This room can be easily changed with a swish of the wrist and a wave of the wand. One section of the room has tables and a place for trade testers to make sure goods have not been tampered with if found during importing or exporting. Anything found tampered with should have a report sent to the department head immediately. The other part of this room as a meeting style set up. This place is used by immigration officers to meet together about an investigation or to have a place to interview potential illegal immigrants.

There was a box laying on the table marked for the testers. It had arrived earlier that morning with a note that stated it was the dolls that were taken out of a wizard trying to smuggle them into the country. The box seemed to be normal, but every so often it made noises and it bounced.

A freshly delivered box of eggs is sitting on the table. The box is marked dragon eggs. Though the testers have been busy with some of the eggs that had already been taken. Some were broken and others in a box marked creatures. The new batch will need to be tested and examined before being moved.

"And here we are," said Sky, moving towards a cabinet and pulling out two small plastic storage bins containing their testing kit (a pair of safety glasses, dragon hide gloves, a smock and various muggle tools). "We tend to try and keep the magic used in this room to a bare minimum, since we usually don't know how it'll interact with any cursed objects." Just so he knew.

And there was another set of eggs there on the table. She examined the box with her eyes while she geared up and pulled her hair back into a ponytail. Yep, this one indeed said 'dragon eggs'. So, were her basilisk eggs just an anomaly?

Speaking of which...

"The eggs that have been examined already are in that box," she told Mr. Morgenstern, indicating the box marked 'Creatures' with one hand while the other was busy poking the new box with what seemed to be a teacher's pointer.

Albert followed Ms Carter-Hope to another room with measured, but quiet strides, and swiftly stopped at the threshold, poking his head inside first, then looked to his left and right for good measure. It was, after all, a testing room. What rogue curse could be in that room waiting to be unleashed by a careless tester, he wondered? Out of habit, Albert drew his wand from his sleeve and looked at his surroundings carefully before averting his focus on the table.

Two plastic bins were pulled from a nearby storage unit, and Albert was quick to lose interest when he was what was inside. Were those even sterile? Perhaps not, he thought once more. His blue eyes moved from one box to another, and took a step closer to where Sky was pointing. Using his Chestnut wand, Albert lifted the lid and took a peek inside. True, those were Romanian Longhorn eggs...and the some of the rare eggs were broken. Albert clenched his jaw, and, if he were a dragon himself, smoke would've definitely steamed out of his nostrils. "Did some of the eggs arrive here broken, or were the people responsible for handling this were just plain...idiots?" he asked his lone companion, gripping at straws to contain his anger. Albert had his hands gripping the edge of the table, his torso hunched over the open box. "No, it doesn't matter now." he continued, as he slowly closed the box once more, while the gears in his brain started to turn in full speed, as he formulated a plan to get these eggs to where it should be.

"Since this box of dragon eggs have been tested, I do believe I now have the authority to take it down to Level Four." he said as he straightened back up and watched his female companion poke around another box. "If I am no longer needed here, Ms Carter-Hope, I will take my leave now." he continued with furrowed brows, levitating the box of tested dragon eggs before him.

Merlin. It's going to be a long week, isn't it?

As it was they were both right about two things. The basilisk eggs were not suppose to be mixed in, but a shop that had been raided may have switched the eggs to keep one or two of the dragon eggs. Either that or they didn't know their eggs very well when the smuggler sold them. No matter what the reason the box that had been examined may have felt a bit lighter and a small hole might have been noticed if one was looking closely, but if one was looking closely enough they may have noticed something small slither out the door as they entered.

As for the box the man had peeked in and noticed some broken eggs, he may have noticed a small spark that set the corner of the box on fire. The small dragon had escaped from his egg and was trying to find his way out, he didn't mean to step on a brother or two's eggs while he was in search of the light or his mom.

Yes, the testing kits were, in fact, sterile. She always made sure of it after they had been put to use.

And also, what was that? Calling them idiots outright now, was he? Sky was not going to rise to the bait though, especially as she saw a couple of things that were a little bit more concerning at the moment. One being the small shape slithering out the door. And two being the fire from the corner of the box. "You might want to take another look at those boxes." She was betting that he would find a hole in the box of basilisk eggs. Meanwhile, she had more pressing matters to deal with. That being the flaming box. And the now escaping basilisk baby. She cast a silent Aqua Eructo to douse the flames, then sent her boa constrictor patronus to her boss with a message.

Take another look? The sight of damaged dragon eggs was enough for Albert to have a foul mood that could last a month. Where were the Creatures people? Where was Cole Knight, the Division Head for the Beast Division? Why...of all the division heads of Level Four, it had to be him...the most senior of them all both in years of experience and knowledge in Creatures? Albert stared at Sky incredulously, closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and allowed his extended arm that was levitating the tested subjects to drop on his side. The crate of dragon eggs remained floating in mid-air as the Creatures man swore under his breath. "I...did not sign up for this kind of legwork." Clearly, Becca will hear a few blunt words from him regarding the other divisions of Level Four.

Before the man could even snatch the box from mid-air to inspect it, the corner of the package erupted in a small flame and was extinguished by a non-verbal water spell. For his age, Albert was quick to take a step back to save his precious three piece suit. Perhaps he should've worn the lab coat offered a while ago, but he was also quick to decide that he would rather have his Gieves and Hawk suit ruined than to cover himself up with a layer of someone else's dead skin cells. Besides, it wasn't the only bespoke clothing he owned so one ruined suit wouldn't be much trouble. "Thank you," he said curtly, procuring a white handkerchief and dusted himself off with it. Albert did not utter any more words, given that his brain was now on hyper drive, knowing full well what was going on at this point: one of the eggs have hatched. A quick swish movement with his hand was all it took to conjure a perfect glass box with a thick layer of dirt inside it. A few taps on the glass were made, putting the right heating and protective charms on it to make the glass apparatus a makeshift, but working crate for the new hatchling.

Carefully, Albert opened the box with his wand, and was quick to encapsulate the baby dragon in a viscous bubble, and expertly transferred the creature in its new glass crate. After sealing the incubator with spells, Albert worked on transfiguring the existing box that was still floating mid-air into a glass variant, similar to the incubator. There he saw some of the damaged dragon eggs, and remnants of a broken chicken egg shell.

Chicken...egg shell.

Albert shot Sky a look, and he looked up just in time to see her (very fitting) patronus slither forth towards the other direction. "I suppose we got a juvenile Basilisk on the loose," he said as he levitated the chicken egg shells from the newly transformed box. "For it to hatch, I believe it's a full moon today as well. This package didn't come with a toad for a Basilisk to hatch, did it?" he asked and looked at Ms Carter-Hope with an arched brow.

Merlin, help them all.

The little dragon was flapping it's wings and sparking as it couldn't figure out where it was. Making noises as it was scooped into the glass it looked around and tried to get out. What were the weird looking things doing? It tapped it's beak against the glass and sparked again.

What was that noise though? Could another egg in the box be hatching?

The dull tapping was heard, and Albert's attention was immediately drawn back to the incubator. "Patience, my dear friend," he told the juvenile dragon with a reassuring stare and comforting voice. The thought of it being away from its mother stirred an unsettling feeling within the Creatures man. He may not be the modern day Newt Scamander, but he has this gift of being able to empathise with beasts and beings. The same gift that makes him loathe most humans.

With a quick tap of his wand against its glass, and shadow of his grin, Albert invoked an environment inside the incubator that resembled the surroundings of the Carpathian mountains; the Romanian Longhorns' natural habitat. "We will bring you home soon," he continued in a low tone, as he gently pressed a finger against the glass where the baby dragon had tapped its snout against earlier.

The noise didn't go unnoticed as he momentarily tore his gaze away from the juvenile creature and eyed the box; the glass box that he transformed from a while ago, just in case more dragon eggs started hatching. Clearing his throat, Albert got his wand and produced his Abraxan patronus to send a message to his fellow employees. Hopefully, someone from the Beast Division would heed his call before he reports everything to Becca.

The cracking of another egg was getting louder. The warming charms on the box was just right for these young babies to start wanting out. The dragon already hatched into the man's cage was crying for it's mom and sparking as much as it could.

Yep, that's exactly why she'd laid out two testing kits. One never knew what was going to happen in the testing room. So it was lucky this guy could move fast, since he was apparently too precious to wear the lab coat.

As for the toad....

"I honestly don't know. Not that it matters now anyway, since a toad is way less dangerous." As common as birds in the sky and fish in water.

And really? Her companion was acting as if the dragon were a kitten or puppy instead of something that could fry his eyebrows off in a second. Sky would never be able to understand these creatures people. And speaking of creatures, was that the sound of another egg hatching? Oi. "Could you deal with that egg, too?" she asked, not even bothering to wait for a response before exiting. She had a department to help.
