically too professional to be anxious, but her small gestures made him excited. He hadn't booked a table, though, because he knew it would be generally empty. Instead, he took her to a table by the windows. He would have wanted to offer her a sea view, but she had to do with London street tonight.
Detangling himself, he hurried to pull her her seat. If this was a date, he would be at his best.
