YO!!!! Anyone wanna play? ^_^ Damage control. That’s what Chloe needed to focus on... and making sure there were no issues with her Portkeys. She’d seen the Daily Prophet article and honestly the ginger was more than peeved about it... even though thankfully no one had questioned her quality control processes. She know she put forth her best effort, but somehow she still felt guilty. And also felt as if she needed to speak with Lynley on the possibility of it being an inside job? Someone wanting to frame the ministry? But yet there were only a few who manufactured Portkeys and she knew all of them. Unless... there was dark magic at play here. Yes quality reviews would definitely be happening, even if it meant it took longer ... |
As you come in one morning you might notice a new item sitting on a desk. Just a cute little plant with some little flowers starting to bloom. Where this new plant came from might not even cross your mind. It could have been a coworker that brought it in or a special delivery, but either way it is very pretty to look at and isn't in the way of anyone, though it might need some water and some attention. |

Why was this person not paying the little plant attention. The plant's leaves shivered with excitement hoping that someone would come over to pay it attention. |

Water, water, WATER! It was raining down on the little plant and to show it's appreciation the plant wiggled it's leaves around as the little flowers grew just a little bigger. |
Natalie observed that the plant's flowers had grown slightly but all it did was cause her to shrug her shoulders as she sat back down at her desk and got back to work. |
The attention was gone as fast as it had come and the little plant was not happy with this. The little flowers soon started to move away from the plant as vines started to head down the table and over to the woman wrapping around her leg. |

Feeling the spell hit it's vine the little plant got angry and tried to pull its first two vines away, but frozen it moved the rest of it's vines towards the woman and started to twist around her. |
Now, Natalie was officially fed up with this plant and was struggling to concentrate on an effective spell as the plant's vines began to wrap around her. She aimed her wand at the plant's base and moved it in a whip-like fashion as she shouted, "Ventus Duo!" |
what is HAPPENING O___O Lynley heard some scuffling coming from the work area. She slid from her office gracefully and followed the noises of frustration coming from none other than Natalie Mills. "Natalie----" Lynley suddenly sprung into action, using a finely placed diffindo. She hoped it would work, but then again she had sort of...not assessed the situation before acting and just...did a THING. She didn't even know what sort of plant this WAS. |
The vines were moving around the woman, up her legs further and further when it's base was cut straight in half falling and shattering to the floor. The door spreading off the desk and onto the floor as the little plant's vines and leaves shuttered from the sudden change. Squeezing tighter around as it felt the end near the last was the slice that took out it's body and the vines fell to the ground. |
