If you are an employee on this level, then you are bound to find your file in here somewhere, just be sure when you are done poking around, close the drawer, and put any folders back you may have been reading! Or else.
How do I get my Profile submitted for the filing cabinet?
Once you are hired onto the staff of Level Six, PM your Department Head emjay an up-to-date copy of your Ministry character's Bio and they will place it in it's correct spot or post it in the Ministry Employee Profiles thread and poke them via PM or VM in order to get it filed away.
Note: If there are any changes you need made to your character's biography, please PM the changes to your Department Head.

Department Head of Magical Transportation: [1] The Department Head of Magical Transportation oversees all things that involve magical forms of transport for all of Great Britain. Porkeys, Brooms, the Floo Network, Apparation, and the now legal use of flying carpets and other contraband all fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of Magical Transportation. Many great witches and wizards have held this position of Department Head and all have traits intended to be passed down to those left to come.

Grae was born to purebloods Reed Fairfield and Ayana Fairfield (née Sinclair) in Portree, Scotland. She was named after her maternal great-grandmother, who was killed during the Battle of Hogwarts in 1998. A few years after her birth, her parents welcomed another daughter, Capri, into the family. Growing up, Grae and Capri spent a lot of time outdoors adventuring, exploring their town, and playing Quidditch. The two girls were quite close as children – Grae being the more outgoing and bold of the pair. Both of the Fairfield girls were homeschooled for their primary years before heading off to Hogwarts. Mr. and Mrs. Fairfield relocated to the city of London at that time.
At Hogwarts, Grae excelled in her studies, particularly in Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts. She also played on her house Quidditch team. A hard worker, Grae spent a lot of her free time in the library with her friends. She was determined to get good marks on her OWLs and NEWTs to open up more career possibilities. She was a relatively good pupil, although she sometimes got reprimanded for talking out of turn or being argumentative with professors when they contradicted her beliefs. She also lost a few house points for walking around the castle after dark – when she couldn’t sleep, she liked to read or meet up with friends at the Astronomy Tower.
After graduating from Hogwarts in 2098, Grae moved into a flat in Chelsea, with intentions on working for the Ministry of Magic. She was offered a position as an Apparition License Examiner in the Department of Magical Transportation.

MAGIC CARPET DIVISION The newest division within the department, this group of people is in charge of making sure that all things pertaining to magic carpets run smoothly.
